Abstract
本发明公开了一种柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料及其制备方法,其将石墨烯、硫化助剂和其他助剂加入水中制备成水性分散液后,将该水性分散液与橡胶胶乳进行水相混合,并采用具有特定频率的微波和超声波协同作用进行干燥和硫化进行固化。由于石墨烯在超声波和微波的协同作用下,能够在橡胶基体中获得优异的分散性,因此降低了电导损耗;同时石墨烯还会发生一定程度的取向,形成更多的微电容,这使得其电容比常规热硫化石墨烯橡胶材料电容大几个数量级,使用此种介电材料制备的柔性传感器,不仅能耗低,而且具有较高的电容量,能够有效提升传感器的抗干扰能力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种介电材料及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料及其制备方法,属于柔性传感器用功能材料技术领域。
背景技术
目前电容型的柔性传感器发展非常迅速,其可以用来检测各种人体生理活动,包括较大幅度的手、胳膊和腿的弯曲移动以及较小幅度的呼吸、吞咽、发声时肌肉震动、血压和眼压等,能够将上述生理活动信号转换为可视的电信号。但是目前基于柔性聚合物基体制备的电容传感器,由于介电层的介电常数不高,传感器所产生的电容值较小,信号传输时容易受到电路中的引线电缆电容、杂散电容、寄生电容的干扰,使得传感器工作不稳定,影响测量精度。
石墨烯作为一种纳米填料具有很大的比表面积和很强的界面作用力,比传统材料的性能更优异,因此用石墨烯来改性橡胶是未来的发展趋势之一。在以往的石墨烯橡胶复合介电材料的制备中,通常是将石墨烯直接加入到橡胶基体中进行密炼分散后加热硫化,这种方法制备所得的石墨烯橡胶复合材料中石墨烯的分散较差,石墨烯之间直接联通形成导电通路,漏导电流较大,介电性能一般。因此如何得到一种可以减少导电流、具有高介电常数和低介电损耗的石墨烯橡胶介电材料是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术加工方法中石墨烯之间直接联通形成导电通路,漏导电流较大,介电性能一般等技术问题,本发明提供了一种柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料及其制备方法,由该制备方法制备所得的,材料能够减少导电流、具有高介电常数和低介电损耗,适用于柔性传感器中。
本发明的技术方案是:
本发明公开了一种柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料,其由主要包括下述按重量份计的各组分原料在微波和超声波的共同作用下进行烘干和固化成型而成:橡胶胶乳干基100份、活化剂0.1-30份,促进剂0.1-10份,硫磺0.1-10份,石墨烯0.1-90份,防老化剂0.1-10份,表面活性剂0.1-10份;其中所述石墨烯为常规石墨烯粉末、氧化石墨烯、氧化还原石墨烯、单层石墨烯和多层石墨烯中的至少一种。
其进一步的技术方案是:
所述橡胶胶乳为天然橡胶胶乳、人工聚合形成的胶乳和通过物理溶解分散方法制备形成的人造胶乳中的至少一种。其中,优选的,所述人工聚合形成的胶乳包括丁苯橡胶乳液、丁腈橡胶乳液、氯丁橡胶乳液、丁二烯胶乳、聚硫胶乳、氟橡胶胶乳、硅橡胶胶乳、均聚醋酸乙烯酯胶乳、共聚醋酸乙烯酯胶乳、丙烯酸酯乳液、聚氯乙烯胶乳、偏氯乙烯胶乳和苯丙胶乳中的至少一种;所述通过物理溶解分散方法制备形成的人造胶乳包括丁基胶乳、聚异戊二烯胶乳、乙丙胶乳、聚氨酯胶乳、聚乙烯胶乳和环氧树脂胶乳中的至少一种。
其进一步的技术方案是:
所述活化剂为普通氧化锌、活性氧化锌、碳酸锌、氧化镁、氧化钙、一氧化铅、四氧化铅、碳酸镁、碱式碳酸铅、碱式硅酸铝、氯化亚锡、氧化镉、氢氧化钙、硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸铅、油酸、月桂酸、三乙醇胺、二甘醇、聚对二亚硝基苯、四氯苯醌和三甲基丙烯酸三羟甲基丙烷酯中的至少一种。
其进一步的技术方案是:
所述促进剂为二硫代甲酸盐类促进剂、黄原酸类促进剂、秋兰姆类促进剂、噻唑类促进剂、次磺酰胺类促进剂、胍类促进剂、硫脲类促进剂、醛胺类促进剂和胺类促进剂中的至少一种。
其进一步的技术方案是:
所述防老化剂为防老剂4010、防老剂A、防老剂D、防老剂IPPD、防老剂6PPD、防老剂7PPD、防老剂DTPD、防老剂H、防老剂DNP、防老剂TPPD、防老剂OPPD、防老剂4030和防老剂8PPD中的至少一种。
其进一步的技术方案是:
所述表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵(AESA)、月桂醇硫酸钠(K12或SDS)、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX-10)、平平加0、二乙醇酰胺(6501)、硬脂酸甘油单酯、木质素磺酸盐、重烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐(石油磺酸盐)、烷基聚醚(PO-EO共聚物)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-3)中的至少一种。
其进一步的技术方案是:
所述微波为频率300MHz-3000GHz的电磁波;且所述超声波为频率2MHz-300MHz的电磁波。
