Description

Logistics service information processing method and device
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of logistics information processing technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for processing logistics service information.
Background
With the rapid development of electronic commerce and intelligent terminal technology, logistics in various industries are rapidly developed in an electronic commerce system, wherein a large number of commodities (particularly home decoration) and transaction orders are increased. For home decoration goods, the consumers pay more attention to logistics distribution to home or distribution to home and installation of services, if the home decoration goods of the logistics services are provided, the consumers can be attracted to purchase, the platform experience of the consumers is improved, and the loyalty to the platform is increased; meanwhile, the increase of the demand of consumers attracts more merchants to stay, so that richer commodities with high quality and low price are provided, the win-win of the platform, the merchants and the consumers is achieved, and the virtuous circle of the platform ecosystem is promoted.
For the merchants in the e-commerce platform, the logistics service is provided for the customer users by purchasing from the logistics service provider. Although the number of logistics services is large, the types of logistics services ordered by different merchants may vary, for example, due to cost considerations, having only ordered delivery services, not ordering installation services, etc. Thus, if a buyer user browses the merchandise objects in the shop of the merchant, the buyer user may find that the merchant cannot be installed at the door of the merchant, but if the buyer user has the requirement, the buyer user may not be able to achieve the transaction between the two parties, and the user experience is not good. Moreover, the buyer user may need to search for other similar merchandise objects or other stores as a substitute by searching or the like, which wastes time of the buyer user and also causes a large amount of occupation of system resources.
Therefore, in the situation that the logistics service ordered by the merchant cannot meet the current user requirement, how to enable the achievement of the transaction is a technical problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
The inventor of the application finds that in the process of implementing the application, the following situations often occur in practical application: the first users (for example, merchants, sellers, etc.) selling goods objects of the same category or brand in the e-commerce platform usually have a plurality of first users, and these first users generally have logistics service capability, and for goods objects of the same category or brand, their installation manners and the like are often the same or similar, so if a certain first user can provide services such as home installation and the like for goods objects sold by the certain first user, theoretically, the first user can also provide home installation services for goods objects of the same category or brand. For example, a first user a and a first user B both sell a brand of air conditioners, wherein the first user a is associated with a door installation service, and the first user B is not associated with the service, and the logistics service provider associated with the first user a also has the ability to provide the door installation service for the air conditioner of the first user B.
In addition, there are special cases as follows: the same item is sold in stores of different first users. For example, a certain model of air conditioner of a certain brand may be sold in the shop of the first user a and also sold in the shop of the first user B, and a second user (for example, a buyer user or a consumer user) may buy the same product regardless of the specific shop from which the second user purchases the product. Due to the same type of goods sold, if a first user can provide a certain logistics service capability for the goods sold by the first user, the first user also has the capability of providing the service for the goods sold by other first users.
This is common in distribution scenarios, and for ease of understanding, the distribution is often referred to briefly below. Some sales platforms provide a distribution platform, and users of the distribution platform are classified into suppliers and distributors, the suppliers belong to manufacturers of commodities, and the distributors can be merchants, sellers and the like that open shops (non-shopping malls) in the sales platform, that is, the aforementioned first users. The distribution platform is used for helping suppliers to build, manage and operate network sales channels and helping the distributors to acquire the source channels. A supplier can publish the rear-end commodity object through the distribution platform, the distributor can enter the store management interface, after the distributor is confirmed to join in distribution, the specific rear-end commodity object can be selected, then the protocol is confirmed, a distribution contract relation is established with the supplier, and the front-end commodity object can be generated and published to the store of the distributor. Meanwhile, another distributor may select the same back-end commodity object, create a front-end commodity object, and distribute the front-end commodity object to its store. That is, in the distribution scenario, different distributors may publish the same back-end commodity object as different front-end commodity objects, and may set the prices and the like of the respective front-end commodity objects, respectively, and perform front-end exhibition on the commodity object in the shop page of the trading platform. The second user appears to be able to view different ones of the merchandise objects in the stores of different ones of the first users, but in fact the corresponding backend merchandise objects are the same, i.e., the corresponding physical items are the same. In the process, the distributor can provide detailed introduction of the front-end commodity object in the shop without carrying out links of shipping, delivery and the like, sends related order information to the supplier after the buyer user places an order, and carries out specific delivery and delivery by the supplier, so that the cost of the merchant is greatly saved.
