背景技术
水是生命之源,是生命存在的必要条件。生活中常见的饮用水主要为白开水、矿泉水和纯净水,人们可以直接饮用或将其煮沸后饮用,但近年来因环境污染、生态破坏导致水质急剧恶化,自然界的水大多已不符合饮用要求。虽然人们采用蒸馏、去离子、离子交换、反渗透等水处理技术去除水中污染物制得纯净水,但由于纯净水在去除污染物的同时,也去除了人体必需的各种元素,尤其是对人体有益的多种微量元素,因此经常饮用纯净水会使人体长期缺乏必需元素,从而造成生理功能异常,导致亚健康、营养不良、代谢异常、癌症、糖尿病等一系列疾病。因此,富含人体必需元素的饮品是目前研究的热点方向。
钙、磷、镁、钾、钒、锡、镍、硅、锰、硒、钼、铬、钴、铜、铁、锌是人类生命活动不可或缺的元素,维持人类生命健康,适当补充这些元素,能够活化人体内各种酶系统,激发细胞活力,加快新陈代谢,提高免疫功能,维持正常的生命活性和生理功能,帮助人体健康基因正常表达,维护人类生命健康,还具有延缓衰老、预防疾病等作用。

本发明的目的在于提供一种含13种元素的植物饮料,该植物饮料含有13种维持人体生命健康必需的元素:铁、铜、锰、锌、钴、铬、镍、钒、锡、钛、钙、钾、镁,能瞬间补充人体必需元素,即刻产生并激活人体不同经络内脏需求的生物催化剂酶,大幅度改善人体机能,促进食物消化吸收和营养能量转换,促进新陈代谢、细胞修复和血液循环。

本发明提供了上述植物饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将所述的食品类中草药组分混合,用水进行熬制,得到植物饮料。

优选地,所述用水的重量份为300~1500份。

在本发明的一优选实施方式中,本发明通过上述药食同源的中草药原料组分间的协同配伍作用,该植物饮料含有13种人体所需的元素—铁、铜、锰、锌、钴、铬、镍、钒、锡、钛、钙、钾、镁。
上述13种元素在本发明中的功效如下:
铁参与人体内氧的转运、交换,合成血红蛋白、肌红蛋白,维持正常造血功能,调节人体免疫系统和能量代谢,防止神经机能紊乱、精神萎靡、膝盖疼痛、抽筋、失眠、咳嗽、腹泻、记忆力减退靡、膝盖疼痛、抽筋、失眠、咳嗽、腹泻、记忆力减退。铁促进发育,增加对疾病的抵抗力。调节组织呼吸,防止疲劳。构成血红素,预防和治疗缺铁性贫血,可防止疲劳,使皮肤恢复良好的血色。铁被誉为大脑的“益友”与铜、锌等一样都是大脑神经递质的重要成分。如果摄取不足可致神经系统失调,大脑功能会发生障碍。缺铁的症状包括毛发变脆、毛发脱落、脸色苍白、疲劳、头晕、注意力不集中、指甲呈汤匙状或有纵向的凸起等。缺铁会引发缺铁性贫血,导致运动能力低下、智能障碍、体温调节障碍、免疫力降低等。缺铁还可导致婴幼儿智力发育的损害和行为改变,损害认知能力。
铜具有极强的抗癌功能和杀菌作用,维护中枢神经健康,催化血红蛋白合成,促进黑色素形成,维护毛发正常生长,保护机体细胞,预防骨质疏松、神经衰弱、气短心悸、白癜风等疾病。铜被誉为防治白发的“灵丹”,人的头发为何早白?体内缺铜是一个重要原因。缺铜可使人体内的酪氨酸酶的形成困难,导致酪氨酸转变成多巴的过程受阻。多巴为多巴胺的前体,而多巴胺又是黑色素的中间产物,最终妨碍黑色素的合成,遂引起头发变白。
锰抗衰老的“能手”,人体的衰老是因为体内的自由基的代谢废物起着相当大的作用,又是多种老年疾病的祸根。其中的羟自由基,毒性最强,不但会通过脂质过氧化反应损害细胞膜,而且会破坏细胞核的遗传物质,导致细胞死亡。铜能参与蛋白质的合成,能够促进甲状腺和性腺激素的分泌;有助于脂肪和糖类的新陈代谢,抵抗自由基对细胞的侵害,具有良好的抗衰老功效;可促使骨骼和结缔组织正常生长形成;维持体内血压值、血糖和血脂含量正常;维护中枢神经系统功能;加强脑部功能,有助于提高记忆力;并且还能够缓解疲劳和神经过敏症状,促进身心健康。
