本发明涉及润滑油技术,特别是涉及一种环保润滑油及其制备方法。本发明提供了一种环保润滑油为:在新戊基多元醇酯中加入占新戊基多元醇酯重量百分比的下述物质:含氮硼酸酯:0.24~0.96%、二烃基五硫化物:0.24~0.42%、磷之星:0.10~0.30%,硫化异丁烯0.1~0.3%,苯三唑脂肪胺盐:0.09~0.63%。本发明具有较高的承载能力和较好的润滑减磨性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术,特别是涉及一种环保润滑油及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型机械上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。润滑油一般是由基础油和功能性添加剂组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。
目前,公开号为CN107384549A的中国专利公开了一种压铸机用耐低温润滑油及其制备方法,其中,润滑油的原料按重量份数配比如下:基础油、十二烷基酸性亚磷酸酯、石墨、乙醚、硬脂酸、甲基硅油、聚氧乙烯、沸石、抗磨剂、纳米二氧化钛、乙丙共聚物、二甲基亚砜、分散剂、消泡剂和抗氧化剂,但是其高低温的高承载性能和抗磨性能不佳。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种具有优良的高低温的高承载和抗磨性能,满足各种齿轮润滑的含硼和氮添加新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)环保润滑油。
采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供了一种环保润滑油,在新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)中加入占新戊基多元醇酯重量百分比的下述物质:含氮硼酸酯:0.24~0.96%、二烃基五硫化物:0.24~0.42%、磷之星:0.10~0.30%,硫化异丁烯0.1~0.3%,苯三唑脂肪胺盐:0.09~0.63%。
优选地,所述含氮硼酸酯为含氮硼酸酯BN。
优选地,所述新戊基多元醇酯为NPE-3。
优选地,所述二烃基五硫化物为Rc2540。
优选地,所述硫化异丁烯为T321。
优选地,所述苯三唑脂肪胺盐为T406E。
本发明还提供了上述所述环保润滑油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
在新戊基多元醇酯加入含氮硼酸酯、二烃基五硫化物、磷之星、硫化异丁烯、苯三唑脂肪胺盐搅拌后加热,得到所述环保润滑油;
所述加热的温度为80℃,时间为40min。
本发明在合成油新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)中添加硼系添加剂含氮硼酸酯、二烃基五硫化物(RC2540)、磷之星(P120)、硫化异丁烯(T321)、苯三唑脂肪胺盐(T-406E)5种添加剂中进行试验,使用人工神经网络方法优化计算,并进行了复证。同时,利用添加剂含量范围为:硼系添加剂含氮硼酸酯0~0.96%、二烃基五硫化物0~0.48%、磷之星P120:0~0.40%,硫化异丁烯(T321)0~0.40%,作5因素9水平均匀分配,设计出新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)加入五种添加剂含量配比的九个组合,得到5种添加剂的含量配比优化设计,最大无卡咬负荷为Pb=1970N,
研究采用5因素9水平测试。考察目标为Y1=Pb,Y2=D,Y3=D,使用均匀设计表安排试验,试验结果,研究应用于合成油中添加剂在可生物降解基础油中的摩擦学研究。本发明提供的环保润滑油润滑性能好、承载能力高的特点。
具体实施方式
实施例一
以新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)为基础油,加入占NPE-3以下含量的添加剂:含氮硼酸酯BN:0.96%、二烃基五硫化物:Rc2540:0.36%、磷之星0.10%,硫化异丁烯(T321)0.20%,苯三唑脂肪胺盐T406E:0.45%,搅拌均匀后80℃加热40分钟,即得。
实施例二
以新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)基础油加入占新戊基多元醇酯重量百分比:含氮硼酸酯BN:0.6%、二烃基五硫化物:Rc2540:0.42%、磷之星0.15%,硫化异丁烯(T321)0.10%,苯三唑脂肪胺盐T406E:0.09%,混合搅拌均匀后80℃加热40分钟,即得。
实施例三
以新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)基础油加入占新戊基多元醇酯重量百分比:含氮硼酸酯BN 0.72%、二烃基五硫化物:Rc2540:0.24%、磷之星0.30%,硫化异丁烯(T321)0.30%,苯三唑脂肪胺盐T406E:0.63%,混合搅拌均匀后80℃加热40分钟,即得。
实施例四
是以新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)含氮硼酸酯BN:0.72%、二烃基五硫化物:Rc2540:0.24%、磷之星0.30%,硫化异丁烯T3210.30%,苯三唑脂肪胺盐T406E:0.63%。经加热混合均匀制成。
所述新戊基多元醇酯(NPE-3)基邻位为季碳原子的一类合成酯,比双酯具有更优异的热和水解稳定性,主要包括新戊二醇酯、三羟甲基丙烷酯和季戊四醇酯。
本发明具有较高的承载能力和较好的润滑减磨性能。
所述氮硼酸酯BN是含硼的硼酸盐类添加剂。硼系列添加剂无毒无味且具有良好的极压、抗磨、减摩、热氧化稳定、防腐蚀、密封适应等性能。硼系列添加剂的生物降解率能达到95%以上。在齿轮润滑油领域表现出了巨大的环保潜力。硼酸酯具有很好的减摩、抗磨性能。含氮硼酸酯,十八烷氧基氮代硼酸钙由摩擦改进剂、抗金属腐蚀剂、抗氧化剂等剂复配而成,油溶性佳,颜色浅且持久存放不变颜色,具有突出的极压抗磨性、热氧化稳定性能,是新型环保极压抗磨剂。
基础油新戊基多元醇酯(Neopentyl Polyol Ester)NPE-3,新戊基多元醇酯具有优良的高、低温性能,闪点高,倾点低,它的粘度较低,一般常用作Ⅱ型航空发动机油,高温链条油,合成空气压缩机油与之环保制冷剂相容的冷冻机油的基础油,其理化性能见表1。

