For example, the mapping relationship between the service type and the page identifier may be recorded in advance, so as to generate a mapping table between the service type and the page identifier. And when the service type corresponding to the target page is determined, acquiring the page identifier of the target page, and searching the service type matched with the page identifier of the target page in a pre-generated service type and page identifier mapping table.
Step 203, extracting order information associated with the target page; and extracting one or more of the following information: user side version information, user identification information, screenshot operation time information and user positioning information related to the target page.
And if the service types corresponding to the pages are different, the extracted information to be fed back is different. And if the service type corresponding to the target page is the order association type, the extracted information to be fed back comprises order information associated with the target page.
In an optional implementation manner, the order association type page further includes a first order association type and a second order association type according to different extraction manners of the order information. For example, the first order association type includes at least one of the following pages: the order detail page, the preparation detail page, the exception marking detail page, the liability cancellation detail page and the non-liability cancellation detail page; and/or the second order association type comprises at least one of the following pages: an order list page, an intelligent route planning page, a preparation list page, an exception marking cancellation list page, a liability cancellation list page, and a non-liability cancellation list page.
If the service type corresponding to the target page is the first order association type, the target page has the only order associated with the target page, and the information to be fed back of the target page comprises the order information of the only order associated with the target page. Specifically, in order to improve the efficiency of acquiring the order information associated with the target page, in this step, parameter analysis may be performed on the target page to obtain the order information associated with the target page. For example, by analyzing the page entries of the target page, the order identifications in the page entries are extracted as order information associated with the target page.
If the service type corresponding to the target page is the second order association type, the target page has at least one order associated with the target page, and the information to be fed back of the target page comprises order information of the at least one order associated with the target page. In order to accurately extract the order information associated with the target page, the user identification information associated with the target page may be extracted first, and then an order information acquisition request may be initiated to the server. And the server acquires the order information matched with the user identification information according to the user identification information carried in the order information acquisition request, and sends the order information.
In addition, one or more of the following information to be fed back can be extracted through a preset interface protocol with the user equipment, and the like: user side version information, screenshot operation time information, user positioning information and the like related to the target page.
Step 204, extracting one or more of the following information to be fed back: and user side version information, user identification information, screenshot operation time information and user positioning information related to the target page.
If the service type corresponding to the target page is the non-order-associated type, the order information does not need to be extracted, and one or more of the following information to be fed back is extracted through a preset interface protocol between the target page and the user equipment: user side version information, user identification information, screenshot operation time information, user positioning information and the like related to the target page.
Step 205, generating a first picture carrying information to be fed back.
In an optional mode, according to the information to be fed back, a two-dimensional code used for recording the information to be fed back is obtained, and then a first picture presenting the two-dimensional code is generated. By adopting the method, all the information to be fed back can be coded into the two-dimensional code, so that on one hand, the storage capacity required by the information to be fed back is reduced, and the bandwidth resource consumed by data transmission is reduced; on the other hand, the information to be fed back can be quickly decoded through scanning of the two-dimensional code, and the acquisition efficiency of the information to be fed back at the processing end is improved.
In another optional mode, according to the information to be fed back, text information corresponding to the information to be fed back is obtained, and a first picture presenting the text information is generated. By adopting the mode, the acquired information to be fed back can be visually checked through the first picture, so that a user or a processing person at a processing end can visually know or check the acquired information to be fed back conveniently.
In yet another alternative mode, according to the information to be fed back, a two-dimensional code for recording the information to be fed back and text information corresponding to the information to be fed back are obtained, and a first picture in which the two-dimensional code and the text information are presented is generated. The method is a combination of the two methods, and the flexibility of the processing end for acquiring the information to be fed back can be improved by adopting the method. Further optionally, generating the first picture presenting the two-dimensional code and the text information specifically includes: a first picture is generated that presents the two-dimensional code and a portion of the textual information. The part of text information is a core part in the text information corresponding to the information to be fed back, so that the size of the first picture is reduced, and transmission resources are saved.
And step 206, splicing the original page picture and the first picture to obtain a picture to be fed back for feeding back to the processing terminal.
