Description

Address modification information processing method and device
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of address information processing technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for processing address modification information.
Background
In order to improve the shopping experience of consumers on commodity objects such as big electric appliances, some e-commerce sales platforms provide the same warehousing and distribution management system for merchants. For example, a panning electric city merchant must first park in a vegetable-bird real warehouse (a large household appliance warehouse, each warehouse has its own distribution coverage area to provide a deterministic logistics service experience for a consumer), when the consumer views a baby in a panning detail or purchase page, the coverage area of the vegetable-bird real warehouse is matched according to the address of the consumer, if the coverage area is matched, the stock in the vegetable-bird real warehouse is displayed to the consumer, after the consumer pays an order, a logistics order is generated to flow into a vegetable-bird system, the vegetable-bird system delivers the goods, and then "goods of a seller" are delivered to the consumer through a series of delivery links.
The customer may have a need to modify the shipping address for various reasons after placing the order, such as: when placing an order, the delivery address is selected by mistake, the address is filled by mistake, and the like. The existing operation flow at present is as follows: the consumer completes the modification of the receiving address at the foreground, and the merchant generates a warehousing operation order (warehouse delivery instruction) according to the new receiving address. However, the condition for generating the warehousing job order is that the warehouse can cover the shipping address and that there is inventory within the warehouse. Since the transaction order is occupied on a warehouse before, the modification of the address by the consumer is likely to cause the warehouse to fail to cover the new address, and even if the new address is covered, the warehouse is likely to have insufficient stock and cannot generate the warehouse job order. When a huge single amount of "double 11" and other festivals come, the problem brings great difficulty to normal operation of merchants, and the shopping experience is influenced because the consumers cannot receive the goods for a long time.
Therefore, how to reduce the operation trouble of the merchant caused by changing the address on the premise of not influencing the shopping experience of the consumer is a problem which needs to be solved urgently.

According to the specific embodiments provided herein, the present application discloses the following technical effects:
according to the embodiment of the application, when the receiving address is modified by the third user, the third user does not modify unconditionally any more, and when the address modification request exists, the system firstly judges whether a warehouse which meets the conditions exists at present, namely, the warehouse distribution range covers the new receiving address, the warehouse has sufficient stock, and if the warehouse exists, the third user is allowed to modify. In this way, since the information such as the coverage area and the stock is judged in advance, the second user does not need to perform operations such as replenishment to deliver the order of the modified address, but directly selects the warehouse selected by the system to deliver the order. Thus, the problems of delivery delay and the like caused by address change can be effectively solved.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the present application, when a consumer user (also referred to as a "buyer user" or the like, and may be referred to as a third user in the embodiment of the present application) modifies a shipping address, the modification is no longer unconditional, and when there is an address modification request, the system determines whether there is currently a warehouse that meets the following conditions: 1) the warehouse distribution range covers the new address; 2) the warehouse stock is sufficient; if so, allowing the third user to successfully modify; otherwise, the third user fails to modify the address. For the order with the modified address, the merchant user (or called as "seller user", in this embodiment, called as a second user) no longer needs to perform operations such as replenishment to deliver the order, but directly selects the warehouse selected by the system to deliver the order. Thus, the problems of delivery delay and the like caused by address change can be effectively solved. Of course, in the specific implementation process, efficient coordination and equivalent processing of the front end and the back end is also involved, including consistent processing of various order states and the like. Specific implementations are described in detail below.
Example one
The first embodiment provides an address modification information processing method from the perspective of a first server, where the first server is a server deployed in an e-commerce transaction platform, for example, in practical applications, a server that may be an inventory management subsystem, and is referred to as "IPM", and so on. Of course, in the specific implementation, the specific name of the server and the mutual logical relationship with other servers may be set according to the needs in the actual application. Referring to fig. 1, the method may include the steps of:
s101: when the first server receives a request for modifying a receiving address aiming at a target transaction order execution, determining a new receiving address;
in particular, after the third user purchases the commodity object through the trading platform system, the system generates a corresponding trading order, and can provide various operation options for the third user, so that the third user can operate the trading order, for example, the status of the trading order can be inquired, the receiving operation can be confirmed for the trading order, and the like. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, an operation option for performing a modification of a shipping address on a transaction order may also be provided, and when a third user needs to modify a shipping address of a certain transaction order, a modification request may be sent to the system through the operation option, and accordingly, the first server may receive the request.
