Abstract
本发明公开了一种透气型抗菌硅油纸生产加工工艺,透气型抗菌硅油纸原材料包括离型纸和涂料,涂料的原材料包括食品级甲基硅油、抗菌剂、催化剂和交联剂,采用润湿机对离型纸调湿,润湿水加热对纸张进行充分溶胀,将涂料按比例混合均匀并进行预热,通过涂布机将涂料均匀的涂布在离型纸上的纸面上完成第一次涂布,进行第一次烘干,然后再次进行涂料的涂布,纸张表面喷去离子水进行润湿,升温进行第二次烘干,烘干后通过扎孔机扎孔,压光辊超级压光,收卷,收卷卷纸张力35~40N,最后通过分切机分切成平张。本发明加工工艺生产的硅油纸的抗撕裂效果好,涂料牢固与离型纸结合,不易脱料,环保可靠,制作成本低,透气性好无异味,主要适合蒸笼使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及硅油纸生产技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种透气型抗菌硅油纸生产加工工艺。
背景技术
硅油纸是一种采用先进工艺将硅油液与木浆液充分溶合的高密度纸张,具有透气,防油、防水、防粘,耐高温易清洗的特征。这种硅油纸不仅可以用来蒸包子,还能用来做烘焙、做蛋糕、放进烤箱中等,用途广泛,烤、蒸、煮、炸、保鲜和盛放食品都可以。目前蒸笼硅油纸在食品蒸笼方面应用已经相当普及,蒸包子时在包子与笼屉之间垫一张硅油纸,主要原因是防止包子底部粘在笼屉上,毁坏包子的外观和表皮。在包子下面垫一张纸方便对包子进行拿取,在吃的时候垫着硅油纸拿包子不会脏手,比较干净卫生。
因此提供一种节省成本、生产的硅油纸抗拉强度高、寿命长的生产工艺具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种透气型抗菌硅油纸生产加工工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种透气型抗菌硅油纸生产加工工艺,透气型抗菌硅油纸原材料包括离型纸和涂料,所述涂料的原材料包括食品级甲基硅油、抗菌剂、催化剂和交联剂,其具体生产加工工艺如下:
采用润湿机对离型纸进行调湿,在润湿机系统加装加热装置,对润湿的水进行加热,加热的水温控制在45-50摄氏度对纸张进行充分溶胀,控制纸张的水分,静置四小时后使得纸张的水分达到20-21%,纸张水分均匀,将食品级甲基硅油、抗菌剂、催化剂和交联剂按比例混合均匀并进行预热,通过涂布机将涂料均匀的涂布在离型纸上的纸面上完成第一次涂布,通过烘干机对纸张进行第一次烘干,烘干温度为50-70摄氏度,第一次烘干时间3-5分钟,然后再次进行涂料的涂布,然后在涂布纸张的表面喷上一层去离子水进行润湿,温度升温到90-120摄氏度进行第二次烘干,第二次烘干时间2-3分钟,烘干后通过扎孔机在纸张上扎穿均匀分布的小孔,然后使用压光辊进行超级压光,压光后对纸张进行收卷,收卷卷纸张力35~40N,车速为110~120m/min,最后通过分切机进行纸张的分切成平张。
进一步的,所述第二次烘干后的纸张的含水量控制在1%-1,5%。
进一步的,所述离型纸的原料包括聚酯短纤维木浆、改性聚酯纤维、无碱玻纤木浆、离型剂、抗氧化剂和活性炭纤维,其具体制备方法如下:
将原料聚酯短纤维木浆、改性聚酯纤维、无碱玻纤木浆、抗氧化剂和活性炭纤维按照比例放入配浆池中进行配浆,采用白水冲浆稀释至浓度达0.8-1.0%后在长网纸机上进行抄造得到湿纸幅,经压榨部、前烘干部、施胶、后烘干部、压光、卷取、分切制得原纸,然后将离型剂涂布在原纸上,然后在250-270℃条件下干燥1分钟,即可得到离型纸。
进一步的,所述抗菌剂为纳米银材料。
进一步的,所述第一次涂布和第二次涂布涂料总厚度控制在5-10微米。
进一步的,所述食品级甲基硅油、抗菌剂、催化剂和交联剂的预热温度为65-70摄氏度。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明提供的一种透气型抗菌硅油纸生产加工工艺生产的硅油纸的抗撕裂效果好,涂料牢固与离型纸结合,不易脱料,环保可靠,制作成本低,透气性好无异味,主要适合蒸笼使用。

下面,结合具体实施方式,对本发明做出进一步的描述:
根据本发明实施例的一种透气型抗菌硅油纸生产加工工艺,透气型抗菌硅油纸原材料包括离型纸和涂料,所述涂料的原材料包括食品级甲基硅油、抗菌剂、催化剂和交联剂。
