本发明涉及耐低温耐磨润滑油的技术领域,具体是一种耐低温耐磨润滑油。
背景技术
在发动机设备运行过程中,润滑油起到润滑、冷却、密封、防锈、减震、卸荷等关键作用,性能优异的润滑油是发动机稳定高效运转的重要保障。性能优异的润滑油可以减少配件磨损、提高设备工作效率、节约燃料和能源,同时也是减少设备运行成本的重要方法。有关研究表明,润滑条件的好坏决定了设备的使用寿命,75%以上的配件损耗都是由于异常磨损造成的,55%以上的设备故障也与润滑条件相关。发动机作为燃油车辆的核心设备,其稳定高效运行性是影响车量使用寿命的关键条件。因润滑性能较弱而导致发动机的零件磨损严重、整车动力性能降低、使用寿命缩短的状况屡见不鲜。另外,在中国三北地区,冬季室外温度可降至-40℃以下,当汽车停驶以后,时间稍长,发动机润滑油便冷却到环境温度。如果润滑油低温性能差,使汽车启动困难、造成磨损加剧。因此,低温性能是评价润滑油性能的一项重要指标。除了通过技术研发提高发动机的性能外,改善润滑性能也是解决发动机磨损失效的重要手段。燃油车辆发动机使用的润滑油除了具备一般润滑性能外,还要求具有抗磨损、冷却、清洁、防锈、抗腐蚀、耐低温、抗氧化、等特性。

本发明的进一步设置为:所述抗氧抗腐剂包括亚磷酸二乙酯、二烷基二苯胺、烷基化二苯胺、二异锌基二硫代磷酸硫氧钼。

本发明的进一步设置为:所述无灰分散剂包括聚异丁烯丁二酸酯、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺。
通过采用上述技术方案,不仅使油品具备了良好的低温分散性,而且还极大的提升油品的热稳定性与高温清净性。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述聚异丁烯丁二酸酯、所述聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺的复配比例为1:2.4。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述降凝剂包括聚甲基丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇硬脂酸脂-十八胺-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物。
通过采用上述技术方案,可以有效的降低油品的冷凝点,且对油品的其他性能影响较小。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述聚甲基丙烯酸酯、所述季戊四醇硬脂酸脂-十八胺-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的复配比例为3:4。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述摩擦改进剂为二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述金属清净剂为低碱值的磺酸钙。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述磺酸钙的碱值为150mgKOH/g。
本发明的有益技术效果为:
在此配方下,具有抗磨损、冷却、清洁、防锈、抗腐蚀、耐低温、抗氧化的特性。
具体实施方式
下面描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
本实施例公开了一种耐低温耐磨润滑油配方,包括如下质量百分比含量的组分:1,3-乙二醇二苯甲酸酯:15%;抗氧抗腐剂:1.6%;无灰分散剂:2%;金属清净剂:0.5%;降凝剂:0.2%;摩擦改进剂:2%;基础油:余量。
实施例2
包括如下质量百分比含量的组分:1,3-乙二醇二苯甲酸酯:35%;抗氧抗腐剂: 5%;无灰分散剂:7%;金属清净剂: 2%;降凝剂:1%;摩擦改进剂:6%;基础油:余量。
实施例3
包括如下质量百分比含量的组分:1,3-乙二醇二苯甲酸酯:25%;抗氧抗腐剂:3.3%;无灰分散剂:4.5%;金属清净剂:1.25%;降凝剂:0.6%;摩擦改进剂:4%;基础油:余量。
本发明一种耐低温耐磨发动机润滑油配方,配方中各添加剂组分选用合理、比重适宜,所制备的发动机润滑油具备优良的抗磨抗腐性、抗氧性、稳定性、低温使用性,能够长期使用。
下面将以上各实施例所制得的产品以及市面销售的2种常见的相同发动机润滑油作为对比例进行耐磨性能、耐低温性能测定。
其中,润滑油耐磨性能采用SH/T0189-1992润滑油抗磨损性能测定法(四球机法),使用该方法可以测定润滑油的减摩性能、抗磨性能和油膜强度,四球机转速设置为1200r/min、运转60min、负荷392N,实验结果如表1所示。

根据表1所示四球摩擦磨损试验机的实验结果可知,3种实施例平均摩擦因数均要小于2种对比例,表现出良好的减摩性能;3种实施例的平均磨斑直径在2种对比例的1/2左右,说明实施例的抗磨性能要好于对比例;3种实施例的极压值要高于对比例400N左右,说明实施例的油膜强度要优于对比例;综上所述,该润滑油配方所述方案的润滑油与市面常见发动机润滑油相比,表现出较好的耐磨性能。
润滑油耐低温动力粘度采用GB/T6538-2010发动机油表观粘度的测定冷启动模拟机法进行,分别测定了-10℃、-20℃、-30℃、-35℃、-40℃温度条件下润滑油样品的表观粘度,并对油品性能进行了分析。

根据表2实施例与对比例比较可知,实施例即使在较低温度下也具有较低的表观粘度,表明本配方润滑油低温条件下流动性能更好,具有较好的耐低温性。
虽然已经参考优选实施例对本发明进行了描述,但在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件,尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,各个实施例中所提到的各项技术特征均可以任意方式组合起来。本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。
术语“包括”或者任何其它类似用语旨在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、物品或者设备/装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其它要素,或者还包括这些过程、物品或者设备/装置所固有的要素。
至此,优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种耐低温耐磨润滑油;其特征在于:包括如下质量百分比含量的组分:1,3-乙二醇二苯甲酸酯:15-35%;抗氧抗腐剂:1.6-5%;无灰分散剂:2-7%;金属清净剂:0.5-2%;降凝剂:0.2-1%;摩擦改进剂:2-6%;基础油:余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐低温耐磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述抗氧抗腐剂包括亚磷酸二乙酯、二烷基二苯胺、烷基化二苯胺、二异锌基二硫代磷酸硫氧钼。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐低温耐磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述亚磷酸二乙酯、所述二烷基二苯胺、所述烷基化二苯胺、所述二异锌基二硫代磷酸硫氧钼的复配比例为3:3:4:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐低温耐磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述无灰分散剂包括聚异丁烯丁二酸酯、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐低温耐磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述聚异丁烯丁二酸酯、所述聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺的复配比例为1:2.4。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐低温耐磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述降凝剂包括聚甲基丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇硬脂酸脂-十八胺-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的耐低温耐磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述聚甲基丙烯酸酯、所述季戊四醇硬脂酸脂-十八胺-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的复配比例为3:4。
8.根据权利要求1所述的耐低温耐磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述摩擦改进剂为二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼。
9.根据权利要求1所述的耐低温耐磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述金属清净剂为低碱值的磺酸钙。
10.根据权利要求9所述的耐低温耐磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述磺酸钙的碱值为150mgKOH/g。
