本发明公开了一种烘焙原纸的生产工艺,采用100%漂白针叶木浆,经过碎浆、重质除渣、打浆、加湿强剂、稀释、重质除渣、筛选、加浆内施胶剂与消泡剂、稀释、上网、成型、压榨、第一段干燥、第一段压光、第二段干燥、表面施胶、第三段干燥、第二段压光及卷取制备而成。由于采用三段干燥、两段压光、一段浸渍式表面施胶的制备工艺,减少了泡泡纱纸病的发生,纸张平整度好,平滑度高,紧度大,使得防油剂用量容易控制,防油剂用量降低,同时防油剂分布均匀,减少剥离食物时,有食物残留的问题。

本发明属造纸领域,具体涉及一种烘焙原纸的生产工艺。
背景技术
烘焙纸由烘焙原纸经表面施胶或涂布防油剂制备而成,用以烘焙时隔离面包、蛋糕等食物,代替部分烘焙锡纸(也叫铝箔纸),成本低且绿色环保,该纸在国外使用较早,国内近年来随着物质生活水平的提高,人们的自我保健意识和环保意识不断增强,该纸的需求量逐年增加。
烘焙原纸的质量直接决定了烘焙纸的质量,烘焙原纸需具备较高的紧度,以减少防油剂的渗透,因此浆料打浆度一般较高,这就容易导致纸张在干燥时干燥不均匀,出现泡泡纱纸病,进而后加工时防油剂用量增大,成本增高,同时防油剂分布不均匀,食物与烘焙纸不能完全剥离,影响美感,另外防油剂的过量使用还存在安全隐患、降解困难、污染环境等问题。对于烘焙原纸制造技术欧美国家起步较早,而国内对此研究比较少。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种烘焙原纸的生产工艺,通过采用三段干燥、两段压光以及一段浸渍式表面施胶的生产工艺,改善了纸张的泡泡纱纸病,提高了纸张的紧度、平整性和平滑度等指标,有效降低防油剂用量,降低生产成本,保障人体健康和保护环境。
该烘焙原纸的生产工艺是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
选择100%漂白针叶木浆板,一方面是防止浆料打浆时产生较多的细小纤维,影响烘焙原纸表面强度,另一方面是防止烘焙纸在剥离时出现断纸,然后经过碎浆、重质除渣后进入打浆工序,由于打浆度较高,因此打浆分两段进行,虽然提高打浆度可提高纸张强度和紧度,但不能过高,否则增加能耗、降低滤水速度,但也不能过低,否则纸张紧度和强度无法满足要求,第一段打浆后打浆度控制在40-45°SR,第二段打浆后打浆度为65-75°SR,湿重为4.5-5.5g,之后浆料进入高位箱,并在高位箱处加入相对绝干浆2.0-3.0%的PAE,浆料经过稀释、重质除渣后进入压力筛筛选,为提高纸张的干强度,在压力筛出口处分别加入相对绝干浆0.7-1.5%的阳离子淀粉以及相对绝干浆0.05-0.15 %的消泡剂,然后浆料经稀释后上网,上网浓度控制在0.3-0.5%,纸幅成型后经压榨进入第一段干燥工序,第一段干燥工序中包含10个烘缸,由于压榨后的纸幅含有较高的水分,为防止水分干燥过快,引起纸张收缩不均匀,因此初始烘缸温度不能过高,按先后顺序控制1-4#烘缸温度为80-85℃,5-9#烘缸温度为86-90℃,为增加纸页的可塑性,有利于压光的进行,最后一个烘缸10#烘缸温度降低为35-45℃,对干燥后的纸张进行第一段压光,以提高纸张紧度和平滑度,压光温度为常温,压光设备上辊为软辊,下辊为硬辊,线压力为70-90KN/m,压光后的纸张进入第二段干燥工序,第二段干燥工序中包含6个烘缸,按先后顺序11-12#烘缸温度为85-93℃,13-15#烘缸温度为94-100℃,为有利于后续表胶的进行,最后一个烘缸16#烘缸温度降低为30-40℃,之后对纸张进行浸渍式表面施胶,用以提高纸张的表面强度、降低吸收性,上胶量控制为0.8-1.5g/m2,浸渍后的纸张进入第三段干燥工序,第三段干燥工序中包含8个烘缸,为防止表胶后的纸页粘缸,初始烘缸温度不能过高,按先后顺序控制17#烘缸温度45-55℃,18-19#烘缸温度为100-110℃,20-21#烘缸温度为111-115℃,22-23#烘缸温度为116-120℃,为增加纸张的可塑性,有利于第二段压光的进行,最后一个烘缸24#烘缸温度降低为45-55℃,然后对干燥后的纸张进行第二段压光,以进一步提高纸张的紧度和平滑度,压光温度为常温,压光设备上辊、下辊均为硬辊,线压力为60-80KN/m,最后纸张进入卷取工段。
具体实施方式
选择100%漂白针叶木浆板,经碎浆、重质除渣后进入打浆工序,打浆分两段进行,第一段打浆后浆料打浆度控制为40-45°SR,第二段打浆后浆料打浆度为65-75°SR,湿重为4.5-5.5g,之后浆料进入高位箱,在高位箱处加入相对绝干浆2.0-3.0%的PAE,之后浆料经稀释、重质除渣后进入压力筛筛选,在压力筛出口处分别加入相对绝干浆0.7-1.5%的阳离子淀粉以及用量为相对绝干浆0.05-0.15%的消泡剂,之后浆料被稀释后上网,上网浓度控制为0.3-0.5%,纸幅成型后经压榨进入第一段干燥工序,第一段干燥工序包含10个烘缸,按先后顺序1-4#烘缸温度为80-85℃,5-9#烘缸温度为86-90℃,10#烘缸温度为35-45℃,对干燥后的纸张进行第一段压光,压光温度为常温,压光设备上辊为软辊,下辊为硬辊,线压力为70-90KN/m,对压光后的纸张进行第二段干燥,第二段干燥工序包含6个烘缸, 按先后顺序11-12#烘缸温度为85-93℃,13-15#烘缸温度为94-100℃,16#烘缸温度为30-40℃,对干燥后的纸张进行浸渍式表面施胶,上胶量控制在0.8-1.5g/m2,之后对纸张进行第三段干燥,第三段干燥工序包含8个烘缸,按先后顺序17#烘缸温度为45-55℃,18-19#烘缸温度为100-110℃,20-21#烘缸温度为111-115℃,22-23#烘缸温度为116-120℃,24#烘缸温度为45-55℃,对干燥后的纸张进行第二段压光,压光温度为常温,压光设备上辊、下辊均为硬辊,线压力为60-80KN/m,最后纸张进入卷取工序。