As an optional manner in the embodiment of the present invention, after the original page picture captured by the user is obtained in step 201, a second picture carrying the prompt message is also generated, and the specific display content and display form of the prompt message and the like are not limited in the embodiment of the present invention, for example, the prompt message may be "please perform problem feedback with this picture" and the like. Step 206 specifically includes: and carrying out picture splicing on the original page picture, the first picture and the second picture to obtain a picture to be fed back. By adopting the mode, the user can be guided to utilize the generated picture to be fed back to perform problem feedback, the misoperation of the user is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
After the picture to be fed back is obtained, the picture to be fed back can be fed back by adopting at least one of the following feedback modes:
a first feedback mode of the picture to be fed back: aiming at a picture to be fed back, a feedback work order task is created; and executing the work order feedback task, and feeding back the picture to be fed back to the processing end. In the method, the feedback entry can be displayed, the feedback work order task is created after the user triggers the feedback entry, and the picture to be fed back is automatically fed back to the processing end, so that the feedback efficiency of the picture to be fed back is improved. As shown in fig. 3, after monitoring screenshot operation of a user for a target page, a feedback entry of "help feedback" and a sharing entry of "share screenshot" are shown. And after the user clicks the feedback entry, automatically creating a feedback work order task and automatically feeding the picture to be fed back to the processing end.
Optionally, in order to facilitate accurate processing of the processing end on the problem, in the method, after the feedback work order task is created, a work order type selection page is provided for the user, at least one work order type selection is displayed in the work order type selection page, and then the work order type selected by the user is obtained. And executing the work order feedback task, and feeding back the picture to be fed back and the work order type to the processing end.
And a second mode of feeding back the picture to be fed back: and storing the original page picture and the picture to be fed back into the user equipment so that the user equipment can feed back the picture to be fed back to the processing end. In the method, the user autonomously selects the feedback picture to feed back to the processing end, so that the flexibility of user operation is improved.
According to the information feedback method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the picture to be fed back containing the screenshot of the page and the information to be fed back can be obtained without manually inputting the feedback information by a user, so that the feedback efficiency and the feedback precision are improved; the embodiment of the invention specifically identifies the service type corresponding to the target page, and acquires the information to be fed back which is matched with the service type corresponding to the target page, thereby improving the extraction precision of the information to be fed back; in addition, in the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the service type corresponding to the target page is the first order association type, the associated order information is obtained by analyzing the parameters of the target page, so that the obtaining efficiency of the order information is improved; under the condition that the service type corresponding to the target page is the second order association type, obtaining order information associated with the target page by sending a request carrying a page identifier to the server, and improving the obtaining precision of the order information; under the condition that the service type corresponding to the target page is the non-order-associated type, order information does not need to be extracted, and therefore the matching degree of the extracted information to be fed back and the service type corresponding to the page is improved.
Fig. 4 shows a flowchart of an information feedback method according to still another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the method includes the steps of:
step 401, the target application performs screenshot monitoring registration in the user equipment system.
In order to quickly acquire an original page picture intercepted by a user, in the embodiment of the invention, the target application is registered as a screenshot listener in advance, so that the target application can quickly monitor a screenshot event after the user executes screenshot operation in a user equipment system.
At step 402, a user performs a screenshot operation.
And step 403, the target application performs screenshot monitoring callback.
Specifically, after the user executes screenshot operation in the target application, the target application performs screenshot monitoring callback. And determining a target page corresponding to the screenshot operation through the callback information.
Step 404, the target application detects whether to turn on a screenshot feedback switch; if yes, go to step 405; if not, step 405 is executed after the screenshot feedback switch is turned on.
In order to ensure smooth acquisition of the original page picture intercepted by the user, the target application detects whether to start the screenshot feedback switch or not, and keeps the screenshot feedback switch started before the user requests to acquire the original page picture intercepted by the user.
In an optional mode, the screenshot feedback switch is kept closed in a default state, and when the screenshot transmission is determined to be needed after the screenshot monitoring and callback is performed by the target application, the screenshot feedback switch is turned on, so that the overall overhead is reduced.
Step 405, the target application requests to obtain the original page picture intercepted by the user.
At step 406, the user device system returns the original page picture path to the target application.