本发明还公开了一种上述柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料的制备方法,该制备方法主要包括下述步骤:
S1,称取各组分原料,然后将表面活性剂加入到水中充分搅拌溶解后,再加入活化剂、促进剂、硫磺、石墨烯和防老化剂进行初步搅拌分散成浆料后,将该浆料通入研磨机或超声分散机中分散0.5-24h,形成稳定均一的水分散体;
S2,将步骤S1中所得水分散体加入橡胶胶乳中,并于常温下搅拌15-60min形成胶乳混合液;
S3,将步骤S2中所得胶乳混合液采用喷印、刷涂、版辊印刷或机械涂覆方式得到湿膜,然后采用超声波和微波共同作用进行烘干和硫化,形成所述柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料。
其进一步的技术方案是:
步骤S3中所述微波为频率300MHz-3000GHz的电磁波,所述超声波为频率2MHz-300MHz的电磁波。
本发明的有益技术效果是:本发明将石墨烯、硫化助剂和其他助剂加入水中制备成水性分散液后,将该水性分散液与橡胶胶乳进行水相混合,并采用具有特定频率的微波和超声波协同作用进行干燥和硫化进行固化。该制备方法中,由于石墨烯在液相基体中相对容易形成较为舒展的微观结构,同时在超声波和微波的共同作用下,石墨烯不但能够获得良好的分散性,能够降低材料的电导损耗;而且石墨烯还会发生一定程度的取向,其片层结构舒展,能够形成更多的微电容,而非如背景技术中所述的石墨烯充当导线作用形成通路,这使得本发明制备所得的介电材料的电容比常规的热硫化石墨烯橡胶材料电容大几个数量级。使用此种介电材料制备的柔性传感器,不仅能耗低,而且具有较高的电容量,能够有效提升传感器的抗干扰能力。
具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚了解本发明的技术手段,并可依照说明书的内容予以实施,下面结合具体实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
具体实施例1
组分原料为:固含量为60wt.%的天然胶乳干基为100份,普通氧化锌为2份,促进剂ZDMC为1.5份,硫磺为1.5份,常规石墨烯粉末为3份、防老化剂4030为1份,月桂醇硫酸钠1份。
制备方法:按上述组分原料用量称取各组分原料,然后将月桂醇硫酸钠加入到水中搅拌15min进行充分溶解后,再加入普通氧化锌、促进剂ZDMC、硫磺、常规石墨烯粉末和防老化剂4030进行初步搅拌分散成浆料后,将该浆料通入研磨机中在常温下研磨分散5h,形成稳定均一的水分散体;将所得水分散体加入天然胶乳中,并于常温下搅拌60min形成胶乳混合液;将所得胶乳混合液倒入平板模具中,然后开启超声波和微波共同作用进行烘干和硫化,其中微波为频率300MHz-3000GHz的电磁波,超声波为频率2MHz-300MHz的电磁波,烘干和硫化温度为110℃,且时间为1h后进行脱模,得到柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料。在该材料表面涂覆导电电极和保护层后,经过裁切加工得到电容型柔性传感器。
具体实施例2
组分原料为:固含量为60wt.%的天然胶乳干基为100份,氯化亚锡为3.0份,促进剂ZDMC为3.0份,硫磺为2.5份,多层石墨烯为5.0份、防老化剂TPPD为2.0份,二乙醇酰胺硬脂酸甘油单酯2份。
制备方法:按上述组分原料用量称取各组分原料,然后将二乙醇酰胺硬脂酸甘油单酯加入到水中搅拌15min进行充分溶解后,再加入氯化亚锡、促进剂ZDMC、硫磺、多层石墨烯和防老化剂TPPD进行初步搅拌分散成浆料后,将该浆料通入研磨机中在常温下研磨分散5h,形成稳定均一的水分散体;将所得水分散体加入天然胶乳中,并于常温下搅拌60min形成胶乳混合液;将所得胶乳混合液倒入平板模具中,然后开启超声波和微波共同作用进行烘干和硫化,其中微波为频率300MHz-3000GHz的电磁波,超声波为频率2MHz-300MHz的电磁波,烘干和硫化温度为120℃,且时间为2h后进行脱模,其厚度与具体实施例1一致,得到柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料。在该材料表面涂覆导电电极和保护层后,经过裁切加工得到电容型柔性传感器。
具体实施例3
组分原料为:固含量为60wt.%的天然胶乳干基为100份,碳酸锌为3.5份,促进剂ZDMC为2.0份,硫磺为2.0份,氧化还原石墨烯为4.5份、防老化剂7PPD为1.5份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3.0份。
制备方法:按上述组分原料用量称取各组分原料,然后将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚加入到水中搅拌15min进行充分溶解后,再加入碳酸锌、促进剂ZDMC、硫磺、氧化还原石墨烯和防老化剂7PPD进行初步搅拌分散成浆料后,将该浆料通入研磨机中在常温下研磨分散6h,形成稳定均一的水分散体;将所得水分散体加入天然胶乳中,并于常温下搅拌60min形成胶乳混合液;将所得胶乳混合液倒入平板模具中,然后开启超声波和微波共同作用进行烘干和硫化,其中微波为频率300MHz-3000GHz的电磁波,超声波为频率2MHz-300MHz的电磁波,烘干和硫化温度为130℃,且时间为1.5h后进行脱模,其厚度与具体实施例1一致,得到柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料。在该材料表面涂覆导电电极和保护层后,经过裁切加工得到电容型柔性传感器。
