本发明公开了一种不透气型抗菌硅油纸生产加工工艺,原材料包括离型纸、导热膜、胶黏剂、陶瓷粉和涂料,涂料包括食品级甲基硅油、阻燃剂、抗菌剂、催化剂和交联剂,采用润湿机对离型纸进行调湿,润湿水加热纸张进行充分溶胀,控制纸张的水分,将阻燃剂、抗菌剂、催化剂和交联剂按比例混合均匀并进行预热,通过涂布机将涂料涂布在离型纸纸面上完成涂布,通过烘干机对纸张进行烘干,涂布食品级甲基硅油,将陶瓷粉与胶黏剂混合然后在离型纸一面进行涂布,铺设导热膜,然后使用压光辊超级压光和收卷,分切成平张。本发明工艺生产的硅油纸强度高,与导热膜结合避免底部直接糊纸现象,通过增设陶瓷粉增加离型纸与导热膜之间的传热效果,不易形变。

技术领域
本发明涉及硅油纸生产技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种不透气型抗菌硅油纸生产加工工艺。
背景技术
硅油纸是一种采用先进工艺将硅油液与木浆液充分溶合的高密度纸张,具有透气,防油、防水、防粘,耐高温易清洗的特征。这种硅油纸不仅可以用来蒸包子,还能用来做烘焙、做蛋糕、放进烤箱中等,用途广泛,烤、蒸、煮、炸、保鲜和盛放食品都可以。目前蒸笼硅油纸在食品蒸笼方面应用已经相当普及,蒸包子时在包子与笼屉之间垫一张硅油纸,主要原因是防止包子底部粘在笼屉上,毁坏包子的外观和表皮。在包子下面垫一张纸方便对包子进行拿取,在吃的时候垫着硅油纸拿包子不会脏手,比较干净卫生。
目前生产的硅油纸的强度不足,易变形,在烧烤时易糊纸,油烟大不便于使用。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种不透气型抗菌硅油纸生产加工工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种不透气型抗菌硅油纸生产加工工艺,不透气型抗菌硅油纸原材料包括离型纸、导热膜、胶黏剂、陶瓷粉和涂料,所述涂料的原材料包括食品级甲基硅油、阻燃剂、抗菌剂、催化剂和交联剂,其具体生产加工工艺如下:
采用润湿机对离型纸进行调湿,在润湿机系统加装加热装置,对润湿的水进行加热,加热的水温控制在45-50摄氏度对纸张进行充分溶胀,控制纸张的水分,静置四小时后使得纸张的水分达到20-21%,纸张水分均匀,将阻燃剂、抗菌剂、催化剂和交联剂按比例混合均匀并进行预热,通过涂布机将涂料均匀的涂布在离型纸纸面上,完成涂布,通过烘干机对纸张进行烘干,80-120摄氏度时间3-5分钟,然后涂布一层食品级甲基硅油,将陶瓷粉与胶黏剂混合然后在离型纸一面进行涂布,然后该面上铺设所述导热膜,然后使用压光辊进行反复超级压光3-4遍,压光后对纸张进行收卷,收卷卷纸张力35~40N,车速为110~120m/min,最后通过分切机进行纸张的分切成平张。
进一步的,所述烘干后的纸张的含水量控制在1%-1,5%。
进一步的,所述抗菌剂为纳米银材料。
进一步的,所述不透气型抗菌硅油纸总厚度控制在35-45微米。
进一步的,所述导热膜为铝箔或银箔。
进一步的,所述胶黏剂为环氧树脂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明提供的一种不透气型抗菌硅油纸生产加工工艺生产的硅油纸强度高,离型纸与导热膜结合避免底部直接糊纸现象,通过增设陶瓷粉增加离型纸与导热膜之间的传热效果,同时整体强度高不易形变,使用环保便捷。

根据本发明实施例的一种不透气型抗菌硅油纸生产加工工艺,不透气型抗菌硅油纸原材料包括离型纸、导热膜、胶黏剂、陶瓷粉和涂料,所述涂料的原材料包括食品级甲基硅油、阻燃剂、抗菌剂、催化剂和交联剂,抗菌剂为纳米银材料,抗菌效果好,导热膜为铝箔或银箔,导热效果好,胶黏剂为环氧树脂可对离型纸、导热膜进行可靠连接。
其具体生产加工工艺如下:
采用润湿机对离型纸进行调湿,在润湿机系统加装加热装置,对润湿的水进行加热,加热的水温控制在45-50摄氏度对纸张进行充分溶胀,控制纸张的水分,静置四小时后使得纸张的水分达到20-21%,纸张水分均匀,将阻燃剂、抗菌剂、催化剂和交联剂按比例混合均匀并进行预热,通过涂布机将涂料均匀的涂布在离型纸纸面上,完成涂布,通过烘干机对纸张进行烘干,80-120摄氏度时间3-5分钟,烘干后的纸张的含水量控制在1%-1,5%,然后涂布一层食品级甲基硅油,将陶瓷粉与胶黏剂混合然后在离型纸一面进行涂布,然后该面上铺设所述导热膜,然后使用压光辊进行反复超级压光3-4遍,压光后对纸张进行收卷,收卷卷纸张力35~40N,车速为110~120m/min,最后通过分切机进行纸张的分切成平张,不透气型抗菌硅油纸总厚度控制在35-45微米即可完成制作,离型纸与导热膜结合避免底部直接糊纸现象,通过增设陶瓷粉增加离型纸与导热膜之间的传热效果,同时整体强度高不易形变,使用环保便捷。

采用润湿机对离型纸进行调湿,在润湿机系统加装加热装置,对润湿的水进行加热,加热的水温控制在45-50摄氏度对纸张进行充分溶胀,控制纸张的水分,静置四小时后使得纸张的水分达到20-21%,纸张水分均匀,将阻燃剂、抗菌剂、催化剂和交联剂按比例混合均匀并进行预热,通过涂布机将涂料均匀的涂布在离型纸的纸面上,完成涂布,通过烘干机对纸张进行烘干,80-120摄氏度时间3-5分钟,然后涂布一层食品级甲基硅油,将陶瓷粉与胶黏剂混合然后在离型纸一面进行涂布,然后该面上铺设所述导热膜,然后使用压光辊进行反复超级压光3-4遍,压光后对纸张进行收卷,收卷卷纸张力35~40N,车速为110~120m/min,最后通过分切机进行纸张的分切成平张。