In the embodiment of the invention, the original page picture path is returned to the target application by the user equipment system instead of the original page picture, so that the transmission resource is saved. The target application can quickly acquire the original page picture according to the original page picture path.
In step 407, the target application requests to obtain page order data.
The interface definition and interface request path of each page in the target application are different. In the embodiment of the invention, the target page is taken as a multi-order association type as an example to clarify the data request process. Specifically, after the target application requests that the target page is determined to be the second order association type, it is determined that page order data needs to be obtained to extract information to be fed back, and then the page order data is requested to be obtained from the target page according to the page identifier of the target page.
At step 408, the target page requests to obtain order data.
And the target page requests to acquire order data associated with the target page through an interface path established with the server.
In step 409, the server returns order data.
And the server side feeds back order data associated with the target page.
The target page returns page order data, step 410.
And the target page sends the order data which is fed back by the server and is associated with the target page and the page identifier of the target page to the target application.
In step 411, the target application generates information to be fed back and a corresponding two-dimensional code according to the page order data, and generates a picture to be fed back.
The target application can extract corresponding information to be fed back based on the acquired page order data, generate two-dimensional codes and/or text information corresponding to the information to be fed back, and generate a first picture containing the two-dimensional codes and/or the text information. And generating a picture to be fed back by splicing the first picture and the original page picture.
In an optional mode, a second picture carrying the prompt message can be generated, and the picture to be fed back is generated by splicing the first picture, the second picture and the original page picture.
As shown in fig. 5, the picture to be fed back is formed by splicing a second picture 51 showing a prompt message of "please use this picture to perform problem feedback" to better solve the problem, an intelligent path page (i.e. an original page picture) 52 intercepted by the user, and the first picture. The first picture further comprises a first part 53-1 containing text information corresponding to the information to be fed back and a second part 53-2 containing a two-dimensional code corresponding to the information to be fed back.
Step 412, saving the picture to be fed back.
In step 413, the target application sends the picture to be fed back to the processing end.
According to the information feedback method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the picture to be fed back containing the screenshot of the page and the information to be fed back can be obtained without manually inputting the feedback information by a user, so that the feedback efficiency and the feedback precision are improved; in addition, the target application in the embodiment of the invention is used for screenshot monitoring registration in a user equipment system, and can quickly acquire an original page picture intercepted by a user; and the user equipment system returns the original page picture path to the target application, and the target application extracts the original page picture based on the path, so that the transmission cost is saved.
Fig. 6 shows a flowchart of an information acquisition method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The information acquisition method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be executed at a server. As shown in fig. 6, the method includes the steps of:
step 601, receiving a picture to be fed back.
The specific obtaining manner of the picture to be fed back may refer to the description of the corresponding part in the above embodiment of the information feedback method, and is not described herein again.
Step 602, obtaining information to be fed back according to the picture to be fed back.
In an optional mode, if the picture to be fed back contains the two-dimensional code for recording the information to be fed back, the two-dimensional code presented by the picture to be fed back is scanned, so that the information to be fed back is obtained.
In another optional mode, if the picture to be fed back contains text information corresponding to the information to be fed back, performing text recognition on the text information presented by the picture to be fed back to obtain the information to be fed back.
According to the information acquisition method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the original page picture intercepted by the user and the picture to be fed back of the information to be fed back can be obtained at the same time, and the information to be fed back can be acquired by simply analyzing the picture to be fed back, so that the processing efficiency of the feedback problem is improved.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating an information feedback apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the apparatus 700 includes: an acquisition module 710, an identification module 720, an extraction module 730, a generation module 740, and a concatenation module 750.
An obtaining module 710, configured to monitor a screenshot operation of a user for a target page, and obtain an original page picture captured by the user;
an identifying module 720, configured to identify a service type corresponding to the target page;
the extracting module 730 is configured to obtain information to be fed back, which is matched with the service type corresponding to the target page;

The embodiment of the invention also provides a nonvolatile computer storage medium, wherein the computer storage medium stores at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction can execute the information feedback method and/or the information acquisition method in any method embodiment.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a computing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and a specific embodiment of the present invention does not limit a specific implementation of the computing device.