锌被誉为人体生命之花,促进机体生长发育和组织再生,保护皮肤健康,维护免疫功能,改善性功能,抗衰老,抗肿瘤,降血糖,防止肾病综合症、视觉障碍、神经精神障碍、儿童发育不良等现象。缺锌会使性成熟推迟,性器官发育不全,性机能降低,精子减少,月经不正常或停止。缺少锌会导致蛋白质成为变态蛋白质,变态蛋白质非但不会发挥应有的作用反而会聚集,并导致帕金森症和阿尔茨海默症等疾病。
钴促进造血,是构成维生素B12的主要元素,可通过维生素B12制造出血红细胞,刺激人体骨髓的造血系统,促使血红蛋白的形成,促进骨髓造血,促进脾脏释放红细胞,阻挡脂肪在肝内沉积,防止老年痴呆、性功能障碍、气喘、脊髓炎、青光眼以及心血管疾病。人体缺钴,可引起贫血,出现头昏,食欲不振,皮肤苍白,口咽部炎症及骨髓退行性病。
铬被誉为糖尿病的克星,最重要的生理功能是参与人体的脂肪代谢和碳水化合物代谢,并且抑制脂肪酸和胆固醇的合成,促进胰岛素的分泌,能够预防冠心病和糖尿病,调节血糖,控制体重,维持人体正常发育,缓解和预防糖尿病;降低血清总胆固醇,增加高密度脂胆固醇,清除血管内斑块,保护心血管,预防动脉血管堵塞硬化;防止白内障、尿毒症等疾病。
镍促进人体对同系元素铁的吸收和利用,同时增强红细胞的造血功能,可预防缺铁性贫血症;与另一同系元素铬一样,能够促进胰岛素的分泌,调节体内血糖含量,维护心血管系统正常工作;并且能够提高人体免疫力;对遗传基因DNA和RNA合成也有一定影响。
钒有助于脂肪和胆固醇的新陈代谢;增强机体的造血功能;维护心血管系统和肾脏功能的发挥,加强心肌的收缩能力;促进骨骼和牙齿的生长发育;有类胰岛素的作用,能够促进体内糖类的分解和转化;有助于脂肪和胆固醇的新陈代谢;增强机体的造血功能;维护心血管系统和肾脏功能的发挥,加强心肌的收缩能力;促进骨骼和牙齿的生长发育。缺钒可出现牙齿、骨和软骨发育受阻,肝内磷脂含量少、营养不良性水肿及甲状腺代谢异常等。
锡在人体的胸腺中能够产生抗肿瘤的锡化合物,抑制癌细胞的生成。促进蛋白质和核酸的合成,有利于身体的生长发育;并且组成多种酶以及参与黄素酶的生物反应,能够增强体内环境的稳定性。
钛具备“亲微生物”性,在人体内,能抵御分泌物的浸蚀且无毒性,对一切杀菌方法都融入,具有提高人体免疫、调整血压、血压、血糖、血糖值等生理作用;具有普遍医治癌瘤、抗致癌因子的功效;具备预防多种多样病症和显著的延缓衰老作用;具备美白美容护肤的作用。
钙是人体生命之本。从骨骼形成、肌肉收缩、心脏跳动、神经以及大脑的思维活动、直至人体的生长发育、消除疲劳、健脑益智和延缓衰老等,可以说生命的一切运动都离不开钙。每天摄入钙量足够,才能维持人体正常的新陈代谢,增强人体对生活环境的适应力。钙能增强人的耐力,使人精力充沛,心理稳定。体内钙充足,才能有效预防脑溢血、癌症和心脏病的发生,有利于健康长寿。能降低细胞膜的渗透性,防止有害细菌、病毒或过敏原等进入细胞中。机体缺钙主要影响骨齿发育,血液缺钙会引起四支痉挛、脑筋迟钝、烦燥不安、意识丧失、心脏功能失调、无法供应身体的血液等。成人对钙的日需要量推荐值为1.0克/日以上。
钾主要生理作用是维持细胞的新陈代谢,调节渗透压与酸碱平衡,保持神经肌肉的应激性和心肌的正常功能可激活多种酶,对肌肉的收缩非常重要,没有钾糖无法转化为能量,导致麻痹或瘫痪,导致血糖降低。当体内缺钾时,会造成全身无力、疲乏、心跳减弱、头昏眼花,严重缺钾还会导致呼吸肌麻痹死亡。此外,低钾会使胃肠蠕动减慢,导致肠麻痹,加重厌食,出现恶心、呕吐、腹胀等症状。在美国一项调查发现50岁以下猝死于心脏病的人大多是由于心肌细胞内缺钾所致,所以建议每天钾、钠、镁、钙都应均衡摄入,才能保证有健康的身体。
