Abstract
本发明公开了一种涂布灰底白板纸的烘干工艺,包括前烘干:将原纸采用蒸汽式烘缸干燥,蒸汽式烘缸分为三段温度;涂布:以环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺、4‑乙酰氨基苯膦酸盐和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂作为胶黏剂,以膨润土、硅灰石、靛青和高岭土为颜料,将胶黏剂和颜料按6:1进行混合,采用幕帘式涂布方式涂覆于前烘干的原纸表面,涂布定量38~42g/m2;后干燥:将涂布所得纸页先进行红外干燥,红外干燥温度为50~60℃,再经蒸汽式烘缸干燥,蒸汽式烘缸分为三段温度。本发明具有减少或避免纸页发生局部鼓起或翘边的有益效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸技术领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种涂布灰底白板纸的烘干工艺。
背景技术
涂布白板纸涂布面白度较高,平滑度、油墨吸收性和印刷光泽度都很好,纸板本身又具有较好的挺度和耐折度,所以既能进行高质量的彩色胶印及凹版印刷,又能满足包装的要求,是制作中高档商品包装盒的优质材料。在生产涂布白板纸的过程中,现有的烘干方式容易使纸页发生局部鼓起或翘边的现象。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题,并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种涂布灰底白板纸的烘干工艺,分段设计烘干温度,使原纸和涂布的纸页可在多个不同的温区干燥,使纸页在梯度增加的温度和降低的温度下干燥,可以减少或避免纸页发生局部鼓起或翘边的现象。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种涂布灰底白板纸的烘干工艺,包括以下步骤:
前烘干:将原纸采用蒸汽式烘缸干燥,蒸汽式烘缸分为三段温度,第一段温度为60~80℃,第二段温度为80~110℃,第三段温度为80~90℃,干燥后使原纸的干度达到85~88%;
涂布:以环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺、4-乙酰氨基苯膦酸盐和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂作为胶黏剂,环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺、4-乙酰氨基苯膦酸盐和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的质量比为5~10:3~6:8~10:1~2;以膨润土、硅灰石、靛青和高岭土为颜料,膨润土、硅灰石、靛青和高岭土的质量比为20~30:10~20:1~3:10~20;将胶黏剂和颜料按6:1进行混合,采用幕帘式涂布方式涂覆于前烘干的原纸表面,涂布定量38~42g/m2;
后干燥:将涂布所得纸页先进行红外干燥,红外干燥温度为50~60℃,再经蒸汽式烘缸干燥,蒸汽式烘缸分为三段温度,第一段温度为90~110℃,第二段温度为110~120℃,第三段温度为70~80℃。
优选的是,环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺、4-乙酰氨基苯膦酸盐和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的质量比为6~8:4~5:9:1~2。
优选的是,环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺、4-乙酰氨基苯膦酸盐和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的质量比为7:4:9:2。
优选的是,膨润土、硅灰石、靛青和高岭土的质量比为22~26:14~18:1~2:15~18。
优选的是,膨润土、硅灰石、靛青和高岭土的质量比为25:15:2:16。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:
分段设计烘干温度,使原纸和涂布的纸页分不同的温区干燥,使纸页在梯度增加的温度和降低的温度下干燥,可以减少或避免纸页发生局部鼓起或翘边的现象;
以环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺、4-乙酰氨基苯膦酸盐和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂作为胶黏剂,以膨润土、硅灰石、靛青和高岭土为颜料,也可避免纸页局部鼓起或翘边的现象。