磷之星极压抗磨剂(P120)含磷类的极压剂主要有磷之星P120和亚磷之星P110。磷之星P120,具有极好的极压抗磨性能,主要用于重负荷工业齿轮油。磷之星P120是由低碳醇与三氯氧磷反应制的烷基磷酸盐,再与有机胺与磷酸酯反应生成。因有机胺的烷基基团小极压性能高。它属于磷系列添加剂,具有较好的润滑性能。磷之星极压抗磨剂,是有机磷酸胺盐,该剂有非常高的抗磨性和极压性,这一特性,是国内外任何添加剂都无法比拟的。用该剂复配的各种通用齿轮油复剂等。磷之星(P120)的理化性能见表2。

硫化异丁烯Sulphurizedisobutylene,T321可与硫磷氮剂复配,是硫磷型工业齿轮油和GL-4、GL-5车辆齿轮油的主剂,也可用于金属加工用油,润滑脂等产品中。硫含量高,相对于一般的硫烯产品而言,具有更优异的极压、抗磨性能。氯含量极低,铜腐蚀性能良好。在各类基础油中均具有很好的相溶性。与其它极压抗磨剂具有优秀的协同效果,T321是车辆及工业用油中首选的极压抗磨剂,但T321有强烈的异味,人们要解决环保车辆齿轮油就要寻找其替代品。硫化异丁烯的理化性能见表3。

T406E多功能添加剂产品性能苯三唑脂肪胺盐(T-406E)具有抗磨、抗腐、抗氧化、防锈等多种功能。长期以来,在国内生产的齿轮油、抗磨液压油、润滑脂等,二十余种润滑油、脂中得到成功应用。苯三唑脂肪胺盐(T-406E)的理化性能见表4。

1.一种环保润滑油,其特征在于,在新戊基多元醇酯中加入占新戊基多元醇酯重量百分比的下述物质:含氮硼酸酯:0.24~0.96%、二烃基五硫化物:0.24~0.42%、磷之星:0.10~0.30%,硫化异丁烯0.1~0.3%,苯三唑脂肪胺盐:0.09~0.63%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保润滑油,其特征在于,所述含氮硼酸酯为含氮硼酸酯BN。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保润滑油,其特征在于,所述新戊基多元醇酯为NPE-3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保润滑油,其特征在于,所述二烃基五硫化物为Rc2540。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保润滑油,其特征在于,所述硫化异丁烯为T321。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保润滑油,其特征在于,所述苯三唑脂肪胺盐为T406E。
7.权利要求1~6任一项所述环保润滑油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
在新戊基多元醇酯加入含氮硼酸酯、二烃基五硫化物、磷之星、硫化异丁烯、苯三唑脂肪胺盐搅拌后加热,得到所述环保润滑油;
所述加热的温度为80℃,时间为40min。
