A portable submerged plant planting device for water ecological restoration is characterized by comprising a bottom plate, side plates, a planting cover plate, a partition frame and a drain pipe, wherein a plurality of grids are arranged on the bottom plate, and the bottom plate is connected with the side plates to form a planting body with an opening at one end;
one end of the side plate close to the bottom plate is in a tooth shape, and the tooth-shaped edge of the side plate can increase the downward adhesive force of the planting device;
the inner wall of the side plate is provided with a separation strip, the separation strip is positioned at one side close to the opening end of the planting body, the dividing frame is arranged in the planting body and positioned between the separation strip and the bottom plate, the drain pipe is respectively connected with the bottom plate and the dividing frame, and the lower end of the drain pipe penetrates through the bottom plate;
the planting cover plate is arranged on the partition frame, a planting matrix bin for filling nutrient matrix is formed among the bottom plate, the inner wall of the side plate and the planting cover plate, the planting cover plate is positioned below the partition strips, and a plant maintenance bin is formed between the upper end surface of the planting cover plate and the partition strips on the inner wall of the side plate and can prevent the upper planting body from extruding and damaging submerged plants in the lower planting body in stacking transportation;
