All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, a resource sharing method disclosed in an embodiment of the present application includes: step 110 to step 140.
Step 110, responding to the resource sharing operation executed by the first user account, and issuing the resource shared by the resource sharing operation to a shared resource pool.
In the embodiment of the application, the resource shared by the resource sharing operation may be a virtual resource or a physical resource. For example, the resource may be a virtual resource of the electronic certificate class, including but not limited to any of the following: coupons, red packs, points, etc. As another example, the resource may be a physical order resource purchased through a web platform, including but not limited to a take-away meal or other good that is placed for purchase through a take-away platform.
In the embodiment of the application, the network platform may set a shared resource entry on a user account page, and after a user logs in an account (i.e., a first user account), the resource sharing operation is triggered through the entry, and a resource to be shared to other users is selected.
The shared resource pool described in the embodiments of the present application is a data structure or an object for temporarily storing a shared resource. In some embodiments of the present application, the network platform may implement the shared resource pool by creating a public account. When detecting that a certain first user account passes through resource sharing operation executed by a client, a platform firstly analyzes a received resource sharing operation request to obtain an identifier of the first user account and resource information of a resource to be shared; and then, the platform creates a copy corresponding to the resource to be shared for the public service account according to the resource information, and uses the copy as the resource of the public service account, thereby realizing the binding of the resource information and the public service account. Namely, the resource shared by the resource sharing operation is issued to the shared resource pool.
In some embodiments of the present application, the network platform may further establish the shared resource pool by creating a shared resource database. When detecting that a certain first user account passes through resource sharing operation executed by a client, a platform firstly analyzes a received resource sharing operation request to obtain an identifier of the first user account and resource information of a resource to be shared; and then, the platform stores the resource information to the shared resource pool, thereby realizing that the resource shared by the resource sharing operation is issued to the shared resource pool.
In other embodiments of the present application, the network platform may further create a shared resource pool by using other methods, and implement that the resource information of the resource shared by the first user account is issued to the shared resource pool, which is not illustrated in this embodiment.
Step 120, displaying the resource published in the shared resource pool to a candidate second user account.
And the candidate second user account is the account of the resource application user which is registered as the shared resource pool in advance.
In some embodiments of the present application, only resource application users that are pre-registered as shared resources (e.g., resources shared by the aforementioned first user account) published in the shared resource pool may apply for the shared resources published in the shared resource pool. In some embodiments of the present application, an account of a resource application user that is pre-registered as the shared resource pool becomes a candidate second user account.
In some embodiments of the present application, after a first user account shares a resource, each candidate second user account may receive sharing information of the resource.
For example, the network platform may display the resource published in the shared resource pool on clients such as a wechat service number and a web page of the network platform in real time or periodically by means of information push. Further, after receiving a resource sharing operation application, the network platform first completes the binding operation of the shared resource and the shared resource pool, and then refreshes and displays the associated information of the resource to the client of the network platform, or pushes the associated information of the resource to each second user account registered in advance by sending a platform message. For another example, the network platform may display the information of the resource published in the resource sharing pool on a platform service number or a web page every 1 minute, or push the associated information of the resource to each second user account registered in advance by sending a platform message.
In other embodiments of the present application, in order to improve the sharing and application success rate of the shared resource, reduce the waste probability of the shared resource, and reduce the acquisition cost of the shared resource, the network platform determines the audience range of the shared resource according to the self information of the shared resource, and only displays the shared resource released in the shared resource pool to some users registered as shared resource application users. Namely, the displaying the resource published in the shared resource pool to the candidate second user account includes: acquiring a region range of distribution of resource application users capable of applying the resources according to the geographical position associated with the resources; and displaying the resources released in the shared resource pool to the resource application users in the region range. For example, a user-presented corresponding shared resource may be applied only to resources in the geographic vicinity of the shared resource. Specifically, for different types of shared resources, different methods are adopted to determine the group of the visible resource application users (i.e., candidate second user accounts).
In some embodiments of the present application, the acquiring a geographical range of a distribution of resource application users who can apply for the resource according to a geographical location associated with the resource, where the resource is an electronic certificate that defines a merchant, includes: and determining a region range near the geographical position of the limited using merchant of the resource according to a preset first shared region constraint condition, wherein the region range is used as a region range of distribution of resource application users capable of applying for the resource. When the resource shared by the first user account (namely the resource) is a virtual resource, such as a coupon, the resource application user near the using merchant can be determined to be the display object of the coupon according to the geographic location of the using merchant of the coupon. Therefore, the resource application user applying for the coupon is facilitated to use the applied coupon, and the coupon waste is further avoided.