该工艺通过改进干燥、施胶、压光工艺,纸张平整度好,减少泡泡纱纸病,同时纸张紧度高,后续加工时,防油剂用量降低,有效保护人体健康和环境,纸张在烘焙时实现完全剥离,不会有蛋糕或面包残留。

选择100%漂白针叶木浆板,经碎浆、重质除渣后进入打浆工序,打浆分两段进行,第一段打浆后浆料打浆度控制为45°SR,第二段打浆后浆料打浆度为75°SR,湿重为4.5g,之后浆料进入高位箱,在高位箱处加入相对绝干浆3.0%的PAE,之后浆料经稀释、重质除渣后进入压力筛筛选,在压力筛出口处分别加入相对绝干浆1.5%的阳离子淀粉和用量为相对绝干浆0.15%的消泡剂,之后浆料被稀释后上网,上网浓度控制为0.3%,纸幅成型后经压榨进入第一段干燥工序,第一段干燥工序包含10个烘缸,按先后顺序1-4#烘缸温度为80℃,5-9#烘缸温度为90℃,10#烘缸温度为45℃,对干燥后的纸张进行第一段压光,压光温度为常温,压光设备上辊为软辊,下辊为硬辊,线压力为90KN/m,对压光后的纸张进行第二段干燥,第二段干燥工序包含6个烘缸,按先后顺序11-12#烘缸温度为93℃,13-15#烘缸温度为100℃,16#烘缸温度为40℃,对干燥后的纸张进行浸渍式表面施胶,上胶量控制在1.5g/m2,之后对纸张进行第三段干燥,第三段干燥工序包含8个烘缸,按先后顺序17#烘缸温度为45℃,18-19#烘缸温度为110℃,20-21#烘缸温度为115℃,22-23#烘缸温度为120℃,24#烘缸温度为55℃,对干燥后的纸张进行第二段压光,压光温度为常温,压光设备上辊、下辊均为硬辊,线压力为80KN/m,最后纸张进入卷取工序。
该纸主要物理指标要求如下表所示。

Claims (5)

1.一种烘焙原纸的生产工艺,选择100%漂泊针叶木浆,经碎浆、重质除渣、打浆、加湿强剂、稀释、重质除渣、筛选、加浆内施胶剂与消泡剂、稀释、上网、成型、压榨、第一段干燥、第一段压光、第二段干燥、表面施胶、第三段干燥、第二段压光及卷取制备而成,其特征在于:打浆方式为粘状打浆,分两段进行,第一段打浆后打浆度为40-45°SR,第二段打浆后打浆度为65-75°SR,湿重为4.5g-5.5g;第一段干燥包含10个烘缸,按顺序1-4#烘缸温度为80-85℃,5-9#烘缸温度为86-90℃,10#烘缸温度为35-45℃;第一段干燥后设置第一段压光工序,压光温度为常温,压光设备上辊为软辊,下辊为硬辊,线压力为70-90KN/m;第一段压光之后设置第二段干燥工序,包含6个烘缸,按顺序11-12#烘缸温度为85-93℃,13-15#烘缸温度为94-100℃,16#烘缸温度为30-40℃;第二段干燥后设置浸渍式表面施胶工序,上胶量为0.8-1.5g/m2;表面施胶工序之后设置第三段干燥工序,包含8个烘缸,按顺序17#烘缸温度为45-55℃,18-19#烘缸温度为100-110℃,20-21#烘缸温度相同为111-115℃,22-23#烘缸温度为116-120℃,24#烘缸温度为45-55℃;第三组干燥后进入第二段压光,压光温度为常温,压光设备上下辊均为硬辊,线压力为60-80KN/m。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种烘焙原纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:加入的湿强剂为聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE),用量为相对绝干浆2.0-3.0%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种烘焙原纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:加入的浆内施胶剂为阳离子淀粉,用量为相对绝干浆0.7-1.5%,消泡剂用量为相对绝干浆0.05-0.15 %。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种烘焙原纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:上网浓度为 0.3-0.5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种烘焙原纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:表面施胶为浸渍式表面施胶,施胶剂为氧化淀粉。
