when two net cages are combined into a group, one of the net cages is used as a culture net cage, the other net cage is used as a storage net cage, the culture net cage and the storage net cage are connected through a connecting cage (9), herbivorous fishes are placed in the culture net cage, cover plates (9-3) are inserted into clamping grooves (9-4) of the culture net cage and the storage net cage, when a pasture area needs to be changed, the cover plates (9-3) inserted into the clamping grooves (9-4) of the culture net cage and the storage net cage are pulled out, the culture net cage and the storage net cage are communicated through the connecting cage (9), an air bag (8) on the side surface of the culture net cage is inflated to enable the culture net cage to float upwards, the fishes are driven to the storage net cage, the cover plates (9-3) are inserted into the clamping grooves (9-4) of the culture net cage and the storage net cage, the culture net cage is transferred to a new pasture area, and the air bag (8) of the culture net cage is deflated, the culture net cages arranged in the new pasture area are used as new storage net cages, and the original storage net cages are used as culture net cages;
when a single net cage is used independently, the air bags (8) on the side faces of the net cage are inflated to enable the net cage to float upwards, the net cage is transferred to a designated pasture area in a water body ecological restoration area through manpower, and the air bags (8) are deflated to enable the net cage to be settled to a corresponding height.