对比例1
组分原料为:天然胶乳干基为100份,普通氧化锌为2份,促进剂ZDMC为1.5份,硫磺为1.5份,常规石墨烯粉末为3份、防老化剂4030为1份,月桂醇硫酸钠1份。
制备方法:按上述组分原料用量称取各组分原料,然后将普通氧化锌、促进剂ZDMC、硫磺、常规石墨烯粉末、防老化剂和月桂醇硫酸钠加入作为橡胶基体的天然胶乳干基中进行密炼分散,然后加热硫化,得到石墨烯复合材料。将该石墨烯复合材料制备形成与具体实施例1同等厚度的片材后,在该片材表面涂覆导电电极和保护层,再经过裁切加工得到电容型柔性传感器。
将上述具体实施例1-3制备所得的柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料和对比例1所示材料,按照表1中所示测试项目和测试标准进行性能测试,测试结果参见表1所示。

Claims (10)
1.一种柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料,其特征在于,由主要包括下述按重量份计的各组分原料在微波和超声波的共同作用下进行烘干和固化成型而成:橡胶胶乳干基100份、活化剂0.1-30份,促进剂0.1-10份,硫磺0.1-10份,石墨烯0.1-90份,防老化剂0.1-10份,表面活性剂0.1-10份;其中所述石墨烯为常规石墨烯粉末、氧化石墨烯、氧化还原石墨烯、单层石墨烯和多层石墨烯中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料,其特征在于,所述橡胶胶乳为天然橡胶胶乳、人工聚合形成的胶乳和通过物理溶解分散方法制备形成的人造胶乳中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料,其特征在于,所述人工聚合形成的胶乳包括丁苯橡胶乳液、丁腈橡胶乳液、氯丁橡胶乳液、丁二烯胶乳、聚硫胶乳、氟橡胶胶乳、硅橡胶胶乳、均聚醋酸乙烯酯胶乳、共聚醋酸乙烯酯胶乳、丙烯酸酯乳液、聚氯乙烯胶乳、偏氯乙烯胶乳和苯丙胶乳中的至少一种;所述通过物理溶解分散方法制备形成的人造胶乳包括丁基胶乳、聚异戊二烯胶乳、乙丙胶乳、聚氨酯胶乳、聚乙烯胶乳和环氧树脂胶乳中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料,其特征在于,所述活化剂为普通氧化锌、活性氧化锌、碳酸锌、氧化镁、氧化钙、一氧化铅、四氧化铅、碳酸镁、碱式碳酸铅、碱式硅酸铝、氯化亚锡、氧化镉、氢氧化钙、硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸铅、油酸、月桂酸、三乙醇胺、二甘醇、聚对二亚硝基苯、四氯苯醌和三甲基丙烯酸三羟甲基丙烷酯中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料,其特征在于,所述促进剂为二硫代甲酸盐类促进剂、黄原酸类促进剂、秋兰姆类促进剂、噻唑类促进剂、次磺酰胺类促进剂、胍类促进剂、硫脲类促进剂、醛胺类促进剂和胺类促进剂中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料,其特征在于,所述防老化剂为防老剂4010、防老剂A、防老剂D、防老剂IPPD、防老剂6PPD、防老剂7PPD、防老剂DTPD、防老剂H、防老剂DNP、防老剂TPPD、防老剂OPPD、防老剂4030和防老剂8PPD中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、月桂醇硫酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、平平加0、二乙醇酰胺、硬脂酸甘油单酯、木质素磺酸盐、重烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、烷基聚醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料,其特征在于,所述微波为频率300MHz-3000GHz的电磁波;且所述超声波为频率2MHz-300MHz的电磁波。
9.一种权利要求1至8中任一权利要求所述柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料的制备方法,其特征在于,主要包括下述步骤:
S1,称取各组分原料,然后将表面活性剂加入到水中充分搅拌溶解后,再加入活化剂、促进剂、硫磺、石墨烯和防老化剂进行初步搅拌分散成浆料后,将该浆料通入研磨机或超声分散机中分散0.5-24h,形成稳定均一的水分散体;
S2,将步骤S1中所得水分散体加入橡胶胶乳中,并于常温下搅拌15-60min形成胶乳混合液;
S3,将步骤S2中所得胶乳混合液采用喷印、刷涂、版辊印刷或机械涂覆方式得到湿膜,然后采用超声波和微波共同作用进行烘干和硫化,形成所述柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料。
10.根据权利要求9所述的柔性传感器用石墨烯介电材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述微波为频率300MHz-3000GHz的电磁波,所述超声波为频率2MHz-300MHz的电磁波。