镁具有保护神经的作用,是很好的镇静剂,严重缺镁时,会使大脑的思维混乱,丧铁方向感,产生幻觉,甚至精神错乱。镁是降低血液中胆固醇的主要催化剂,又能防止动脉粥样硬化,所以摄入足量的镁,可以防治心脏病。镁又是人和哺乳类动物体内多种酶的活化剂。人体中每一个细胞都需要镁,它对于蛋白质的合成、脂肪和糖类的利用及数百组酶系统都有重要作用。镁在人体中可防止骨质的钙化,现代人生活水平提高了,三高病普遍,镁对高血压有极强的控制作用,并且它还有极强的控制心肌收缩的作用,对心肌梗死、脑中风类的病症有一定的控制和治疗作用,对脑供血不足者可提高脑供血量,增强心脏的功能与健康。镁参与人体的新陈代谢,帮助提高男性的生肓能力,直接影响着人体的生命活力与繁延的好坏。镁可以帮助妇女缓解经前的痛经症状,对妇女经前经后都有极大的保护作用。镁还是利尿剂和导泻剂。镁和钙、钾一起能与人体的神经功能起到调解的作用,镁在人体中摄入量缺乏会引起人体脾气暴燥,控制能力低下,爱发脾气,精神极度紧张,睡不着觉,严重者会导致精神紊乱,难以自控,使人经常处于紧张的情绪之中,对人的身体状况极为不利。
本发明的植物饮料能瞬间补充人体必需元素,即刻产生并激活人体不同经络内脏需求的生物催化剂酶,大幅度改善人体机能,促进食物消化吸收和营养能量转换,促进新陈代谢、细胞修复和血液循环,长期饮用能够抗衰老、抗雾霾、预防疾病、增强免疫力、提高人类寿命周期。
本发明提供了上述植物饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将所述的食品类中草药组分混合,用水进行熬制,得到植物饮料。
在本发明的一优选实施方式中,将所述的食品类中草药组分混合,本发明对所述混合的过程没有特殊的限定,选用本领域技术人员熟知的方式能够将各食品类中草药组分混合均匀即可。本发明优选的用水量为300~1500份,所述的水优选为饮用水,本发明优选在常温常压条件下进行所述熬制,所述熬制温度优选为95~100℃,更优选为100℃,时间优选为1.5~2.5h,更优选为2h,在本发明中,通过用水熬制,既促进了上述13种元素的溶出,又避免了无效成分或有毒成分的溶出。完成所述熬制后,将所得中药渣过滤,得到熬制液。本发明对所述过滤的方式和条件没有特殊的限定,选用本领域技术人员熟知的过滤方式和条件,能够将中药渣去除即可。本发明制备得到的植物饮料未添加任何防腐剂、着色剂或甜味剂,绿色安全,该植物饮料色泽橙红,微甜,清亮无杂质。
下面将结合本发明中的实施例,对本发明提供的植物饮料及其制备方法进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
按照以下重量份数的食品类中草药组分进行配料:
龙眼肉10份,罗汉果10份,决明子10份,夏枯草10份,莲子10份,百合10份。
将所述的原料混合均匀,加入300重量份的水,在95℃下熬制2.5h,将所得中药渣过滤取上清,得到植物饮料。
实施例2
按照以下重量份数的食品类中草药组分进行配料:
龙眼肉30份,罗汉果30份,决明子30份,夏枯草30份,莲子30份,百合30份。
将所述的食品类中草药组分混合均匀,加入1500重量份的水,在100℃下熬制1.5h,将所得中药渣过滤取上清,得到植物饮料。
实施例3
按照以下重量份数的食品类中草药组分进行配料:
龙眼肉20份,罗汉果20份,决明子20份,夏枯草20份,莲子20份,百合20份。
将所述的食品类中草药组分混合均匀,加入900重量份水,在100℃下熬制2h,将所得中药渣过滤取上清,得到植物饮料。
实施例4
按照以下重量份数的食品类中草药组分进行配料:
