In another alternative embodiment of the present application, the offer detail data may be provided by the merchant client 101 according to comment data or browsing data for applets placed in the online-to-offline server 103 of similar merchants.
Specifically, the comment data or browsing data of the preferential resources may be obtained by:
obtaining feature data of the merchant; determining similar merchants of which the similarity with the characteristic data of the merchants meets a preset similarity condition; obtaining comment data or browsing data of preferential resources in applets launched in the similar merchants from the online to the offline server 103; and sending the comment data or the browsing data aiming at the preferential resources released in the applets of the similar merchants from the online to the offline server 103 to the merchant client 101.
The merchant characteristic data may be brand characteristics of the merchant, characteristics of goods sold by the merchant, and the like, which is not limited in this application.
After the offer detail data provided by the merchant client 101 is obtained by the offer resource processing terminal 102, an offer resource identifier for identifying the offer resource may be generated according to the offer detail data. The preferential resource identifier is specifically used to identify the preferential resource so as to distinguish the preferential resource from other preferential resources of the preferential resource processing terminal 102.
Further, a merchant identifier of a merchant corresponding to the merchant client 101 in the preferential resource processing terminal 102 needs to be obtained, and an applet identifier corresponding to an applet of the merchant in the offline to offline server 103 is obtained according to the merchant identifier.
Specifically, the obtaining of the applet identifier corresponding to the applet of the merchant from the online to the offline server 103 according to the merchant identifier may be implemented in the following ways:
firstly, acquiring the applet identifier according to the corresponding relation between the merchant identifier and the applet identifier which is locally pre-established;
for example, in an actual application process, a corresponding relationship is necessarily established between a merchant and an applet in the offline service end 103 over a non-online manner, and when the applet is established, the association already exists, so when the association exists, the association between the merchant identifier and the applet identifier may be directly established in advance locally based on the association, and then, after obtaining a merchant identifier corresponding to the merchant client 101 at the preferential resource processing end 102, the applet identifier may be directly determined based on the correspondence.
Secondly, a second request for requesting to obtain the applet identifier is sent to the offline online/offline server 103, where a corresponding relationship between the merchant identifier and the applet identifier is stored in advance, and the applet identifier returned by the offline online/offline server 103 is obtained;
the second implementation manner of the present application is substantially the same as the first implementation manner, and the only difference is that the corresponding relationship between the merchant identifier and the applet identifier is pre-stored in the non-online-to-offline server 103 instead of being local.
Thirdly, sending a third request for requesting to obtain the applet identifier to a preferential resource database which stores the corresponding relation between the merchant identifier and the applet identifier in advance, and obtaining the applet identifier returned by the preferential resource database;
the third implementation manner of the present application is substantially the same as the first implementation manner, and the only difference is that the correspondence between the merchant identifier and the applet identifier is pre-stored in the preferential resource database, rather than locally. The preferential resource database may be any form of database, and the application is not limited thereto.
Fourthly, acquiring merchant identity information or merchant contact information corresponding to the merchant identifier, sending a fourth request for requesting to acquire the applet identifier and carrying the merchant identity information or the merchant contact information to the offline online-to-offline server 103, and acquiring the applet identifier returned by the offline online-to-offline server 103 according to the merchant identity information or the merchant contact information;
in practical applications, when a user logs in a merchant client 101, an account based on merchant contact information mostly needs to be established through the merchant identity information, so that the merchant can be backed up by the online-to-offline server 103 according to the merchant identity information or the merchant contact information to identify the user identity information and establish an association relationship between the merchant client 101 and the online-to-offline server 103, therefore, the applet identifier may be obtained by sending a fourth request for requesting to obtain the applet identifier and carrying the merchant identity information or the merchant contact information to the offline online-to-offline server 103.
In the process of practical application, in order to avoid misoperation and fraudulent use of the merchant, the preferential resource processing end 102 may further send a fifth request message for requesting authorization to obtain an applet identifier corresponding to the applet in the offline online-to-offline service end 103 of the merchant to the merchant client 101.
On this basis, if the merchant client 101 returns authorization confirmation information for the fifth request message, one of the above four methods may be implemented according to actual situations to obtain, according to the merchant identifier, an applet identifier corresponding to the applet in the offline service end 103 from the merchant.
