Abstract
本发明涉及水性印花浆料技术领域,特别是涉及一种复配水性印花浆料,由以下原料组成:去离子水64%~70%、羧甲基淀粉醚12%~24%、海抱石2%~5%、高岭土2%~3%、凹凸棒土1.5%~2%、消泡剂0.2%~0.5%、防腐剂0.2%~0.5%、湿润剂0.1%~0.3%、分散剂0.3%~0.5%、低剪切流变助剂0.5%~1%。本发明提供一种复配水性印花浆料,采用一种或多种高取代度羧甲基淀粉醚为粘结基料,添加一种或多种无机溶胀性填料、多种功能助剂,经水溶分散均匀后,制备而成的一种固含量为30%的淡黄色膏状印花浆料。该浆料经稀释固含量为2%,粘度为12000~15000mPa.s。本复配水性印花浆料具有良好的保水性、低剪切粘度、安全环保性、贮存稳定性及良好的丝印适性。本发明还提供一种复配水性印花浆料的制备方法,其制备工艺简单,容易操作,有利于大规模生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及水性印花浆料技术领域,特别是涉及一种复配水性印花浆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
自古以来,纺织印花技术与人类的生活一直密切相关,而传统的纺织技术与古代的纺织技术有着密切联系。印花浆是由染料(或涂料)印花浆调制成的浆料。用于织物印花。这类浆料有较好的稳定性,其中各组分不相互作用,不改变浆料的勃度,并有满意的给色力。
目前市场流行的同类产品技术所用羧甲基淀粉醚,取代度D.S值低,一般在0.35~0.6范围内,其2%浓度下的粘度(NDJ-1型粘度仪、25℃、4#/6转min) 为300~1200mPa.s;而高取代度羧甲基淀粉醚,取代度D.S值高,其2%浓度下的粘度(NDJ-1型粘度仪、25℃、4#/6转min)可达10000~15000mPa.s,由于羧甲基淀粉醚取代度D.S值存在差异太大,所制成的产品在保水性、脱浆性、低剪切流变性等丝印适性方面,后者性能不及前者性能优异;现需要一种新型的水性印花浆料来解决上述问题,来满足人们的需求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种具有良好的保水性、低剪切粘度、安全环保性、储存稳定性及良好的丝印适性的复配水性印花浆料。
本发明还提供一种复配水性印花浆料的制备方法,其制备工艺简单,容易操作,有利于大规模生产。

搅拌机转速调整为400~500r/min,继续搅拌20~30min,经400目双层网布过滤,出成品。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明采用一种或多种高取代度羧甲基淀粉醚为粘结基料,添加一种或多种无机溶胀性填料、多种功能助剂,经水溶分散均匀后,制备而成的一种固含量为30%的淡黄色膏状印花浆料。该浆料经稀释固含量为2%,粘度为 12000~15000mPa.s。本复配水性印花浆料具有良好的保水性、低剪切粘度、安全环保性、贮存稳定性及良好的丝印适性。
2、本发明包含多种无机溶胀性填料,有效降低成本,提高了浆料的低剪切粘度,抑制浆料对织品基材的过度渗透,使印品线条饱满清晰。
3、本发明包含多种功能助剂,其中添加聚醚改性有机硅湿润剂,大大降低了水相的表面张力,改善浆料对织品基材的铺展湿润,提高丝印工艺适性;添加脂肪酸聚丙烯酸氨盐类分散剂,有效促进后添加的浆料色浆在物料中成一次粒子快速均匀分散,减少了染料色浆的添加量,降低了成本,提高了印品的着色力、鲜艳度、赏目性;添加消泡剂,避免了丝印工艺过程中出现气泡导致的针眼问题;添加防腐剂,确保了成品浆料的贮存稳定性。