龙眼肉15份,罗汉果25份,决明子20份,夏枯草30份,莲子15份,百合25份。
将所述的食品类中草药组分混合均匀,加入1100重量份水,在100℃下熬制2h,将所得中药渣过滤取上清,得到植物饮料。
植物饮料的性能测试:
1)对实施例3所得的植物饮料性状、色泽、气、滋味和杂质等进行检测,检测数量为20瓶,委托河南泰庆质量检测有限公司检测,检测报告编号WSP202003707。
性状、色泽、气、滋味和杂质的检测方法:Q/HXZ 0001S-2018,结果表明,植物饮料为液体,具有产品应有的色泽、气、滋味,微甜、无异味,无肉眼可见外来杂质,无原料物质沉淀,符合检测标准指标(其中性状的标准指标为液体,色泽的标准指标为具有产品应有的色泽,气、滋味的标准指标为具有产品应有的气、滋味,微甜、无异味,杂质的标准指标为无肉眼可见外来杂质,允许少量原料物质沉淀)。
可溶性固形物(20℃,折光计法,%)的检测方法:GB/T 12143-2008(4),结果表明,可溶性固形物的含量为2.0%,符合标准指标(≥0.1)。
氰化物(以HCN计,mg/L)的检测方法:GB 5009.36-2016(第一法),结果表明,氰化物未检测(定量限为0.015mg/L),符合标准指标(≤0.05)。
铅(以pb计,mg/L)的检测方法:GB 5009.12-2017(第二法),结果表明,铅未检测(定量限为0.02mg/L),符合标准指标(≤0.2)。
总砷(以As计,mg/L)的检测方法:GB 5009.11-2014(第一篇第一法),结果表明,总砷未检测(定量限为0.010mg/L),符合标准指标(≤0.2)。
苯甲酸及其钠盐(以苯甲酸计,g/kg)的检测方法:GB 5009.28-2016(第一法),结果表明,苯甲酸及其钠盐未检测(定量限为0.01g/kg),符合标准指标(≤1.0)。
山梨酸及其钾盐(以山梨酸计,g/kg)的检测方法:GB 5009.28-2016(第一法),结果表明,山梨酸及其钾盐未检测(定量限为0.01g/kg),符合标准指标(≤0.5)。
糖精钠(以糖精计,g/kg)的检测方法:GB 5009.28-2016(第一法),结果表明,糖精钠未检测(定量限为0.01g/kg),符合标准指标(不得使用)。
安赛蜜(g/kg)的检测方法:GB/T 5009.140-2003,结果表明,安赛蜜未检测(定量限为0.004g/kg),符合标准指标(≤0.3)。
苋菜红(g/kg)的检测方法:GB 5009.35-2016,结果表明,苋菜红未检测(定量限为0.0005g/kg),符合标准指标(不得使用)。
胭脂红(g/kg)的检测方法:GB 5009.35-2016,结果表明,胭脂红未检测(定量限为0.0005g/kg),符合标准指标(不得使用)。
菌落总数(CFU/mL)的检测方法:GB 4789.2-2016,结果表明,菌落总数均<1,符合标准指标(n=5,c=2,m=102,M=104)。
大肠菌群(CFU/mL)的检测方法:GB 4789.3-2016(第二法),结果表明,大肠菌群均<1,符合标准指标(n=5,c=2,m=1,M=10)。
沙门氏菌(/25mL)的检测方法:GB 4789.4-2016,结果表明,沙门氏菌均未检出,符合标准指标(n=5,c=0,m=0)。
霉菌(CFU/mL)的检测方法:GB 4789.15-2016(第一法),结果表明,霉菌<1,符合标准指标(≤20)。
酵母(CFU/mL)的检测方法:GB 4789.15-2016(第一法),结果表明,酵母<1,符合标准指标(≤20)。