Finally, if a first request message sent by the merchant client 101 for requesting that the offer resource is applied to the applet is obtained by the offer resource processing terminal 102, an association relationship between the applet identifier and the offer resource identifier is established, so as to apply the offer resource corresponding to the offer resource identifier to the applet.
In addition, in an alternative embodiment of the present application, a merchant may have multiple online service platforms registered at the same time, that is, multiple applets corresponding to the merchant. Therefore, the preferential resource processing end 102 needs to send applet identifiers corresponding to applets of the merchant from a plurality of offline to offline servers to the merchant client 101, so that the merchant can select the applet identifiers; then, obtaining selection confirmation information, which is returned by the merchant client 101 and is aimed at least one applet identifier in the applet identifiers respectively corresponding to the applets in the multiple offline servers; if the selection confirmation information for at least one applet identifier in the applet identifiers respectively corresponding to the applets in the plurality of offline servers, which is returned by the merchant client 101, is obtained, the association relationship between the selected at least one applet identifier and the preferential resource identifier is established.
In addition, in an optional implementation manner of the present application, the preference resource data may also be adjusted.
First, the preferential resource processing end 102 needs to first obtain a sixth request message sent by the online-to-offline service end for requesting to obtain the preferential resource applicable to the applet in the offline-to-online service end 103 of the merchant, where the sixth request message carries the applet identifier and the first user identifier.
The online-to-offline service end is used for providing online-to-offline services, and the online-to-offline services are also specific to the merchant, and is oriented to an online-to-offline service platform, for example, after a merchant a creates an account number on a certain online-to-offline service platform, a customer can book a dining position of the merchant through the platform, or pre-select a suitable meal for a restaurant, and the like.
The sixth request message is sent by the online-to-offline server after obtaining a seventh request message sent by the offline-to-offline server 103 for requesting to obtain the page information of the applet in the offline-to-offline server 103 by the merchant, and the first user identifier is used for identifying a target user for browsing the page information of the applet in the offline-to-offline server 103 by the merchant; further, the preferential resource processing end 102 finds the preferential resource identifier according to the applet identifier carried in the sixth request message; obtaining preferential resource data corresponding to the preferential resources according to the preferential resource identifiers; acquiring a second user identifier corresponding to the target user in the preferential resource processing terminal 102 and corresponding to the first user identifier; obtaining feature data of the target user according to the second user identification; adjusting the discount resource data according to the feature data of the target user to obtain adjusted discount resource data; and returning the adjusted preferential resource data to the online-to-offline server, wherein the adjusted preferential resource data is returned to the offline-to-online server 103 from the online-to-offline server as a part of information in the page information of the applet in the offline-to-offline server 103 of the merchant.
Fig. 1b is a schematic diagram of preferential resource data shown in page information of a applet in a non-online-to-offline server according to another embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 1b shows the home page information of the applet, which includes: a merchant name display module 101c, a merchant logo display module 102c and a preferential resource data display module 103c.
As shown in fig. 1b, the offer resource data displayed in the offer resource data display module 103c may be specific offer content.
Optionally, it is further determined whether the coupon resource processing end 102 can adjust the coupon resource data or not, and it is further determined whether the coupon resource processing end 102 obtains authorization information that the merchant client 101 issues and that the authorization coupon resource processing end 102 has an authority to adjust the coupon resource data;
if the authorization information sent by the merchant client 101 and authorizing the discount resource processing terminal 102 to have the authority to adjust the discount resource data is obtained, the discount resource processing terminal 102 may adjust the discount resource data according to the feature data of the target user, and obtain the adjusted discount resource data.
Optionally, it is determined whether the preferential resource processing end 102 can obtain the feature data of the target user, and it is also necessary to determine whether the preferential resource processing end 102 has authorization information for obtaining the authority of the feature data of the target user;
if the authorization information sent by the merchant client 101 of the target user and authorizing that the discount resource processing terminal 102 has the authority to obtain the feature data of the target user is obtained, the discount resource processing terminal 102 may obtain the feature data of the target user according to the second user identifier.
Optionally, the feature data of the target user includes a number of times that the target user closes the advertisement information in an online-to-offline service application within a preset time; in order to avoid that the user mistakenly considers the preferential resource data as negligible advertisement information to influence the use experience of the user on the applet, the preferential resource processing end 102 may adjust the preferential resource data according to the feature data of the target user to obtain the adjusted preferential resource data, that is, if the number of times that the target user closes the advertisement information in the online-to-offline service application within a preset time exceeds a preset number of times, the booth information of the preferential resource in the page of the applet in the offline-to-offline service end of the merchant is adjusted to the booth information of the non-prominent position preset in the page.
