Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a scene schematic diagram of a service function implementation provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the scene schematic diagram includes a user a101, a terminal 102, a server 103, and a user B104, where the terminal 102 may be a smart phone, a laptop, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, or other terminal devices, which is illustrated here as a smart phone, and the user a represents an old user who has opened a service function (e.g., opening a "car rental service" function on the internet, opening a "daily premium" express service on the internet, or opening an "ordering" service on the internet), and the user B represents a new user who has not opened a service function. In addition, the user a and the user B may use the same type of terminal (for example, both the user a and the user B are smart phone terminals), or may use different types of terminals (for example, the user a uses a smart phone terminal, and the user B uses a desktop computer); the user a and the user B may use the same terminal (for example, both the user a and the user B use the same smartphone terminal), or may use different terminals (for example, the user a uses the smartphone a and the user B uses the smartphone B).
According to the requirement of a merchant on the number of users using the service function, the server divides the city into a city with the service function reaching a preset popularization state and a city with the service function not reaching the preset popularization state. For example, when the number of users using the service function in a city reaches a preset threshold (for example, the preset threshold is 1 ten thousand), the server marks the city as a city which opens the service function and reaches a preset popularization state; or, when the ratio of the number of users using the service function to the total number of the city in the city is greater than a preset ratio (for example, the total number of the city a is 500 ten thousand, the number of users using the service function is 200 ten thousand, the number of users using the service function in the city a is 2/5 of the total number of the city, and reaches a preset ratio 1/3, the server marks the city a as a city whose service function reaches a preset popularization state), otherwise, the server marks the city a as a city whose service function does not reach the preset popularization state.
The server issues a first electronic certificate, for example, a coupon 1 of a "car rental service", to a user a in a city a that has the service function enabled, but the coupon cannot be used directly, and the user a needs to share the coupon to a new user B in a city B that has no service function enabled. The user a inputs the identity of the user B (e.g., the mobile phone number of the user B) in the client in the terminal, wherein, the merchant platform may be a client developed by the merchant or may be a third-party client (for example, shown in an applet form by a wechat client), the server records the information of the coupon (for example, an Identity Document (ID) of the coupon, for example, xxc44863) and the mobile phone number of the user B (for example, 157 × 6326), and generates a second electronic certificate (for example, the coupon 2 of the "car rental service") according to the ID and the mobile phone number of the user B, and the user B registers the account number of the service function by using the mobile phone number, and returns the coupon 2 to the user B after the server detects the information of the registration of the mobile phone number associated with the ID of the coupon 1. The user B places an order and completes the order by using the coupon 2, and when the server detects that the order of the user B is completed, the server marks the coupon 1 as available, the terminal opens the authority to use the coupon 1 according to the available information, so that the user a can normally use the coupon 1 on the terminal.
In the scenario described in fig. 1, it can be seen that the method can associate an old user with a new user through an electronic certificate (e.g., a coupon, a membership permission, an authorization validity period, etc.; in the embodiment of the present application, the coupon is issued as an example), and after the new user uses the service function, the authority of the old user to the electronic certificate is opened, so that not only is the usage rate of the old user to the service function stimulated, but also the usage number of the new user is increased, which is beneficial to popularization and use of the service function.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for implementing a service function according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes, but is not limited to, the following steps.
Step S201: the server configures a first electronic credential for a first user of the first set of users.
Preferably, the first user set takes a city in which the service function reaches a preset popularization state as an example, and the first user is a user who has used the service function. The method includes but is not limited to popularizing cities, provinces, regions and countries, even people with different service popularization degrees based on different ages, sexes or professions; in the embodiment of the application, the case that different city service functions have not reached the preset popularization state is taken as an example.
Specifically, according to the requirement of the merchant on the number of users using the service function, the server divides the city into a city with the service function reaching a preset popularization state and a city with the service function not reaching the preset popularization state. For example, when the number of users using the service function in a city reaches a preset threshold (for example, the preset threshold is 1 ten thousand), the server marks the city as a city where the service function reaches a preset popular state; or, when the ratio of the number of users using the service function to the total number of the city in the city is greater than a preset ratio (for example, the total number of the city is 500 ten thousand, the number of users using the service function is 200 ten thousand, the number of users using the service function in the city is 2/5 of the total number of the city, and reaches a preset ratio 1/3, the server marks the city as a city whose service function reaches a preset popularization state), otherwise, the server marks the city as a city whose service function does not reach the preset popularization state. The server configures a first electronic certificate (here, coupon 1 is taken as an example) for a first user a who uses the service function in a city a reaching a preset popularization state. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a coupon scenario provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the schematic view includes account information 301 of the old user a and information 302 of the coupon 1, where the information of the coupon 1 includes an ID of the coupon (where the ID may be a character, a barcode, a two-dimensional code, or another identification number capable of identifying the coupon 1) and a coupon criterion of the coupon, and the server configures the coupon to the user a and records the information of the coupon 1.
Step S202: the terminal associates the identity input by the first user with a first electronic certificate configured to the first user in the first user set.
Specifically, the first user inputs an identity of a second user (for example, a mobile phone number of the second user) through the terminal, where the second user is a user who does not use the service function. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic view of a scenario of an identity, where the schematic view includes information 401 of a coupon 1 and an identity 402, and the terminal binds the identity input by the first user with the coupon 1 obtained by the first user, where the purpose of the binding is to activate the usage right of the coupon 1 after the server detects that the second user uses the service function.