Upon receipt of the request, a new shipping address may also be determined, which may typically be entered by a third user. In specific implementation, after the operation option is triggered, the client side can directly provide an input control (for example, an input box and the like) for inputting a new delivery address, so that when the client side submits a modification request to the server, the new delivery address can be directly carried in the modification request, and the server can directly extract corresponding new delivery address information from the modification request. Alternatively, it is contemplated that the shipping address of the trade order may not be allowed to be modified, for example, the logistics order associated with a trade order is in a closed state, or a warehousing job order has been generated (i.e., the warehouse has shipped, or has completed preparation such as packaging), etc. Therefore, in another implementation, after the operation option is triggered, the client may directly notify the first server, after the first server determines the state of the associated logistics order, it is determined whether to allow the receiving address to be modified, if so, the client may notify the client, the client may provide a corresponding input control, and after a third user inputs a specific new receiving address, the client submits the new receiving address to the first server. The specific determination of whether the first server is allowed to modify the shipping address will be described in detail below.
S102: judging whether a target warehouse meeting preset conditions exists according to the warehouse list of the commodity object associated with the target transaction order and the distribution coverage range information of each warehouse, wherein the target warehouse meeting the preset conditions is as follows: a delivery coverage may cover warehouses with sufficient inventory and the new shipping address;
after determining the new receiving address, the first server may first determine a commodity object associated in the target transaction order, and may further determine a warehouse list of the commodity object and distribution range information of each warehouse. The warehouse list related to the commodity object may be warehouses selected by the second user when the second user selects a logistics solution for each commodity issued by the second user, and the warehouses are recorded in a specific database of the sales platform, and these warehouses may be warehouses provided by the sales platform in a unified manner, such as a "bird and dish warehouse" described in the background section of the embodiment of the present application. The stock information of the commodity object in each warehouse is collectively stored and updated by the stock center server. Therefore, after determining the new receiving address, the first server may determine whether a qualified target warehouse exists in the warehouse list associated with the target commodity object, where the qualified target warehouse is a preset condition, that is, the delivery range can cover the new receiving address and the stock is sufficient. The specific determination method as to whether the delivery coverage can cover the new receiving address and whether the stock is sufficient is not the focus of the embodiments of the present application, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted here. In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, after receiving the address modification request from the third user, the target warehouse may be determined first, and only when it is determined that the target warehouse meeting the condition exists, the shipping address may be modified. Certainly, in order to ensure timely delivery and avoid operations such as re-allocation of goods and the like, the inventory occupation condition of the inventory center can be modified, specifically, the inventory occupied in the previous warehouse can be released, and the inventory occupation of a new target warehouse is increased.
S103: and if so, modifying the information in the associated order so as to carry out delivery processing to the new receiving address according to the modified information.
And under the condition that the target warehouse meeting the conditions is determined to exist, modifying the information in some associated orders, so that the subsequent delivery operation can be carried out according to the modified new delivery address. In specific implementation, considering that a specific sales scenario generally includes a distribution scenario and a general non-distribution scenario, and specific processing flows, the number of generated orders, types, and the like are different in different scenarios, in this embodiment of the present application, a determination of a type of a trade order may be first performed, that is, whether the target trade order is a trade order generated in the distribution scenario is determined, so as to determine a modification manner of information in the associated order according to a determination result. In the specific implementation, if the transaction order is generated in a distribution scene, a corresponding identifier and the like may be added to the transaction order, so that the type of the transaction order may be determined through the identifier.
Scene one
If the target trade order is not a trade order generated in a distribution scene, that is, a trade order generated in a common sales scene, the second user is both a seller of the commodity object and a goods controller, in this scene, the system generates a logistics order for the generated trade order, records specific delivery party information and the like in the logistics order, and subsequently can execute specific delivery operation according to the logistics order when executing specific delivery warehouse-out and other operations.