For large items such as home decoration, the consumer may need to be delivered to home and even provide value-added services such as home installation. However, in a distribution scenario, a supplier performs delivery and delivery, and generally only provides delivery of a trunk line, that is, after delivery, the supplier may only send an item to a service site at an administrative division level, such as a city level or a district level, of a receiving address of a buyer user, and then a staff member of the service site needs to notify the buyer user to go to the service site to retrieve the item. That is to say, the supplier generally cannot or cannot provide the value-added logistics service, and at this time, the situation that the value-added logistics service is unavailable occurs, which affects the shopping experience of the consumer to a certain extent.
In order to improve the shopping experience of the consumers, some dealers can also provide or purchase more value-added logistics services by themselves and provide available options of the value-added logistics services in the detailed pages of the commodity objects so as to attract the consumers and improve the ordering quantity. After the customer places an order and notifies the supplier to deliver goods, the delivery of goods to the main store by the supplier can be monitored through the logistics details provided by the supplier, or the arrival notification of staff of the main store can be received, and then the dealer can notify the ordered value-added logistics service provider to fulfill subsequent value-added logistics services, such as delivery to home, home installation and the like.
The above method can effectively improve the shopping experience of consumers, but there is a fault between the distributor and the supplier, that is, the trunk distribution of goods is performed by the supplier, but the ability of value-added services is actually provided by the distributor. Therefore, if a second user purchases a front-end commodity object issued by a distributor, the distributor cannot provide corresponding value-added services, and therefore the purchasing decision of the consumer may be affected, and the shopping experience of the consumer may also be affected.
However, in the distribution business scenario, the same backend commodity object of the same supplier may be proxied by multiple distributors, and different distributors may often have different logistics service capabilities (obtained by self-operation or ordering from a third-party logistics service provider, etc.), so that there may be a case where the logistics service capabilities are complementary among different distributors. If the sharing of the logistics service capability can be realized among different distributors, the convenience brought by the sharing can be enjoyed by the suppliers and the distributors, so that the second user can enjoy the sharing.
In view of the above, in the embodiment of the present application, linkage may be formed between different first users associated with the same commodity object, so that the logistics service capabilities of different first users can be shared, which is beneficial to both the first user and the second user, and also can reduce resource waste caused by operations such as multiple searches and browsing from the perspective of system resources.
Therefore, the embodiments of the present application provide a method for processing logistics service information based on the above considerations, and the following detailed description is provided.
Example one
First, referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present application, from the perspective of a server, a method for processing logistics service information is provided, that is, an execution subject of each step may be the server, and specifically, the method may include the following steps:
s101: the server prestores a first association relationship between the same commodity object and at least one first user and a second association relationship between each first user and the logistics service capability information;
for the server, two association relations may be established in advance, where a first association relation is an association relation between the same commodity object and at least one first user, and a second association relation is an association relation between each first user and the logistics service capability information.
For example, in a common scenario, when a first user publishes a front-end commodity object, attribute information about the commodity object, including a category, a brand, a model, specification parameters, and the like, is generally provided, and for a certain commodity object, category and/or brand information to which the commodity object belongs may be determined first, and then at least one first user associated with the category and/or brand may be determined, for example, each first user who also sells the category or brand commodity object, and the like. Further, an association relationship can be established between the commodity object and each first user.
In addition, in a distribution scene, because the distributors select the suppliers and the back-end commodity objects thereof through the distribution platform, the server can know which distributors select the same back-end commodity object and establish a distribution contract relationship with the suppliers of the back-end commodity objects. Thus, the incidence relation between the front-end commodity object and at least one distributor can be established according to the rear-end commodity object. Specifically, at least one front-end commodity object associated with the same rear-end commodity object may be determined first, and then at least one first user to which the front-end commodity object belongs may be determined, so that the first association relationship may be established between the at least one front-end commodity object and the at least one first user.