Fig. 1c is a schematic view of an application scenario of a method for creating a preferential resource according to another embodiment of the present application.
In fig. 1c, the method comprises: merchant client 101b, offline to offline server 102b, and online to offline server 103b.
The merchant client 101b is substantially the same as the merchant client 101 provided in fig. 1a of the present application, and the offline to online service end 102b is the same as the offline to online service end 103 provided in fig. 1a, which is not described herein again.
The online-to-offline service end 103b is specific to the merchant, and is oriented to an online-to-offline service platform, for example, after the merchant a creates an account number on a certain online-to-offline service platform, a customer can book a dining position of the merchant through the platform, or pre-select a suitable meal for going to a store for dining, and the like.
In the process of creating the preferential resource, first, the offline server 102b obtains an eleventh request message for creating the preferential resource sent by the merchant client 101 b.
After the eleventh request message is obtained, a twelfth request message for requesting to obtain the corresponding commodity data of the merchant in the online offline server 103b corresponding to the merchant client 101b is sent to the online offline server 103b.
The online-to-offline server 103b responds to the twelfth request message, and returns corresponding commodity data of the merchant in the online-to-offline server 103b to the offline-to-online server 102 b; after receiving the commodity data, the offline online-to-offline server 102b sends the corresponding commodity data of the merchant in the online-to-offline server 103b to the merchant client 101 b; the offline online-to-offline service end 102b obtains the offer detail data provided by the merchant client 101b, the offer detail data includes commodity data applicable to the offer resource, the offer resource is created according to the offer detail data, the offer resource is applicable to the applet of the merchant online-to-offline service end 102b, and the applet of the merchant online-to-offline service end 102b is used for the merchant to provide offline-to-online service for the user logging in the offline-to-offline service end 102 b.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the offline service end 102b may further generate offer detail data configuration suggestion information according to online-to-offline service feature data in the online-to-offline service end 103b of the merchant. And sending the offer detail data configuration suggestion information to the merchant client 101b, wherein the offer detail data is the offer detail data configured by the merchant client 101b according to the offer detail data configuration suggestion information.
Specifically, the online-to-offline service characteristic data may be obtained by: firstly, the offline online-to-offline server 102b sends a thirteenth request message for requesting to obtain the online-to-offline service feature data of the merchant in the online-to-offline server 103 b; and obtaining the online-to-offline service characteristic data of the merchant in the online-to-offline service end 103b returned by the online-to-offline service end 103b.
Further, the generating of the offer detail data configuration suggestion information according to the online-to-offline service feature data in the online-to-offline service end 103b of the merchant includes: and generating preferential resource distribution quantity configuration suggestion information according to the user characteristic data of the online-to-offline service provided by the merchant through the online-to-offline service terminal 103b.
Further, the offer detail data may also be configured according to comment data or browsing data for the merchant in the online-to-offline server 103b.
Specifically, the comment data or browsing data of the merchant in the online-to-offline server 103b may be obtained in the following manner: the non-online-to-offline server 102b sends a fourteenth request message for requesting to obtain comment data or browsing data of the merchant in the online-to-offline server 103b to the online-to-offline server 103 b; and obtaining comment data or browsing data which are returned by the online-to-offline server 103b and are specific to the merchants in the online-to-offline server 103b.
After obtaining the comment data or the browsing data of the merchant, the comment data or the browsing data is sent to the merchant client 101b so that the merchant can configure the offer detail data based on the data.
Similar to the scenario embodiment, the first embodiment of the present application provides a method for processing a preferential resource, which is basically similar to the scenario embodiment, so that the description is relatively simple, and please refer to the partial description of the scenario embodiment.
The preferential resource processing method is applied to a preferential resource processing end, where the preferential resource processing end is used to provide a service for creating preferential resources for online to offline service merchants, please refer to fig. 1d, which is a flowchart of the preferential resource processing method provided in the first embodiment of the present application. The method comprises the following steps:
step S101, obtaining discount detail data provided by a merchant client;
step S102, creating a discount resource according to the discount detail data, and generating a discount resource identifier for identifying the corresponding discount resource;
step S103, acquiring a merchant identifier corresponding to the merchant client at the preferential resource processing end, and acquiring an applet identifier corresponding to an applet of the merchant in an online-to-offline service end in a non-online manner according to the merchant identifier;
step S104, if a first request message which is sent by the merchant client and used for requesting the preferential resource to be applied to the applet is obtained, the association relationship between the applet identifier and the preferential resource identifier is established.

