The preparation raw materials of the peroxyacetic acid liquid generating agent comprise: aqueous hydrogen peroxide, an N-acetyl activator, a cosolvent, and a corrosion inhibitor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: and (3) uniformly mixing the contents of the binary package to obtain a peroxyacetic acid solution. Peroxyacetic acid (CH)3COOOH), also known as peracetic acid, is a colorless, transparent liquid, also a strong oxidizing agent. Peracetic acid is easily decomposed during storage. Peroxyacetic acid is a broad-spectrum, high-efficiency and pollution-free medicament with sterilization, disinfection and bleaching functions, and can kill bacterial propagules, various viruses and bacterial spores. The peroxyacetic acid solution with the concentration of 1% is enough to kill spores, fungal spores and enteroviruses with strong resistance in medicine, and the peroxyacetic acid solution with the concentration of 0.04-0.5% can be used for various preventive disinfections.
At present, the methods for preparing peroxyacetic acid comprise the following methods according to the substance forms:
1. the industrial synthesis method of the peroxyacetic acid solution comprises the following steps: the method comprises acetic acid oxidation synthesis, acetaldehyde oxidation preparation and the like, and the methods have simple production equipment and low cost. However, the peracetic acid solution is easy to decompose at normal temperature, the storage time is only 2-3 months generally, and the peracetic acid solution needs to be stored at low temperature and is inconvenient to transport.

Although the solid medicine solves the problems of difficult storage, transportation and use, the solid medicine has poor solubility and slow reaction for preparing peroxyacetic acid.

The invention provides a peroxyacetic acid liquid generating agent, which comprises the following preparation raw materials:
aqueous hydrogen peroxide, an N-acetyl activator, a cosolvent and a corrosion inhibitor;
the aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution and the N-acetyl activator are independently packaged;
the corrosion inhibitor is added into aqueous hydrogen peroxide, and the cosolvent is added into acetyl caprolactam or the aqueous hydrogen peroxide;
in the aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution, the mass percentage of hydrogen peroxide is 0.2-5%;
the N-acetyl activator is N-acetyl caprolactam;
the cosolvent is at least one of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate;
the corrosion inhibitor is at least one of a phosphate corrosion inhibitor, a phosphite corrosion inhibitor, a tripolyphosphate corrosion inhibitor, a bicarbonate corrosion inhibitor and a bisulfate corrosion inhibitor;
the phosphate is at least one of potassium phosphate, ammonium phosphate and sodium phosphate;
the phosphite is at least one of potassium phosphite, ammonium phosphite and sodium phosphite;
the tripolyphosphate is at least one of sodium tripolyphosphate and potassium tripolyphosphate;
the bicarbonate is at least one of sodium bicarbonate and potassium bicarbonate;
the hydrogen sulfonate is at least one of sodium hydrogen sulfonate and potassium hydrogen sulfonate.
The dosage ratio of the hydrogen peroxide to the N-acetyl activator to the cosolvent to the corrosion inhibitor is (50-150) mL: (45-90) mL: 0.02 g: 10 g.
Preferably, the dosage ratio of the hydrogen peroxide, the N-acetyl activator, the cosolvent and the corrosion inhibitor is 150 mL: 45mL of: 0.02 g: 10 g.

The liquid generating agent prepared by the invention is a binary package, acetyl caprolactam and aqueous hydrogen peroxide are respectively packaged, and the cosolvent can be added into the acetyl caprolactam or the aqueous hydrogen peroxide. The corrosion inhibitor is added into the aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution.
The liquid generating agent for preparing peroxyacetic acid of the invention reduces the surface tension of acetyl caprolactam in water due to the addition of the cosolvent, and is fast dissolved, thereby accelerating the preparation speed of the peroxyacetic acid and being beneficial to maintaining the effective components of the peroxyacetic acid in the prepared solution. Meanwhile, the binary packaging ensures that the storage period is as long as two years, and the peroxyacetic acid is prepared quickly and conveniently. The corrosion inhibitor is added into the system, so that the corrosion effect of the peracetic acid solution on various metals can be reduced, the pH value of the solution is increased, the smell is reduced, and the system is suitable for disinfection and sterilization of medical instruments.
Compared with the prior art, the invention uses liquid N-acetyl caprolactam to replace solid tetraacetylethylenediamine as the N-acetyl activator, and uses sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate or sodium dodecyl sulfonate as the cosolvent, thereby increasing the solubility and improving the preparation speed of the peroxyacetic acid. The corrosion inhibitor is added, the corrosivity is lower, the system is more stable, the concentration of the prepared peroxyacetic acid is 2000-3000mg/L, the peroxyacetic acid can be continuously used for 14 days, and the method is suitable for disinfection and sterilization of medical instruments.

Example 1
300mL of hydrogen peroxide with the purity of 50%, 4700mL of purified water, 0.02g of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and 10g of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate or disodium hydrogen phosphate are added to obtain a first mixed reagent. 45mL of acetyl caprolactam with the purity of more than or equal to 98 percent is used as a second reagent. The liquid is divided into binary packages.
Example 2
300mL of hydrogen peroxide with the purity of 50%, 4700mL of purified water, 0.02g of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and 10g of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate or disodium hydrogen phosphate are added to obtain a first mixed reagent. 60mL of acetyl caprolactam with the purity of more than or equal to 98 percent is taken as a second reagent. The following experiments were carried out on the peracetic acid liquid generators prepared in the examples of the present invention:
1. peroxyacetic acid concentration and liquid ingredient stability observations
The effective concentration of peroxyacetic acid and the stability of the product were determined according to the requirements of the disinfection product inspection specifications, 2002 edition "disinfection specifications".
The liquid binary package formulation of example 1 was mixed well for 10min to obtain a concentration of 2480mg/L peroxyacetic acid.
The liquid binary packages of example 1 were placed in reagent bottles, respectively, and placed in an incubator at 37 ℃ for 3 months for accelerated testing. As a result, after the formula liquid chemical substance is subjected to accelerated experiments, the concentration of the peroxyacetic acid is reduced by 0.54 percent on average compared with the content of the peroxyacetic acid generated by the liquid chemical substance under the condition of room temperature storage. Therefore, the formulation can be stored stably for two years at normal temperature.
2. Microbiological kill test
The experiment was carried out according to 2002 edition "Disinfection technical Specification".
The method adopts a suspension quantitative sterilization test, and the peroxyacetic acid solution generated in the example 1 acts on the black variety spores of the bacillus subtilis for 5min, and the killing rate can reach 100 percent.
3. Corrosion test of metals
The peracetic acid solution produced in example 1 above was found to be essentially non-corrosive to stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel, and slightly corrosive to copper, as measured by the 2002 edition of "Disinfection specifications".
4. Observation of stability of Peroxyacetic acid concentration after Peroxyacetic acid production
The liquid binary packaging formulation of example 1 above was mixed for 10min and the concentration was measured to be 2480mg/L, and then the change in concentration was observed for 14 days continuously. By continuous observation, the concentration of peracetic acid on day 14 was 1400 mg/L.