金黄色葡萄球菌(CFU/mL)的检测方法:GB 4789.10-2016(第二法),结果表明,金黄色葡萄球菌均<1,符合标准指标(n=5,c=1,m=100,M=1000)。
甜蜜素(以环己基氨基磺酸计,g/kg)的检测方法:GB 5009.97-2016(第一法),结果表明,甜蜜素未检出(定量限:0.030g/kg),符合标准指标(≤0.65)。
上述检测结果表明,本发明制备得到的植物饮料色泽橙红,微甜,清亮无杂质,且未添加任何防腐剂、着色剂和甜味剂,绿色安全、卫生,食用安全。
2)根据GB5009.268-2016方法对实施例3制备的植物饮料进行元素含量测定,委托河南省科高食品安全检测有限公司检测,报告编号WT2021203。
结果显示,本发明的植物饮料含有铁3.90mg/mL,铜0.0383mg/mL,锰0.537mg/mL,锌2.26mg/mL,钴0.0104mg/mL,铬0.0598mg/mL,镍0.270mg/mL,钒0.00395mg/mL,锡0.0378mg/mL,钛0.0336mg/mL,钙8.39mg/mL,钾298mg/mL,镁39.5mg/mL。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,本发明对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,都可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。特别需要保护的是5种以上元素能够共生共存于一种食品饮料、保健品饮料、中药成品、中药饮液、中药制剂的观念形成,也就是如果运作到食品商品开发、保健食品开发、功能性饮料开发、中成药产品开发、广告宣传等谋取企业利益时应该列入保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种含13种元素的植物饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的食品类中草药组分:
龙眼肉10~30份,罗汉果10~30份,决明子10~30份,夏枯草10~30份,莲子10~30份,百合10~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的植物饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的食品类中草药组分:
龙眼肉15~25份,罗汉果15~25份,决明子15~25份,夏枯草15~25份,莲子15~25份,百合15~25份。
3.一种根据权利要求1或2所述植物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将所述的食品类中草药组分混合,用水进行熬制,得到植物饮料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述熬制的温度为95~100℃,时间为1.5~2.5h。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述熬制的温度为100℃,时间为2h。
6.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水为饮用水。
7.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述用水的重量份为300~1500份。
8.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述熬制结束后,过滤除去中药渣,得到植物饮料。