Optionally, the offer detail data includes at least one of the following data: preference amplitude data of the preference resource; valid time information of the preferential resource; the number of issued preferential resources; the distribution condition data of the preferential resources; setting data for notification of the preferential resources in the non-online to offline server; and the preferential resources are the exhibition position information in the page of the small program in the off-line service end from the merchant on line.
The method establishes the preferential resources at the preferential resource processing end through the preferential detail data autonomously provided by the merchant client, greatly improves the active grasping capacity of the merchant on the preferential resources, and simultaneously ensures the accurate deployment of the preferential resources by establishing the association relationship between the resource identifiers of the preferential resources and the applet identifiers corresponding to the applets in the non-online to offline server end for releasing the preferential resources.
A preferential resource processing apparatus is provided in a second embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2, which is a schematic structural diagram of the preferential resource processing apparatus provided in the second embodiment of the present application. The preferential resource processing device comprises: a first obtaining unit 201, configured to obtain offer detail data provided by a merchant client; a first generating unit 202, configured to create a preference resource according to the preference detail data, and generate a preference resource identifier for identifying a correspondence between the preference resource and the preference resource; a second obtaining unit 203, configured to obtain a merchant identifier corresponding to the merchant client at the preferential resource processing end, and obtain an applet identifier corresponding to an applet in an online-to-offline service end of the merchant according to the merchant identifier; a relationship establishing unit 204, configured to establish an association relationship between the applet identifier and the preference resource identifier if a first request message sent by the merchant client for requesting that the preference resource be applied to the applet is obtained.

The third embodiment of the present application also provides a method for creating a preferential resource, and since the embodiment of the method is basically similar to the scenario embodiment, the description is relatively simple, and relevant points can be referred to the partial description of the scenario embodiment.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a flowchart illustrating a method for creating a preferential resource according to a third embodiment of the present application, wherein the method is applied to a non-online to offline server, and includes the following steps. Step S301, an eleventh request message for creating the preferential resource sent by the merchant client is obtained; step S302, sending a twelfth request message for requesting to obtain the corresponding commodity data of the merchant in the online-to-offline service end corresponding to the merchant client to the online-to-offline service end; step S303, obtaining corresponding commodity data of the commercial tenant in the online-to-offline service end, wherein the commodity data is returned by the online-to-offline service end; step S304, sending the corresponding commodity data of the merchant in the online-to-offline server to the merchant client; step S305, obtaining discount detail data provided by the merchant client, wherein the discount detail data comprises commodity data applicable to discount resources; step S306, creating preferential resources according to the preferential detail data, wherein the preferential resources are suitable for the applets of the merchants in the offline online-to-offline service terminals, and the applets of the merchants in the offline online-to-offline service terminals are used for the merchants to provide online-to-offline services for users logging in the offline online-to-offline service terminals.

The fourth embodiment of the present application provides a device for creating preferential resources, which is basically similar to the third embodiment described above, so that the description is relatively simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the partial description of the third embodiment described above, and the following description of the fourth embodiment is only illustrative.
Please refer to fig. 4, which is a schematic structural diagram of a preferential resource creating device according to a fourth embodiment of the present application. The device includes: a third obtaining unit 401, configured to obtain an eleventh request message for creating a preferential resource sent by the merchant client; a first request unit 402, configured to send a twelfth request message to an online-to-offline server, where the twelfth request message is used to request to obtain commodity data corresponding to a merchant in the online-to-offline server, where the merchant corresponds to the merchant client; a fourth obtaining unit 403, configured to obtain commodity data corresponding to the merchant returned by the online-to-offline server in the online-to-offline server; a first sending unit 404, configured to send, to the merchant client, the commodity data corresponding to the merchant from the online to the offline server; a fifth obtaining unit 405, configured to obtain offer detail data provided by the merchant client, where the offer detail data includes commodity data applicable to offer resources; a resource creating unit 406, configured to create a preferential resource according to the preferential detail data, where the preferential resource is applicable to the applet of the merchant in the offline online-to-offline service end, and the applet of the merchant in the offline online-to-offline service end is used by the merchant to provide online-to-offline service for the user logging in the offline online-to-offline service end.