For example, in a specific implementation, the first association relationship information may be stored in the form of table 1 below or the like.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0000795440570000091
Figure BDA0000795440570000101
The commodity objects in table 1 are front-end commodity objects by default.
Certainly, during the specific implementation, there may be other association relationship establishing manners, for example, for a distribution scenario, an association relationship between the backend commodity object and at least one first user may also be saved, for example, as shown in the following table 2:
TABLE 2
Backend commodity object identification First user identification
Backend commodity object 20001 First user A, B, C
Backend commodity object 20002 First user B, D, E, F
…… ……
However, at the same time, a third association relationship between the back-end commodity object identifier and the front-end commodity object identifier may also be established, because, in the transaction order generated by the front-end transaction platform, the front-end commodity object identifier usually issued by the first user is recorded, and the back-end commodity object identifier is recorded in the foregoing table 2, therefore, mapping may be performed according to the third association relationship at first. Specifically, the third relationship may be in the form as shown in table 3 below:
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0000795440570000102
Figure BDA0000795440570000111
In this way, when the transaction order generation event is monitored subsequently, after the front-end commodity object identification information is extracted from the order, the associated rear-end commodity object identification can be determined according to the table 3. For example, assuming that the front-end commodity object identifier recorded in the transaction order is 10001, the corresponding back-end commodity object identifier is 20001 according to table 3, and further, according to the description in table 2, it can be known that there are three users, such as A, B, C, of the first user associated with the back-end commodity object 20001.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, not all the first users may want to participate in the sharing of the logistics service capability, and therefore, in the specific implementation, before the first association relationship information is saved, the specific first user may be queried first, and after the first user is confirmed, the first user may be added to the association relationship. If a first user does not agree to participate in the sharing, the first user is no longer included in the association, even though it is also associated with the same backend merchandise object. That is, it may be determined whether the at least one first user participates in the sharing of the logistics service capability information, and the first association relationship may be established between the commodity object and the at least one first user participating in the sharing.
In addition to storing the first association relationship between the commodity object and the first user, a second association relationship between each first user and the logistics service capability information may be stored in advance. The logistics service capability information may store a logistics service type (including delivery, door-to-door installation, etc.) and a corresponding service coverage area (for example, in which cities delivery, door-to-door installation, etc.) that each first user can correspond to, and the like. For example, when implemented, such logistics service information can be stored in the form of the following table 4:
TABLE 4
Figure BDA0000795440570000112
Figure BDA0000795440570000121
The logistics service capability of the first user can be a logistics service owned by the first user, or can also cooperate with a logistics service provider in a offline manner. In addition, some trading platforms may provide a logistics solution for the first user, such as a panning vegetable and bird logistics treasure system, so that the first user may order a logistics service through the vegetable and bird logistics treasure system to obtain a logistics service capability. In summary, the so-called logistics service capability of the first user does not necessarily need to be that of the first user who provides the logistics service in person, and may also be that of a third party logistics service provider who has a cooperative relationship with the first user or who subscribes to the first user. The first user may submit the related logistics service capability information to the server and the server stores the information. And for the logistics service capacity obtained by the first user through the logistics solution of the system for ordering food and bird logistics treasures and the like, the first user can obtain the logistics service capacity through reading the logistics service ordering record of the first user and the like, and the logistics service capacity can be stored.
S102: when a transaction order generation event is monitored, extracting a target commodity object identifier, a target first user identifier, address information and at least one required target logistics service information from the transaction order;
s103: judging whether the target first user can provide the target logistics service for the address information or not according to the second association relation;
when the information is stored, the logistics service information can be controlled in the ordering process of the second user. Specifically, when the second user browses a detail page of a specific front-end merchandise object of a first user a, at least one logistics service may be displayed in the detail page, for example, delivery to home, home installation, and the like may be included. It should be noted that even if the current first user a cannot provide these logistics services, they can still be presented in the detail page, and the second user can select the logistics service he or she desires.