搅拌机转速调整为400~500r/min,继续搅拌20~30min,经400目双层网布过滤,出成品。
实施例五:
一种复配水性印花浆料,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:去离子水68%、羧甲基淀粉(木薯)醚12%,羧甲基淀粉(小麦)醚12%、海抱石2%、高岭土 2%、凹凸棒土2%、消泡剂0.3%、防腐剂0.2%、湿润剂0.1%、分散剂0.4%、低剪切流变助剂1%。
羧甲基淀粉(木薯)醚为阴离子型,取代度D.S值为1.2,2%浓度下的粘度 (NDJ-1型粘度仪、25℃、4#/6转min)为15000mPa.s,2%浓度下的PH值为7;的质量百分比为12%;羧甲基淀粉(小麦)醚为阴离子型,取代度D.S值为1.0, 2%浓度下的粘度(NDJ-1型粘度仪、25℃、4#/6转min)为12000mPa.s,2%浓度下的PH值为7。
消泡剂为非硅类消泡剂,湿润剂为聚醚改性有机硅湿润剂,分散剂为脂肪酸聚丙烯酸氨盐类分散剂,低剪切流变助剂为缔合型聚氨酯类低剪切流变助剂。
一种复配水性印花浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按质量百分比称取去离子水、羧甲基淀粉醚、海抱石、高岭土、凹凸棒土、消泡剂、防腐剂、湿润剂、分散剂、低剪切流变助剂,启动搅拌机,在40~50r/min 搅拌下,将上述质量百分比物料依次投入;
搅拌机转速调整为400~500r/min,继续搅拌20~30min,经400目双层网布过滤,出成品。
本发明采用一种或多种高取代度羧甲基淀粉醚为粘结基料,添加一种或多种无机溶胀性填料、多种功能助剂,经水溶分散均匀后,制备而成的一种固含量为30%的淡黄色膏状印花浆料。该浆料经稀释固含量为2%,粘度为 12000~15000mPa.s。本复配水性印花浆料具有良好的保水性、低剪切粘度、安全环保性、贮存稳定性及良好的丝印适性;本发明包含多种无机溶胀性填料,有效降低成本,提高了浆料的低剪切粘度,抑制浆料对织品基材的过度渗透,使印品线条饱满清晰;发明包含多种功能助剂,其中添加聚醚改性有机硅湿润剂,大大降低了水相的表面张力,改善浆料对织品基材的铺展湿润,提高丝印工艺适性;添加脂肪酸聚丙烯酸氨盐类分散剂,有效促进后添加的浆料色浆在物料中成一次粒子快速均匀分散,减少了染料色浆的添加量,降低了成本,提高了印品的着色力、鲜艳度、赏目性;添加消泡剂,避免了丝印工艺过程中出现气泡导致的针眼问题;添加防腐剂,确保了成品浆料的贮存稳定性。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

2.根据权利要求1所述的复配水性印花浆料,其特征在于,所述羧甲基淀粉醚为羧甲基淀粉(木薯)醚、羧甲基淀粉(玉米)醚、羧甲基淀粉(小麦)醚中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复配水性印花浆料,其特征在于,当所述羧甲基淀粉醚为羧甲基淀粉(木薯)醚或者包括羧甲基淀粉(木薯)醚时,所述羧甲基淀粉(木薯)醚为阴离子型,取代度D.S值为1.2,2%浓度下的粘度为15000mPa.s,2%浓度下的PH值为7。
4.根据权利要求2所述的复配水性印花浆料,其特征在于,当所述羧甲基淀粉醚为羧甲基淀粉(玉米)醚或者包括羧甲基淀粉(玉米)醚时,所述羧甲基淀粉(玉米)醚为阴离子型,取代度D.S值为1.0,2%浓度下的粘度为12000mPa.s,2%浓度下的PH值为7。
5.根据权利要求2所述的复配水性印花浆料,其特征在于,当所述羧甲基淀粉醚为羧甲基淀粉(小麦)醚或者包括羧甲基淀粉(小麦)醚时,所述羧甲基淀粉(小麦)醚为阴离子型,取代度D.S值为1.0,2%浓度下的粘度为12000mPa.s,2%浓度下的PH值为7。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复配水性印花浆料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为非硅类消泡剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复配水性印花浆料,其特征在于,所述湿润剂为聚醚改性有机硅湿润剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的复配水性印花浆料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为脂肪酸聚丙烯酸氨盐类分散剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的复配水性印花浆料,其特征在于,所述低剪切流变助剂为缔合型聚氨酯类低剪切流变助剂。
10.一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述的复配水性印花浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
按质量百分比称取去离子水、羧甲基淀粉醚、海抱石、高岭土、凹凸棒土、消泡剂、防腐剂、湿润剂、分散剂、低剪切流变助剂,启动搅拌机,在40~50r/min搅拌下,将上述质量百分比物料依次投入;
搅拌机转速调整为400~500r/min,继续搅拌20~30min,经400目双层网布过滤,出成品。