In some embodiments of the application, the preset first shared geographic constraint may be within a preset distance (e.g., 5 km) from a merchant using the electronic certificate. In the process of determining the range of the display object of the electronic certificate, firstly, according to the geographical position of a user merchant of the electronic certificate (such as a coupon) shared by a first user account, determining one or more audience region ranges which are less than or equal to the preset distance from the geographical position of the user merchant; and then, taking the audience regional scope as the regional scope of the resource application user distribution which can apply for the resource. That is, the electronic credential is presented to a candidate second user account having a registration address within the audience geographic scope.
In some embodiments of the present application, the resource is a physical order resource, and the obtaining a geographical range of distribution of resource application users who can apply for the resource according to a geographical location associated with the resource includes: determining the current position of the resource according to the current distribution state of the resource; and determining the region range near the current position according to a preset second shared region constraint condition to be used as the region range of the distribution of the resource application users capable of applying the resources. When the resource (i.e., the aforementioned resource) shared by the first user account is a physical order resource, such as a takeaway item, the resource application user near the takeaway item may be determined to be a display object of the takeaway item according to the current delivery location of the takeaway item. Therefore, the resource application user who applies for the take-away food can receive the take-away food as soon as possible. Not only can reduce the distribution cost, but also can ensure the freshness of the take-out food.
In some embodiments of the application, the preset second shared region constraint condition may be that a delivery distance at a delivery destination set by the physical order resource to the second user account is smaller than a preset delivery distance threshold (e.g., 5 km), or the preset second shared region constraint condition may be that an estimated delivery duration at the delivery destination set by the physical order resource to the second user account is smaller than a preset delivery duration threshold (e.g., 30 minutes). For a physical order resource, there are three states: undelivered, in delivery, and delivery completed. When the physical order resource is in different states, the geographic locations of the physical order resource are different, so that the geographic range in which the second shared geographic constraint condition is preset needs to be determined according to the state of the physical order resource.
In some embodiments of the present application, first, a current location of the physical order resource is determined according to a current state of the physical order resource. When the physical order resource is in an undelivered state, the current position of the physical order resource is the merchant address of the physical order resource; when the physical order resource is in a distribution completion state, the current position of the physical order resource is a delivery address of the physical order resource; when the physical order resource is in a distribution state, the network platform can obtain the current position of the physical order resource by calling a logistics information interface. Further, the network platform determines a geographical area range, from the current position of the physical order resource, of which the distribution distance is less than or equal to a preset distribution distance threshold value, as a geographical area range near the current position; or the network platform determines a geographical area range, from the current position of the physical order resource, of which the delivery duration is less than or equal to a preset delivery duration threshold value, as a geographical area range near the current position.
After determining the geographical area near the resource (i.e. the resource shared by the first user account), the network platform further screens the resource application users (i.e. the candidate second user accounts) according to the geographical positions set by the pre-registered resource application users, and determines the resource application users (i.e. the candidate second user accounts) distributed within the geographical area; and pushing the associated information (such as coupon description information, physical order resource, distribution state information and the like) of the resource (namely the resource shared by the first user account) to the resource application users (namely the candidate second user accounts) distributed in the region range.
Step 130, in response to at least one of the candidate second user accounts applying for accepting the resource, determining a second user account that successfully applies for the resource.
After browsing the information of the resource (such as the aforementioned coupon or takeaway meal) shared by the first user account, the candidate second user account can select to apply for accepting the resource according to the needs of the candidate second user account. For example, after the second user account browses the shared resource through the service number of the network platform, the shared resource application for accepting the resource may be sent by sending information to the wechat service number. In other embodiments of the present application, when a resource application user to which a second user account belongs obtains information of a resource shared by a first user account through a message pushed by a network platform, the resource application user may log in the second user account through an application client of the network platform, further browse a resource (i.e., shared resource) list issued in the shared resource pool, select a required resource through the application client, and submit a shared resource application for accepting the selected resource.
When the application client or the wechat page submits a shared resource application, the shared resource application at least carries resource information selected by a user and an account identifier of a second user account.
A background server of the network platform may receive a plurality of shared resource applications within a preset time (e.g., 1 minute), and after receiving a shared resource application sent by a client such as an application client or a page, the network platform further determines which second user account can successfully apply for the resource.