The selectable logistics services displayed in the detail page may be provided by default, for example, all the logistics services that may be needed in general may be displayed for the current second user to select. Or, in another implementation, when receiving a request for browsing detailed information of a specified front-end commodity object of the first user a, the target receiving address information corresponding to the request may be determined, and according to the association relationship stored in the table 1 and the like, the other first users associated with the specified commodity object may be determined, and then the logistics service capability information of the first users may be integrated to determine and provide at least one piece of logistics service information capable of being provided for the target receiving address.
For example, the current merchandise object is 10001, which is associated with A, B, C of the first user, and the current shipping address of the second user is a cell in the hangzhou city, and at this time, it can be determined from table 4 that the first user a can provide shipping and shipping services in the hangzhou city, the first user B can provide shipping and shipping services in the hangzhou city, and the first user C can provide shipping services in the hangzhou city. At this time, it can be determined that each first user corresponding to the backend commodity object can provide delivery and home entry installation services at the receiving address, and accordingly, the two logistics services can be displayed in the detail page of the commodity object. Thus, the second user can know that he can enjoy delivery and home-entry services if he orders the current merchandise object.
That is, different first users order scenes with different service capabilities for the same backend commodity object, and the service capabilities of the first users can be shared through the backend commodity object as a medium. In specific implementation, when a first user sets a commodity object detail page template, two service capability views can be set, one view is a self-ordered logistics service capability view, and the other view is a global logistics service capability view. When a consumer user purchases a merchandise object, a global service view may be seen. If a certain first user does not want to share and use the logistics service capability of other first users, the second user can be set to see only the view of the service capability of the second user.
In summary, the aforementioned selectable logistics services provided in the detail page may be determined from the global perspective of a plurality of first users having association relations with the same commodity object, and the first user currently selected by the second user may not have the corresponding logistics service capability. Therefore, after the second user drives the generation of the transaction order, the delivery location, the receiving location, and at least one desired target logistics service (which may be selected by the current first user or may be bound by default to the current front-end commodity object) may be determined, and then, by looking up the table 4, it may be determined whether the first user to which the current commodity object belongs has a corresponding logistics service capability, that is, whether the corresponding target logistics service can be provided for address information such as the receiving location.
S104: if not, determining other first users associated with the target commodity object according to the first association relation;
for example, when the current second user places an order, the selected first user is a, the corresponding target commodity object is 10001, and the receiving address of the second user is a certain street in a certain area in the state of Hangzhou, which requires delivery and home entry installation services, at this time, according to the information stored in Table 3, the first user a can only provide the delivery and home entry services but cannot provide the home entry installation services at the state of Hangzhou, and therefore, the first user a does not have the corresponding logistics service capability.
At this time, in order to enable the second user to normally obtain the required logistics service without searching for the commodity in another store, in this embodiment of the application, it may also be determined that the target commodity object 10001 is associated with another first user according to the first association relationship, for example, the another first user also has B, C.
S105: and determining a first user capable of providing the target logistics service aiming at the address information from the other first users as a proxy first user so as to provide the target logistics service by a logistics resource provider associated with the proxy first user.
After determining the other first users, it may be determined whether the other first users can provide the target logistics service for the address information, and if a certain first user can, a proxy first user may be determined.
In a specific implementation, there may be a plurality of ways to determine whether these other first users can provide the target logistics service for the address information. For example, in one mode, since the second association relationship in the server stores the logistics service capability information associated with each first user, it may be determined whether other first users can provide the target logistics service for the address information directly according to the information stored in the second association relationship. For example, in the above example, when the second user currently needs to obtain the delivery and home-entry service in the hangzhou region, it can be seen from table 4 that the first user B can provide the delivery and home-entry service in the hangzhou region, and thus, the first user B can be determined as the proxy first user.
