Abstract
The invention discloses an automobile cooling fan device which comprises a cooling fan assembly, a radiator, an outdoor heat exchanger and an installation frame, wherein the upper parts of stand columns on two sides of the installation frame are respectively provided with a first suspension cushion, two ends of the bottom of the installation frame are respectively provided with a second suspension cushion, the installation frame is fixed with an automobile front-end module through the first suspension cushion and the second suspension cushion, the cooling fan assembly is installed on a fan bracket on the installation frame, and the radiator and the outdoor heat exchanger are fixed on the windward side of the installation frame. The invention can effectively improve the heat dissipation efficiency and reduce the overall weight.

The pure electric vehicle thermal management technology has important influences on the whole vehicle energy consumption, the driving comfort and the whole vehicle safety. The radiator, the outdoor heat exchanger and the radiator fan are core parts of heat management, and the traditional fan has the function of accelerating cooling of cooling liquid or refrigerant by enabling fan blades to rotate to suck air to pass through the radiator and the outdoor heat exchanger.

The radiator has low radiating efficiency, so in order to improve the performance of the radiator, the radiator needs to improve the thickness of the radiator and the density of the core in a limited arrangement space, the cost of the radiator is increased, the wind resistance of the front-end cooling module is increased, and the wind suction of a fan of the radiator is not facilitated. The front end cooling components are less efficient overall and higher in weight and cost.
