Abstract
鼓型钢丝绳减震器，具有均由环形圈内板和外板构成的上夹板、下夹板，以及被内、外板夹持在上夹板与下夹板上的钢丝绳，上夹板与下夹板上均设有可使内、外板夹紧钢丝绳的钢箍。本发明具有三向刚度，能同时隔离三向的振动与冲击，具有较好的防冲效果及优良的隔震效果。可广泛应用于随轻重型载荷的机械产品的减震。
Description
所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种减震器，用于军工、核武器装置、导弹运输及各类机械防震、防冲，特别是用于对较小载荷如工矿灯具等的减震的鼓型钢丝绳减震器。
背景技术
公告号为CN2246841Y、名称为“钢丝绳螺旋弹簧减震器”的中国专利，公开了一种条状的钢丝绳减震器，其上、下夹板均为条状，此种减震器一般用于较大载荷的减震，对较小载荷如工矿灯具等的减震效果则不理想。
发明目的
本发明的目的是设计一种既适用较大，又适用较小载荷减震且减震、防冲效果好的鼓型钢丝绳减震器。
实现本发明目的的方案如下：鼓型钢丝绳减震器，具有均由内板和外板构成的上夹板、下夹板，以及被内、外板夹持在上夹板与下夹板上的钢丝绳，内、外板的对应位置均开有槽，合并后与钢丝绳的横截面大小相适应，上夹板与下夹板为环形圈，上夹板与下夹板上均设有可使内、外板夹紧钢丝绳的钢箍，上、下夹板环形圈直径是其纵向尺寸的4倍。
进一步的，所述的上夹板和或下夹板上开有固定孔。
更进一步的，所述的上夹板与下夹板为环形不锈钢圈，所述的钢丝绳为不锈钢钢丝绳。
再进一步的，所述将钢丝绳夹紧是在内、外板上采用螺钉固定钢丝绳。
依据上述方案的鼓型钢丝绳减震器，是将一个横放的螺旋弹簧圈起来，并弄到足够小，小到使这样的环形圈套固定弹簧上下侧边后，可以具有三向刚度，能同时隔离三向的振动与冲击，具有较好的防冲效果及优良的隔离效果。可广泛应用于各类随轻重型载荷的机械产品的减震。

具体实施方式
由环形不锈钢圈内板1和外板2构成的环形上夹板3、下夹板4，不锈钢钢丝绳5被内、外板夹持在上夹板3与下夹板4对应的端面开的槽6内，上、下夹板环形圈直径是其纵向尺寸的4倍，上夹板3和下夹板4上开有固定孔7用于在所使用的机械上固定减震器，套在上夹板3与下夹板4上的钢箍8可使内、外板夹紧钢丝绳。
当发明中的钢丝绳较粗，使用钢箍不足以使内、外板夹紧钢丝绳时，则可采用将内、外板用螺钉紧固以夹紧钢丝绳。
Claims (4)
1、鼓型钢丝绳减震器，具有均由内板和外板构成的上夹板、下夹板，以及被内、外板夹持在上夹板与下夹板上的钢丝绳，内、外板的对应位置均开有槽，合并后与钢丝绳的横截面大小相适应，其特征是：上夹板与下夹板为环形圈，上夹板与下夹板上均设有可使内、外板夹紧钢丝绳的钢箍，上、下夹板环形圈直径是其纵向尺寸的4倍。
2、按照权利要求1所述的鼓型钢丝绳减震器，其特征是：所述的上夹板和或下夹板上开有固定孔。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的鼓型钢丝绳减震器，其特征是：所述的上夹板与下夹板为环形不锈钢圈，所述的钢丝绳为不锈钢钢丝绳。
4、按照权利要求1所述的鼓型钢丝绳减震器，其特征是：所述将钢丝绳夹紧是在内、外板上采用螺钉固定钢丝绳。