Or, in another implementation, after obtaining the consent of other first users in advance, the first user can be used as a proxy first user to perform subsequent logistics services. In this way, an assistance message may be first distributed to the other first user clients, where the assistance message carries address information and the target logistics service information, and after receiving the assistance message, the other first users may determine whether they have corresponding service capabilities according to the information carried in the assistance message, and if they have the corresponding service capabilities and are willing to assist, they may receive an order, that is, may return a response message agreeing to assist. Thus, after receiving the response message of a certain first user, the server can determine that the first user has the corresponding logistics service capability and use the first user as the proxy first user.
For example, the current commodity object is 10001, the current first user is a, and the lookup table 1 shows that there are B, C other associated first users. Therefore, after finding that the current first user a does not have the logistics service capability required by the current second user, an assistance message can be generated and distributed to the first user B and the second user C, wherein the assistance message can carry address information such as the required logistics service and the receiving place. The first user B and the first user C judge according to the own logistics service capability, and if the first user B and the first user C have the corresponding logistics service capability, a response message of agreeing to assistance can be returned.
After the agent first user is determined, a logistics service purchase order can be generated and sent to the agent first user client, and then subsequent logistics services can be fulfilled by the agent first user. In a specific implementation, the server may further send a delivery instruction to the client of the logistics service provider associated with the agent first user, and the delivery instruction carries information of the transaction order, for example, the information may include order identification information, address information, and required at least one target logistics service information, and so on, so that the logistics service provider may associate related logistics detail information with the transaction order.
During specific implementation, in a distribution scene, when a transaction order is generated, a goods purchase order can be generated and sent to a target supplier, and after the agent first user is determined, the goods purchase order can be modified into a delivery state, so that the target supplier can deliver goods. After the related goods are delivered to the main-line delivery store, the store staff or the server can notify the agent first user, or the agent first user can know that the goods are delivered to the main-line store according to the logistics detail information of the related transaction order and then can continue to fulfill subsequent logistics services. For example, the associated logistics service provider may be notified to perform a particular delivery home, home installation, and the like.
That is, in a distribution scenario, the server may provide global service view data based on the various distributors associated with the same back-end commodity object and present in the detail page of the front-end commodity object. The second user can see the own service capability of the current distributor and the global service capability view no matter in which specific front-end commodity object detail page. When the second user places an order (assuming that the distributor at this time is A), the corresponding trade order message is created for the trade, and the corresponding logistics order is generated by the bill center. If the commodity is distributed, the trading platform informs the distribution platform, the distribution platform server refers to the receipt and judges whether the distributor A can support service capability fulfillment, if the distributor A can support, a logistics service purchase order is issued to the distributor A, the distributor A receives the logistics service purchase order and selects the logistics service provider to fulfill the logistics service, meanwhile, the order state can be changed into a shippable device, the supplier delivers the commodity at the back end, and the distributor A contacts the logistics service provider to fulfill the logistics service when the commodity delivered by the shipper reaches the destination.
If the distribution platform finds that the distributor A can not provide the currently required logistics service capability according to the document related information and the service capability information provided by the resource center, the order is not available for delivery by default and a logistics service purchase order is generated at the same time, so that the distributor A initiates a request to purchase the logistics service from other distributors under the supplier. After the logistics service purchase order is generated, the logistics service purchase order can be tried to be distributed to other distributors below the current supplier, when distributor B receives the order, the business relation is that the order state is changed into a distributable state, and after the supplier delivers the order, distributor B can follow up the subsequent logistics service fulfillment of the order.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, each first user associated with the same commodity object may form linkage, and after the commodity object of a certain first user is purchased and a transaction order is generated, a reverse ordering process may also be generated, that is, for a document that the current first user's own logistics service capability is not reachable or needs to fulfill value-added services, a logistics service purchase order is automatically generated and given to other first users having corresponding logistics service capabilities, so that the first user performs duties as a main role in the whole process, and the whole complete service system is ensured.