For specific implementation of each step in the program 910, reference may be made to corresponding descriptions in corresponding steps and units in the above embodiments of the information feedback method and/or the information acquisition method, which are not described herein again. It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described devices and modules may refer to the corresponding process descriptions in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.

Claims (21)

1. An information feedback method, comprising:
monitoring screenshot operation of a user aiming at a target page, and acquiring an original page picture intercepted by the user;
identifying the service type corresponding to the target page, and acquiring information to be fed back matched with the service type corresponding to the target page; if the service type is the first order association type, performing parameter analysis on the target page to obtain order information associated with the target page; if the service type is a second order association type, extracting user identification information related to the target page, and receiving order information which is sent by the server and matched with the user identification information; if the service type is a non-order-association type, one or more of the following information to be fed back is extracted through a preset interface protocol between the service type and the user equipment: user side version information, user identification information, screenshot operation time information and user positioning information related to the target page;
generating a first picture carrying the information to be fed back;
and carrying out picture splicing on the original page picture and the first picture to obtain a picture to be fed back for feeding back to a processing end.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating the first picture carrying the information to be fed back further comprises:
obtaining a two-dimensional code for recording the information to be fed back according to the information to be fed back;
and generating a first picture presenting the two-dimensional code.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating the first picture carrying the information to be fed back further comprises:
obtaining text information corresponding to the information to be fed back according to the information to be fed back;
a first picture is generated that is presented with the textual information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating the first picture carrying the information to be fed back further comprises:
according to the information to be fed back, obtaining a two-dimensional code for recording the information to be fed back and text information corresponding to the information to be fed back;
and generating a first picture in which the two-dimensional code and the text information are presented.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the generating of the first picture presented with the two-dimensional code and the text information is specifically: and generating a first picture in which the two-dimensional code and part of the text information are presented.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein after the obtaining of the original page picture intercepted by the user, the method further comprises:
generating a second picture carrying prompt information;
the picture splicing of the original page picture and the first picture to obtain a picture to be fed back further comprises: and carrying out picture splicing on the original page picture, the first picture and the second picture to obtain a picture to be fed back.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the identifying the service type corresponding to the target page specifically is:
acquiring a page identifier of the target page;
determining the service type corresponding to the target page according to the page identifier; wherein the service type comprises at least one of the following types: an order associated type and a no order associated type.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein if the service type corresponding to the target page is an order association type, the obtaining information to be fed back that is matched with the service type corresponding to the target page further comprises:
extracting order information associated with the target page; and
extracting one or more of the following information: and user side version information, user identification information, screenshot operation time information and user positioning information related to the target page.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the order association type further comprises: a first order association type and a second order association type;
wherein the first order association type comprises at least one of the following pages: the order detail page, the preparation detail page, the exception marking detail page, the liability cancellation detail page and the non-liability cancellation detail page;
and/or the second order association type comprises at least one of the following pages: an order list page, an intelligent route planning page, a preparation list page, an exception marking cancellation list page, a liability cancellation list page, and a non-liability cancellation list page.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the parsing the parameters of the target page to obtain the order information associated with the target page further comprises:
and performing parameter analysis on the target page, and obtaining order information associated with the target page according to an analysis result.

the extraction module is used for acquiring information to be fed back matched with the service type corresponding to the target page; if the service type is the first order association type, performing parameter analysis on the target page to obtain order information associated with the target page; if the service type is a second order association type, extracting user identification information related to the target page, and receiving order information which is sent by the server and matched with the user identification information; if the service type is a no-order association type, extracting one or more of the following information to be fed back through a preset interface protocol between the service type and the user equipment: user side version information, user identification information, screenshot operation time information and user positioning information related to the target page;
the generating module is used for generating a first picture carrying the information to be fed back;
and the splicing module is used for carrying out picture splicing on the original page picture and the first picture to obtain a picture to be fed back for feeding back to the processing end.
19. An information acquisition apparatus characterized by comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive the picture to be fed back sent by the information feedback apparatus according to claim 18;
and the acquisition module is used for acquiring the information to be fed back according to the picture to be fed back.