制备离型纸:离型纸的原料包括聚酯短纤维木浆、改性聚酯纤维、无碱玻纤木浆、离型剂、抗氧化剂和活性炭纤维,其具体制备方法如下:
将原料聚酯短纤维木浆、改性聚酯纤维、无碱玻纤木浆、抗氧化剂和活性炭纤维按照比例放入配浆池中进行配浆,采用白水冲浆稀释至浓度达0.8-1.0%后在长网纸机上进行抄造得到湿纸幅,经压榨部、前烘干部、施胶、后烘干部、压光、卷取、分切制得原纸,然后将离型剂涂布在原纸上,然后在250-270℃条件下干燥1分钟,即可得到离型纸。
透气型抗菌硅油纸具体生产加工工艺如下:
采用润湿机对离型纸进行调湿,在润湿机系统加装加热装置,对润湿的水进行加热,加热的水温控制在45-50摄氏度对纸张进行充分溶胀,控制纸张的水分,静置四小时后使得纸张的水分达到20-21%,纸张水分均匀,将食品级甲基硅油、抗菌剂、催化剂和交联剂按比例混合均匀并进行预热,预热温度为65-70摄氏度,通过涂布机将涂料均匀的涂布在离型纸上的纸面上完成第一次涂布,通过烘干机对纸张进行第一次烘干,烘干温度为60摄氏度,第一次烘干时间4分钟,然后再次进行涂料的涂布,第一次涂布和第二次涂布涂料总厚度控制在5-10微米,然后在涂布纸张的表面喷上一层去离子水进行润湿,温度升温到90-120摄氏度进行第二次烘干,第二次烘干时间2分钟,第二次烘干后的纸张的含水量控制在1%-1,5%,烘干后通过扎孔机在纸张上扎穿均匀分布的小孔,然后使用压光辊进行超级压光,压光后对纸张进行收卷,收卷卷纸张力35~40N,车速为110~120m/min,最后通过分切机进行纸张的分切成平张。
通过对涂料进行预热处理增加其粘附性和混合的效果,通过分成二次涂布并进行回湿二次烘干处理增加了离型纸与涂料的结合牢固性,通过孔机在纸张上扎穿均匀分布的小孔增加其透气效果,通过使用压光辊进行超级压光与其涂料的高强度结合增加纸张的抗拉性能,同时降低其厚度,节省成本,环保可靠。

1.一种透气型抗菌硅油纸生产加工工艺,其特征在于,透气型抗菌硅油纸原材料包括离型纸和涂料,所述涂料的原材料包括食品级甲基硅油、抗菌剂、催化剂和交联剂,其具体生产加工工艺如下:
采用润湿机对离型纸进行调湿,在润湿机系统加装加热装置,对润湿的水进行加热,加热的水温控制在45-50摄氏度对纸张进行充分溶胀,控制纸张的水分,静置四小时后使得纸张的水分达到20-21%,纸张水分均匀,将食品级甲基硅油、抗菌剂、催化剂和交联剂按比例混合均匀并进行预热,通过涂布机将涂料均匀的涂布在离型纸上的纸面上完成第一次涂布,通过烘干机对纸张进行第一次烘干,烘干温度为50-70摄氏度,第一次烘干时间3-5分钟,然后再次进行涂料的涂布,然后在涂布纸张的表面喷上一层去离子水进行润湿,温度升温到90-120摄氏度进行第二次烘干,第二次烘干时间2-3分钟,烘干后通过扎孔机在纸张上扎穿均匀分布的小孔,然后使用压光辊进行超级压光,压光后对纸张进行收卷,收卷卷纸张力35~40N,车速为110~120m/min,最后通过分切机进行纸张的分切成平张。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气型抗菌硅油纸生产加工工艺,其特征在于,所述第二次烘干后的纸张的含水量控制在1%-1,5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气型抗菌硅油纸生产加工工艺,其特征在于,所述离型纸的原料包括聚酯短纤维木浆、改性聚酯纤维、无碱玻纤木浆、离型剂、抗氧化剂和活性炭纤维,其具体制备方法如下:
将原料聚酯短纤维木浆、改性聚酯纤维、无碱玻纤木浆、抗氧化剂和活性炭纤维按照比例放入配浆池中进行配浆,采用白水冲浆稀释至浓度达0.8-1.0%后在长网纸机上进行抄造得到湿纸幅,经压榨部、前烘干部、施胶、后烘干部、压光、卷取、分切制得原纸,然后将离型剂涂布在原纸上,然后在250-270℃条件下干燥1分钟,即可得到离型纸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气型抗菌硅油纸生产加工工艺,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为纳米银材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气型抗菌硅油纸生产加工工艺,其特征在于,所述第一次涂布和第二次涂布涂料总厚度控制在5-10微米。
