Abstract
An automatic cleaning device and process for stainless steel cups, wherein a brushing mechanism and a spraying and water-washing mechanism are arranged on a platform-type desktop of a rack. The scrubbing frame is provided with a cylindrical sleeve brush and a cylindrical roller brush which are respectively driven by a waterproof motor and a cylinder. The spraying and washing mechanism is provided with a spraying head, the spraying head is installed on a piston frame of the cylinder, the platform type table top is provided with a plurality of hole-shaped positioning stations, and the platform type table top is driven by a speed regulating motor through an intermittent divider. The bottom of the platform type platform desktop is provided with a water chute. The electric appliance control system is connected with the waterproof motor, the cylinder, the speed regulating motor and the spray water pump circuit.