That is, in a non-sales scenario, the specific orders typically include trade orders as well as logistics orders. In this case, when receiving a receiving address modification request for a target trading order, the first server may first determine whether a logistics order associated with the target trading order exists, and if so, determine whether the receiving address can be modified according to a state of the logistics order, and if so, may trigger the determining of the modified new receiving address and subsequent steps. That is, if the logistics order has been created, the current shipping progress may be further determined, for example, whether the logistics order is in a closed state (e.g., a refund has been applied, etc.), or a warehousing job order has been created (e.g., a warehouse has been prepared for shipment or has been shipped out, etc.), and if so, the shipping address is not allowed to be modified, otherwise, the shipping address is in a modifiable state. After the target warehouse meeting the conditions is determined according to the new receiving address, modifying the information in the associated order may be to modify the information in the logistics order, and specifically, the receiving address in the logistics order may be modified into the new receiving address, and the shipping warehouse may be modified into the target warehouse.
If there is no logistics order associated with the current target trade order, it can be proved that the trade order has not yet entered the shipping state since the specific shipping operation needs to be performed based on the logistics order, and therefore, it can be directly determined that the trade order is in a state where the shipping address can be modified. After the target warehouse is determined according to the new receiving address, the receiving address in the target transaction order can be modified into the new receiving address by modifying the information in the associated order, and the delivery warehouse is modified into the target warehouse, so that the logistics order can be created subsequently, the corresponding logistics order can be created directly according to the information in the modified target transaction order, and further, the subsequent delivery operation can be performed based on the new receiving address in the logistics order.
Scene two
The second user is taken as a distributor user, the second user does not control goods, goods are uniformly provided and managed by a first user (namely a supplier user), the second user only issues a rear-end commodity object provided by the first user as a front-end commodity object (also called a front-end treasure), when a third user purchases a specific front-end commodity object from a shop of the second user, a corresponding transaction order can be generated in the system, and a second logistics order for establishing the relationship between the second user and the third user can also be generated; meanwhile, there is often a supply and marketing platform server (referred to as a fourth server in this embodiment) dedicated to processing supply and marketing relationships in the system, and after the transaction order is generated, the fourth server may also generate a purchase order under a triggering operation of the second user, or automatically generate a purchase order (the purchase order is used to record a relationship between the first user and the second user). In addition, a personalization scheme processing platform server (which may be referred to as a second server in this embodiment) may also exist in the system, and the second server may generate a first logistics order for creating a relationship between the first user, the second user, and a third user according to the purchase order. Subsequent delivery operation is executed based on the first logistics order, and the specific delivery state is updated to the associated second logistics order, so that a third user at the front end can acquire specific logistics state information by inquiring the state of the second logistics order.
That is, in a distribution scenario, there are typically the following orders: the system comprises a trading order, a purchase order, a first logistics order and a second logistics order, wherein the orders can be associated through information such as trading order codes, and receiving address information can be recorded in each order, so that under the condition of modifying the address, the problem of modifying relevant information in the orders in a consistent manner is involved, and system errors are avoided.
In particular implementation, in the embodiment of the present application, in the case that the purchase order is generated, the purchase order identifier (e.g., a number, etc.) and the first user identifier (e.g., a first user id, etc.) may be updated into the trade order synchronously, thus, the first user can determine whether the trading order is the trading order in the distribution scene or not through the information in the trading order, and, according to the purchase order identifier and the first user identifier recorded in the transaction order, it may be determined whether the first logistics order associated with the target transaction order exists (in a specific implementation, the first logistics order may be queried by a logistics order center server, or may be implemented in other ways), if the first logistics order exists, whether the receiving address modification operation is allowed to be carried out or not can be judged according to the state of the first logistics order, and if the first logistics order is allowed to be modified, the new receiving address after modification is determined and the subsequent steps are triggered. In addition, in this case, after the target warehouse is determined according to the new receiving address, what is called modifying information in the associated order may be specifically, modifying information in the first logistics order, that is, modifying the receiving address in the first logistics order to the new receiving address, modifying the shipping warehouse to the target warehouse, and in addition, modifying information in the second logistics order and the purchase order associated with the target trading order to be consistent with the modified information in the first logistics order.