实施例1
一种涂布灰底白板纸的烘干工艺,包括以下步骤:
前烘干:将原纸采用蒸汽式烘缸干燥,蒸汽式烘缸分为三段温度,第一段温度为60℃,第二段温度为80℃,第三段温度为80℃,干燥后使原纸的干度达到85%;
涂布:以环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺、4-乙酰氨基苯膦酸盐和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂作为胶黏剂,环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺、4-乙酰氨基苯膦酸盐和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的质量比为5:3:8:1;以膨润土、硅灰石、靛青和高岭土为颜料,膨润土、硅灰石、靛青和高岭土的质量比为20:10:1:10;将胶黏剂和颜料按6:1进行混合,采用幕帘式涂布方式涂覆于前烘干的原纸表面,涂布定量38g/m2;
后干燥:将涂布所得纸页先进行红外干燥,红外干燥温度为50℃,再经蒸汽式烘缸干燥,蒸汽式烘缸分为三段温度,第一段温度为90℃,第二段温度为110℃,第三段温度为70℃。
实施例2
一种涂布灰底白板纸的烘干工艺,包括以下步骤:
前烘干:将原纸采用蒸汽式烘缸干燥,蒸汽式烘缸分为三段温度,第一段温度为80℃,第二段温度为110℃,第三段温度为90℃,干燥后使原纸的干度达到88%;
涂布:以环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺、4-乙酰氨基苯膦酸盐和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂作为胶黏剂,环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺、4-乙酰氨基苯膦酸盐和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的质量比为5:3:5:1;以膨润土、硅灰石、靛青和高岭土为颜料,膨润土、硅灰石、靛青和高岭土的质量比为30:20:3:20;将胶黏剂和颜料按6:1进行混合,采用幕帘式涂布方式涂覆于前烘干的原纸表面,涂布定量42g/m2;
后干燥:将涂布所得纸页先进行红外干燥,红外干燥温度为60℃,再经蒸汽式烘缸干燥,蒸汽式烘缸分为三段温度,第一段温度为110℃,第二段温度为120℃,第三段温度为80℃。
实施例3
一种涂布灰底白板纸的烘干工艺,包括以下步骤:
前烘干:将原纸采用蒸汽式烘缸干燥,蒸汽式烘缸分为三段温度,第一段温度为70℃,第二段温度为90℃,第三段温度为85℃,干燥后使原纸的干度达到86%;
涂布:以环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺、4-乙酰氨基苯膦酸盐和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂作为胶黏剂,环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺、4-乙酰氨基苯膦酸盐和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的质量比为7:4:9:1;以膨润土、硅灰石、靛青和高岭土为颜料,膨润土、硅灰石、靛青和高岭土的质量比为25:13:2:15;将胶黏剂和颜料按6:1进行混合,采用幕帘式涂布方式涂覆于前烘干的原纸表面,涂布定量39g/m2;
后干燥:将涂布所得纸页先进行红外干燥,红外干燥温度为54℃,再经蒸汽式烘缸干燥,蒸汽式烘缸分为三段温度,第一段温度为100℃,第二段温度为115℃,第三段温度为76℃。

一种涂布灰底白板纸的烘干工艺,包括以下步骤:
前烘干:将原纸采用蒸汽式烘缸干燥,蒸汽式烘缸分为三段温度,第一段温度为75℃,第二段温度为90℃,第三段温度为85℃,干燥后使原纸的干度达到88%;
涂布:以环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺、4-乙酰氨基苯膦酸盐和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂作为胶黏剂,环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺、4-乙酰氨基苯膦酸盐和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的质量比为7:4:9:2;以膨润土、硅灰石、靛青和高岭土为颜料,膨润土、硅灰石、靛青和高岭土的质量比为25:15:2:16;将胶黏剂和颜料按6:1进行混合,采用幕帘式涂布方式涂覆于前烘干的原纸表面,涂布定量40g/m2;
后干燥:将涂布所得纸页先进行红外干燥,红外干燥温度为55℃,再经蒸汽式烘缸干燥,蒸汽式烘缸分为三段温度,第一段温度为100℃,第二段温度为110℃,第三段温度为75℃。
对比例1
一种涂布灰底白板纸的烘干工艺同实施例4,其中,不同的是,前烘干蒸汽式烘缸采用90℃,后干燥蒸汽式烘缸采用100℃。
对比例2
一种涂布灰底白板纸的烘干工艺同实施例4,其中,不同的是,以苯乙烯-丙烯酸、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂作为胶黏剂,以膨润土、凹凸棒土、碳酸钙和高岭土为颜料。
观察实施例1~4和对比例1~2的纸页,发现实施例1~4的纸页出现的局部鼓起或者翘边现象明显少于对比例1和对比例2的纸页。

前烘干:将原纸采用蒸汽式烘缸干燥,蒸汽式烘缸分为三段温度,第一段温度为60~80℃,第二段温度为80~110℃,第三段温度为80~90℃,干燥后使原纸的干度达到85~88%;
涂布:以环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺、4-乙酰氨基苯膦酸盐和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂作为胶黏剂,环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺、4-乙酰氨基苯膦酸盐和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的质量比为5~10:3~6:8~10:1~2;以膨润土、硅灰石、靛青和高岭土为颜料,膨润土、硅灰石、靛青和高岭土的质量比为20~30:10~20:1~3:10~20;将胶黏剂和颜料按6:1进行混合,采用幕帘式涂布方式涂覆于前烘干的原纸表面,涂布定量38~42g/m2;
后干燥:将涂布所得纸页先进行红外干燥,红外干燥温度为50~60℃,再经蒸汽式烘缸干燥,蒸汽式烘缸分为三段温度,第一段温度为90~110℃,第二段温度为110~120℃,第三段温度为70~80℃。