In some embodiments of the present application, said determining, in response to at least one of the candidate second user accounts applying for accepting the resource, a second user account that successfully applies for the resource includes: and determining the second user account which successfully applies for the resources according to one or more information of the pre-registered geographic position of the at least one candidate second user account, the time sequence of the candidate second user account applying for accepting the resources and the number of the candidate second user accounts accepting shared resources in a preset time period. For example, the network platform may screen the candidate second user accounts applying for accepting the resource according to the number of accepted shared resources of the candidate second user accounts within a preset time period, and only reserve the candidate second user accounts in which the number of accepted shared resources within the preset time period is smaller than a preset number threshold; and then, determining that the candidate second user account which is firstly applied for accepting the resource successfully applies for the resource in the reserved candidate second user accounts.
In other embodiments of the present application, the reserved candidate second user accounts may be sorted from front to back according to the time sequence of applying for accepting the resource, so as to obtain a time sorting score; and sorting the reserved candidate second user accounts according to the sequence of the distance between the pre-registered geographic position and the current position of the resource from small to large to obtain a distance sorting score. And finally, carrying out weighted summation on the time sorting score and the distance sorting score to obtain a probability score of the resource successfully applied by the corresponding candidate second user account. When the probability score is positively correlated with the time sequence applied to the resource and is negatively correlated with the distance between the candidate second user account and the resource, the candidate second user account with the minimum probability score can be determined to successfully apply to the resource.
In still other embodiments of the present application, based on the three pieces of information, other determination logic may be further adopted to determine the second user account that successfully applies for the resource, which is not listed in this embodiment.
In the embodiment of the application, the candidate second user account which successfully receives the resource is marked as the second user account.
Step 140, executing a resource transfer operation of transferring the resource from the first user account to the second user account that successfully applies for the resource.
After determining the second user account that successfully applies for the resource, the network platform further performs a transfer operation of the shared resource.
In order to avoid resource waste, in some embodiments of the present application, the shared resource pool is only used as a carrier for displaying and acquiring shared resource information, and does not really receive resources shared by users. And the platform verifies and sells the resource shared by the first user account from the first user account only after the resource is successfully applied by the second user account, and adds the resource to the second user account. If the resource shared by the first user account is not applied by the second user account, the resource always belongs to the first user account.
The resource transfer operations performed by the network platform differ for different types of shared resources. The following illustrates the transferring method of different types of shared resources.
In some embodiments of the present application, the resource is an electronic certificate, and the performing a resource transfer operation to transfer the resource from the first user account to the second user account that successfully applied for the resource includes: and issuing the resource to the second user account which successfully applies for the resource, and setting the state of the resource in the first user account to indicate that the resource is used. When the shared resource (such as the resource shared by the first user account) does not need to be delivered offline, the resource transfer can be completed by directly performing resource increase and decrease operations on the user account. For example, when the resource shared by the first user account is an electronic certificate, the network platform may directly set the resource (e.g., the electronic certificate) shared by other users in the first user account to a used state, and at the same time, issue the corresponding electronic certificate to the second user account applying for the electronic certificate. After the resource transfer operation is completed, the network platform removes the resource (such as the electronic certificate) issued in the shared resource pool, or sets the resource to be in an applied state.
When the shared resource (such as the resource shared by the first user account) needs to be delivered offline, the network platform needs to access the delivery system to synchronize the delivery information, so that the delivery of the offline resource is completed. Furthermore, the transfer operation processing flows of the shared resources are different corresponding to different distribution states. In some embodiments of the present application, the resource is a physical order resource of the first user account, and the performing a resource transfer operation of transferring the resource from the first user account to the second user account that successfully applies for the resource includes any one of: responding to the fact that the physical order resource is delivered to a container taking device, generating a goods taking code of the second user account which successfully applies for the resource, and sending the goods taking code to the second user account; responding to the fact that the physical order resources do not start to be delivered, generating a delivery order according to receiving information set by the second user account which successfully applies for the resources, and associating the delivery order to the second user account; and responding to the fact that the physical order resources are in the delivery process, sending delivery capacity information of the resources to the second user account which successfully applies for the resources, and sending prompt information that the physical order resources are shared to the second user account to the delivery capacity of the resources.
The following description will be made with respect to resource transfer operations in various distribution states of the shared resource.
For shared resources which are not started to be distributed (for example, when the resources shared by the first user account are takeout foods), the network platform may directly transfer the physical order of the shared resources to a second user account which successfully applies for the shared resources (for example, takeout foods), and regenerate the resource distribution order according to the receiving information set by the second user account. The receiving information set by the second user account may be the receiving information set by the network platform client after the second user account successfully applies for the resource, or the receiving information set by the second user account during registration.