In a specific implementation, if multiple servers are deployed in the system, different servers are used to implement different functions, for example, there may be a server dedicated to handling supply and marketing relationships, a server dedicated to handling personalized solutions, and so on. At this time, in order to perform the above-described consistency operation, it may be performed by:
the information in the first logistics order is modified by calling an information modification interface of a second server (for example, a personalized solution center server and the like), and a first information modification message about the first logistics order is issued by the second server, so that a third server (for example, a logistics order management center server) can modify the information of an associated second logistics order by monitoring the first information modification message, and the third server issues a second information modification message about the second logistics order after the modification is completed, so that a fourth server (for example, a supply and sales platform server) can modify the information of an associated purchase order by monitoring the second information modification message.
If the first logistics order associated with the target trading order does not exist, that is, the first logistics order may not be created yet, at this time, it may be determined whether a second logistics order associated with the target trading order exists, if so, it may be determined whether to allow a receiving address modification operation according to a state of the second logistics order, and if so, the new receiving address after the determination and the subsequent steps are triggered. In this case, the modification of the information in the associated order may specifically be to modify the receiving address in the second flow order to the new receiving address, and modify the shipping warehouse to the target warehouse. Of course, since the second logistics order and the purchase order are often created in different systems and have no dependency relationship with each other, in the state where the second logistics order exists, although it has been previously determined that the first logistics order does not exist, the purchase order may have been generated, and in this case, it may also be determined whether an associated purchase order exists, and if so, the information in the purchase order is modified to be consistent with the modified information in the second logistics order, so as to generate the first logistics order according to the modified information in the purchase order. That is, when the first logistics order is subsequently created, since it is created based on the information in the purchase order, in the case where the information in the purchase order has been modified, the information in the subsequently created first logistics order naturally coincides with the information in the second logistics order. Of course, if there is no associated purchase order, it is proved that neither the purchase order nor the first logistics order has been created, and at this time, in the case that the information in the second logistics order is modified, the receiving address information in the target trading order may also be modified, so that, since the purchase order is created based on the information in the target trading order and the first logistics order is created based on the information in the purchase order, it is ensured that the purchase order and the first logistics order are consistent with the information in the modified second logistics order when subsequently creating the purchase order.
In summary, according to the embodiment of the present application, when the third user modifies the shipping address, the third user does not modify unconditionally, and when there is an address modification request, the system first determines whether there is a warehouse that meets the conditions currently, that is, the warehouse delivery range covers the new shipping address, and the warehouse has sufficient inventory, and if there is, the third user is allowed to modify.
Example two
The second embodiment corresponds to the first embodiment, and is introduced from the perspective of the third user client. Referring to fig. 2, a second embodiment provides an address modification information processing method, which may include the following steps:
s201: the third user client receives a receiving address modification request aiming at the target trading order;
s202: forwarding the request to a first server so that the first server determines a new receiving address, judging whether a target warehouse meeting preset conditions exists according to a warehouse list of commodity objects associated with the target transaction order and distribution coverage range information of each warehouse, if so, modifying information in the associated order, and returning identification and inventory information of the target warehouse to the client; the target warehouse meeting the preset conditions is as follows: the distribution coverage can cover the warehouse with a new receiving address and sufficient stock;
s203: providing an identification of the target warehouse and inventory information.
In the specific implementation, after the first server determines the target warehouse, the first server may further determine delivery timeliness information (i.e., predicted delivery time information) according to the new receiving address and the target warehouse, and return the delivery timeliness information to the third user client, so that the third user client may further provide the delivery timeliness information. Therefore, when modifying the receiving address, the third user can know the modified delivery warehouse and delivery time, and can determine whether the delivery timeliness meets the psychological expectation of the third user, determine whether to continue address modification, and the like.
Since the second embodiment corresponds to the first embodiment, specific implementation thereof can be referred to the description of the first embodiment, and will not be described herein.