Step S203: the terminal sends the association relation between the first electronic certificate and the identity mark to a server
Specifically, the terminal and the server send an association relationship between the first electronic certificate and the identifier to the server through a webservice (a technology for implementing cross-platform data interaction through a network protocol (e.g., an HTTP protocol)), where the association relationship includes the identifier.
Step S204: the server receives the identity mark which is input by the first user and is associated with the first electronic certificate
Specifically, the server receives, through the webservice interface, the association relationship between the first electronic certificate and the identifier, that is, receives the identifier associated with the first electronic certificate and input by the first user.
Step S205: the server instructs a second user marked by the identity from a second user set to use the service function
And the second user set is a city of which the service function has not reached a preset popularization state. The server indicates, according to the identity (the mobile phone number of the second user), that the second user registers in the client to implement the account of the service function, where the client may be a client developed by a merchant or a third-party client (for example, the client is shown in a small program manner by a wechat client). Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic view of a scenario of registering an account with a service function, where the schematic view includes an identity 501, verification information 502, and a registration 503, where the server sends a verification code to the second user by instructing the second user to input the identity (here, taking a mobile phone number of the second user as an example), and instructs the second user to click a "registration" button after inputting the verification code, so as to register the account with the service function. After the server detects that the second user registers an account number for implementing the service function, the server sends a second electronic certificate (here, illustrated as a coupon 2) to the second user, where the coupon 2 is generated according to the coupon 1 and the identity of the second user.
Step S206: and if the operation of the second user on the indicated business function meets a first condition, the server sets the first electronic certificate configured for the first user as available.
Specifically, if the server detects that the second user uses the service function using the coupon 2 (for example, the second user uses the coupon 2 to complete a consumption order on a "car rental service"), or the second user uses the service function and the amount of traffic based on the service function reaches a preset amount of traffic (for example, the coupon 2 is used to complete a consumption order with a traffic of 100 yuan), the coupon 1 configured for the first user is set to be available.
Step 207: if the first electronic certificate is available, the terminal uses the service function through the first electronic certificate
Specifically, after the terminal detects that the coupon 1 is set to be available by the server through the webservice technology, the terminal opens the use permission of the coupon 1 on the terminal, so that the first user can deduct the amount of consumption when using the service function of the car rental service.
In the method described in fig. 2, it can be seen that the method can associate an old user with a new user through an electronic certificate (e.g., a coupon), and after the new user uses the service function, the authority of the old user to the electronic certificate is opened, so that not only is the usage rate of the old user to the service function stimulated, but also the usage number of the new user is increased, which is beneficial to popularization and use of the service function.
The method of the embodiment of the present application is explained in detail above, and in order to better implement the above-described scheme of the embodiment of the present application, the following provides a server of the embodiment of the present application accordingly.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus 60 for implementing a service function according to an embodiment of the present application, where the server may include a configuration unit 601, a receiving unit 602, an indicating unit 603, and a processing unit 604, where details of each unit are described below.
A configuration unit 601, configured to configure a first electronic certificate for a first user in a first user set, where the first user set is a city where the service function reaches a preset popularization state, and the first user is a user who has used the service function;
a receiving unit 602, configured to receive an identity identifier, which is input by the first user and is associated with the first electronic certificate;
an indicating unit 603, configured to indicate a second user from a second user set marked by the identity to use the service function, where the second user set is a city where the service function has not yet reached a preset popularization state, and the second user is a user who has not used the service function;
a processing unit 604, configured to set the first electronic certificate configured for the first user as available if the operation of the indicated service function by the second user satisfies a first condition.
In an implementable aspect, the server further includes: and a configuration subunit, configured to, after the indication unit indicates that the second user from the second user set marked by the identity identifier uses the service function, configure a second electronic certificate for the second user if an operation of the second user on the indicated service function satisfies a second condition.
In another implementation, the configuration subunit is specifically configured to: generating a second electronic certificate associated with a second user marked by the identification according to the information of the first electronic certificate and the identification, wherein the second electronic certificate is used for the second user to use the business function; and if the second user downloads the APP for realizing the service function, sending a second electronic certificate to the second user.
It can be seen that the second electronic certificate is associated with the first electronic certificate (e.g., ID of the first electronic certificate) and the identity (e.g., cell phone number of the second user), thereby increasing the association between the new user and the old user.
In another embodiment, if the second user uses the service function by using the second electronic certificate, the second user satisfies the first condition, or if the second user uses the service function and the traffic based on the service function reaches a preset traffic, the second user satisfies the first condition.
In another implementation, the preset popularization state is a state where the number of users using the service function in the city reaches a preset threshold, or the preset popularization state is a state where a ratio of the number of users using the service function in the city to the total population number of the city is greater than a preset ratio.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the specific implementation of each unit may also correspond to the corresponding description of the method embodiment shown in fig. 2.
In the server depicted in fig. 6, the server can add new users by using electronic certificates (e.g., coupons) by old users, which not only improves the usage rate of the business functions by old users, but also increases the number of new users, thus facilitating the popularization and use of the business functions.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal 70 for implementing a service function according to an embodiment of the present application, where the terminal may include a configuration unit 701, a receiving unit 702, an indicating unit 703, and a processing unit 704, where details of each unit are described below.
An associating unit 701, configured to associate an identity input by a first user with a first electronic certificate configured to the first user in a first user set, where the first user set is a city where the service function reaches a preset popularization state, and the first user is a user who has used the service function;