For the shared resource which has started to be distributed, namely the physical order resource purchased by the first user account is already in the process of distribution, the network platform may send the contact information and the real-time position information of the distribution capacity (such as take-out riders) of the resource (such as take-out food) to the second user account which successfully applies for the resource, so that the second user account which applies for the shared resource is coordinated with the distribution capacity to modify the distribution address, or the real-time distribution information of the shared resource is obtained. Meanwhile, the network platform synchronizes the relevant information of the second user account successfully applying for the shared resource to the distribution capacity of the shared resource, and the consignee of the distribution capacity is reminded of changing.
In the prior art, for the takeaway orders which have started to be delivered, the delivery information is not allowed to be modified in order to ensure delivery timeliness. In the embodiment of the application, in order to enable the takeaway order resource to be shared by other users, after the second user account successfully applies for the physical order resource shared by the first user account, the network platform first judges whether the physical order resource starts to be distributed, if the physical order resource starts to be distributed, the network platform further triggers a distribution order information modification process, so that the second user account can modify part or all of the receiving information conveniently, and the modified receiving information is sent to the corresponding distribution capacity confirmation. And if the delivery capacity receives the modified delivery information, the network platform modifies the receiving information of the corresponding delivery order by calling an interface of a delivery system, and modifies the associated account of the delivery order into a second user account. If the delivery capacity rejects the modified delivery information, the second user account may give up applying for the shared resource. The shared resource will be reissued to the shared resource pool.
In another delivery state, taking a takeout food as an example, for a shared resource (such as a takeout food) which has been delivered, if the takeout food has been delivered to a meal fetching cabinet, after a second user account applies for the takeout food shared by a first user account, the network platform acquires a meal fetching code from the delivery system for the meal fetching cabinet again, and sends the newly acquired meal fetching code and the meal fetching cabinet information to the second user account, so that the second user account can fetch the meal from the corresponding meal fetching cabinet by means of the received meal fetching code.
In some embodiments of the present application, the resource is a takeaway red packet or a takeaway coupon, and after the performing of the resource transfer operation of transferring the resource from the first user account to the second user account that successfully applies for the resource, the method further includes: generating a takeaway order for the second user account in response to the second user account using the takeaway red envelope or take-away coupon, wherein the takeaway order is paid in part or in whole by the takeaway red envelope or take-away coupon. For example, after a first user account purchases a takeaway red envelope, the takeaway red envelope may be shared with a resource application user registered on the network platform. After the resource application user successfully applies for the takeaway red envelope, the resource application user can place an order by the takeaway platform, purchase takeaway meals and pay by using the taken takeaway red envelope. In this way, the user can share the outgoing red envelope or coupon which is about to expire or is no longer needed to other users who need the same, thereby avoiding resource waste.
In the above, the method for sharing resources such as coupons and takeaway meals is introduced, and the method for sharing resources disclosed in the embodiment of the present application may also be applied to sharing other resources, which is not illustrated in the embodiment of the present application.
The resource application user corresponding to the second user account in the embodiment of the present application may be a personal user (e.g., wandering personnel), an organization (e.g., public welfare organization), or another user.
According to the resource sharing method disclosed by the embodiment of the application, the resource shared by the resource sharing operation is issued to the shared resource pool through the resource sharing operation executed in response to the first user account; displaying the resources released in the shared resource pool to a candidate second user account, wherein the candidate second user account is an account of a resource application user which is registered as the shared resource pool in advance; responding to at least one candidate second user account applying for accepting the resource, and determining a second user account applying for the resource successfully; and executing the resource transfer operation of transferring the resource from the first user account to the second user account which successfully applies for the resource, so that the resource waste can be reduced.
According to the resource sharing method disclosed by the embodiment of the application, the unnecessary resources are issued to the shared resource pool of the network platform, and the network platform pushes the resources issued in the shared resource pool to the pre-registered resource application users regularly or in real time, so that the resources are fully utilized, and the resource waste is reduced. By taking the shared resource as a takeaway food example, after a certain user reserves a takeaway food, the user cannot take the food for some reasons, and in order to avoid waste caused by deterioration of the food after being placed for a long time, the user can issue the reserved takeaway food to a shared resource pool of a network platform through the network platform for application by a resource application user registered first.
On the other hand, the user can also perform public welfare or charitable activities by releasing the shared resources, and share some resources to public welfare agencies or individual users registered in the network platform in advance, so that the effective utilization of the resources is realized.