Optionally, the device is further configured to obtain online-to-offline service feature data of the merchant in the online-to-offline service end; generating discount detail data configuration suggestion information according to the online-to-offline service feature data of the merchant in the online-to-offline service end; sending the discount detail data configuration suggestion information to the merchant client; the discount detail data is configured by the merchant client according to the discount detail data configuration suggestion information.
Optionally, the obtaining of the online-to-offline service feature data of the merchant in the online-to-offline service end includes: sending a thirteenth request message for requesting to obtain the online-to-offline service characteristic data of the merchant in the online-to-offline service end to the online-to-offline service end; and obtaining the online-to-offline service characteristic data of the merchant in the online-to-offline service end returned by the online-to-offline service end.

Optionally, the obtaining comment data or browsing data for the merchant in the online-to-offline server includes: sending a fourteenth request message for requesting to obtain comment data or browsing data of the merchant in the online-to-offline server to the online-to-offline server; and obtaining comment data or browsing data which are returned by the online-to-offline server and are aimed at the merchants in the online-to-offline server.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to a fifth embodiment of the present application. The electronic device includes: a processor 502; the memory 501 is used for storing a program of the method, and the program is read by the processor 502 and executed to execute any one of the methods of the first embodiment or the third embodiment of the present application.
Another embodiment of the present application also provides a computer storage medium storing a computer program that, when executed, performs any one of the methods of the first embodiment or the third embodiment.
It should be noted that, for detailed description of the electronic device and the computer storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present application, reference may be made to the relevant description of the method embodiments provided in the present application, and details are not described here again.

Claims (15)

1. A preferential resource processing method is applied to a preferential resource processing end, and the preferential resource processing end is used for providing a service for creating preferential resources for an online-to-offline service merchant for creating an account number by an online-to-offline service platform, and the method comprises the following steps:
obtaining discount detail data provided by a merchant client;
creating a discount resource according to the discount detail data, and generating a discount resource identifier for identifying the corresponding discount resource;
acquiring a merchant identifier corresponding to a merchant corresponding to the merchant client at the preferential resource processing end, and acquiring an applet identifier corresponding to an applet in the off-line service end of the merchant on a non-line according to the merchant identifier;
if a first request message which is sent by the merchant client and used for requesting the preferential resource to be applied to the applet is obtained, establishing an association relation between the applet identification and the preferential resource identification;
the method further comprises the following steps: acquiring online-to-offline service characteristic data of the small program in the offline-to-online service end of the merchant; generating discount detail data configuration suggestion information according to online-to-offline service feature data of the small program in the offline-to-online service end of the merchant; sending the discount detail data configuration suggestion information to the merchant client; the discount detail data is configured by the merchant client according to the discount detail data configuration suggestion information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining, according to the merchant identifier, an applet identifier corresponding to an applet of the merchant in a non-online-to-offline server includes:
acquiring the applet identifier according to the corresponding relation between the merchant identifier and the applet identifier which is locally pre-established;
or sending a second request message for requesting to obtain the applet identifier to the non-online-to-offline server which stores the corresponding relation between the merchant identifier and the applet identifier in advance, and obtaining the applet identifier returned by the non-online-to-offline server;
or sending a third request message for requesting to obtain the applet identifier to a preferential resource database which stores the corresponding relation between the merchant identifier and the applet identifier in advance, and obtaining the applet identifier returned by the preferential resource database;
or, acquiring merchant identity information or merchant contact information corresponding to the merchant identifier, sending a fourth request message for requesting to acquire the applet identifier and carrying the merchant identity information or merchant contact information to the offline online-to-offline server, and acquiring the applet identifier returned by the offline online-to-offline server according to the merchant identity information or merchant contact information.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising: sending a fifth request message for requesting authorization to obtain an applet identifier corresponding to the applet in the online-to-offline server of the merchant to the merchant client;
the obtaining of the applet identifier corresponding to the applet in the offline online-to-offline server of the merchant according to the merchant identifier includes: and if the authorization confirmation information returned by the merchant client aiming at the fifth request message is obtained, obtaining the applet identification corresponding to the applet in the online-offline to offline server of the merchant according to the merchant identification.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
sending applet identifiers corresponding to applets of the merchant in a plurality of offline online-to-offline servers to the merchant client;
obtaining selection confirmation information which is returned by the merchant client and aims at least one small program identifier in the small program identifiers respectively corresponding to the small programs in the plurality of non-online to offline servers;
if the authorization information provided by the merchant client and used for authorizing the preferential resource to be applied to the applet is obtained, establishing an association relationship between the applet identifier and the preferential resource identifier, including: and if the selection confirmation information which is returned by the merchant client and aims at least one small program identifier in the small program identifiers respectively corresponding to the small programs in the plurality of non-online to offline servers is obtained, establishing the association relationship between the selected at least one small program identifier and the preferential resource identifier.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining a sixth request message sent by an online-to-offline service end and used for requesting to obtain preferential resources applicable to the merchant in the applet in the offline-to-offline service end, wherein the sixth request message carries the applet identifier, and the sixth request message is sent by the online-to-offline service end after obtaining a seventh request message sent by the offline-to-online service end and used for requesting to obtain the page information of the applet in the offline-to-offline service end by the merchant;
finding the preferential resource identifier according to the applet identifier carried in the sixth request message;
obtaining discount resource data corresponding to the discount resources according to the discount resource identifiers;
and returning the preferential resource data to the online-to-offline server, wherein the preferential resource data is returned to the offline-to-online server from the online-to-offline server and is used as part of information in the page information of the applet of the merchant in the offline-to-online server.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the merchant obtaining the online-to-offline service profile data for the applet in the offline online-to-offline service includes obtaining the user profile data for the online-to-offline service via the applet in the offline-to-offline service by the merchant;
the generating of the preferential detail data configuration suggestion information according to the online-to-offline service feature data of the applet in the offline-to-online service end of the merchant comprises: and generating preferential resource distribution quantity configuration suggestion information according to the user characteristic data of the online-to-offline service obtained by the small program in the offline-to-offline service end of the merchant.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining feature data of the merchant;
determining similar merchants of which the similarity with the characteristic data of the merchants meets a preset similarity condition;
obtaining comment data or browsing data aiming at preferential resources in applets launched in the similar merchants from the online to the offline server;
sending the comment data or browsing data aiming at the preferential resources in the applets launched in the similar merchant online-offline server to the merchant client;
the preference detail data is provided by the merchant client according to the comment data or browsing data aiming at the preference resources in the applets launched in the similar merchant online-offline service end.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the obtaining comment data or browsing data for preferential resources placed in applets in the similar merchant offline online-to-offline server comprises:
sending an eighth request message for requesting to obtain comment data or browsing data of preferential resources in applets of the similar merchants in the offline online-to-offline server to the offline-to-online server;
and obtaining comment data or browsing data of preferential resources of the similar merchants in the applets in the offline online-to-offline server, which are returned by the offline-to-online server.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining a sixth request message sent by an online-to-offline server for requesting to obtain preferential resources applicable to the merchant in the applet in the offline-to-offline server, where the sixth request message carries the applet identifier and a first user identifier, the sixth request message is sent by the online-to-offline server after obtaining a seventh request message sent by the offline-to-offline server for requesting to obtain page information of the applet in the offline-to-offline server by the merchant, and the first user identifier is used for identifying a target user for browsing the page information of the applet in the offline-to-offline server by the merchant;
finding the preferential resource identifier according to the applet identifier carried in the sixth request message;
obtaining preferential resource data corresponding to the preferential resources according to the preferential resource identifiers;
acquiring a second user identifier corresponding to the target user in a preferential resource processing end and corresponding to the first user identifier;
obtaining feature data of the target user according to the second user identification;
adjusting the discount resource data according to the feature data of the target user to obtain adjusted discount resource data;
and returning the adjusted preferential resource data to the online-to-offline server, wherein the adjusted preferential resource data is returned to the offline-to-online server from the online-to-offline server and is used as part of information in the page information of the small program of the merchant in the offline-to-offline server.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising: sending a ninth request message for requesting to obtain the authority for adjusting the preferential resource data to the merchant client;

The method according to claim 13, wherein the generating of offer detail data configuration suggestion information according to the online-to-offline service feature data of the merchant in the online-to-offline service terminal includes: and generating preferential resource distribution quantity configuration suggestion information according to the user characteristic data of the online-to-offline service provided by the merchant through the online-to-offline service terminal.
15. The method of claim 13, further comprising:
obtaining comment data or browsing data for the merchant in the online-to-offline server;
