本发明涉及风机技术领域,尤其涉及一种电机一体式风机,包括风筒、进风口、叶轮、电机、导叶和电机机壳,所述风筒、导叶和电机机壳连接为一体结构,所述电机的驱动部分安装于所述电机机壳内,电机的轴伸端与叶轮连接,所述叶轮的前盖板最大直径处设置有与风筒连接的挡板,所述挡板的前侧设置进风口。本发明整体结构更加紧凑,重量更轻,运行更加合理,耗能更低,效率更高。

技术领域
本发明涉及风机技术领域,尤其涉及一种结构紧凑、高效、低噪、低耗、轻重量的电机一体式风机。
背景技术
风机的常规设计是将电机和风机部件分开设计,组装在一起。其中,电机的发热问题通常有两种处理方案:其一,电机壳内自带风扇散热;其二,预留风量、预设风道给带散热筋电机散热;两者都会增加风机整机能耗、加大尺寸、增加重量,要达到结构紧凑、高效、低噪、低耗、轻重量的设计要求难度较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有风机在散热和提高效率方面的存在的不足和缺陷,提供一种在改善电机散热的同时,使其整体结构更加紧凑,重量更轻,运行更加合理,耗能更低,效率更高的电机一体式风机。
为了达到以上目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种电机一体式风机,包括风筒、进风口、叶轮、电机、导叶和电机机壳,所述风筒、导叶和电机机壳连接为一体结构,每相邻两个导叶之间构成一个流道,所述导叶设置于风筒和电机机壳之间的夹层中作为电机的散热筋和支撑安装架;所述电机的驱动部分安装于所述电机机壳内,电机的轴伸端与叶轮连接,所述叶轮的前盖板最大直径处设置有与风筒连接的挡板,所述挡板的前侧设置进风口。
进一步地,所述挡板的高度限定为以叶轮为参考,径向间隙距离为2~3mm。
进一步地,所述挡板的角度设置为与筒壁垂直或是与叶轮前盖板的倾角一致。
进一步地,所述风筒的端部设置有安装法兰。
进一步地,所述风筒的前端设置有进风口整流结构及进风口连接法兰。
进一步地,所述导叶为空间导叶、径向导叶、流道式导叶。
有益效果:本发明进风口配合整流,挡板能够有效减少流道紊流,阻止气流大量进出进风口外壁与叶轮前盖板外壁之间的区域,亦可有效防止进入该区域的风直接沿着叶轮与进风口搭接间隙穿出发生泄漏,从而提高风机的效率;经叶轮之后的风大量地从导叶和电机壳体围成的流道中穿过,同时带走电机壳体散发的热量,由于风量大,且直接贴着电机壳体而过,大大提高了散热效果。
由于本发明中风筒、导叶和电机机壳连接为一体结构,电机的驱动部分直接安装固定于所述电机机壳内,电机不需再另外设置散热筋和电机安装座,使风机的整体更加紧凑,结构更加简单,重量更轻,加工制造方便,加工成本低、安装维修方便。
导叶既构成了风机的出风通道,又充当了电机的散热筋,同时还是连接风筒和电机的支撑架,使得电机的安装空间更大,风机整体的空间利用率更高。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明作进一步说明。
图1出示了一种电机一体式风机,包括风筒7、进风口1、叶轮3、电机2、导叶8和电机机壳10,所述风筒7、导叶8和电机机壳10连接为一体结构,所述电机2的驱动部分安装于所述电机机壳10内,电机2的轴伸端与叶轮3连接,叶轮3通过轴盘4及其连接件5(包括轴头垫、防松垫片、平垫片、弹簧垫片、螺母和螺栓)连接安装,这对于现有技术人员来说很容易实现,在此不再多做赘述,所述叶轮3的前盖板最大直径处设置有与风筒7连接的挡板6,所述挡板6的前侧设置进风口1。
每相邻两个导叶8之间构成一个流道,所述导叶8设置于风筒7和电机机壳10之间的夹层中作为电机的散热筋和支撑安装架。
所述挡板6的高度限定为以叶轮3为参考,径向间隙距离为2~3mm;挡板6可以焊接连接风筒7,可以与叶轮3前盖板平齐,也可以设置于叶轮3前侧2~3mm。
所述挡板6的角度设置为与风筒7筒壁垂直或是与叶轮3前盖板的倾角一致。
所述风筒7的端部设置有安装法兰11,可根据应用场合调整位置及形状。
所述风筒7的前端设置有进风口1整流结构及进风口连接法兰9,进风口1整流结构可根据实际需要安装调整。当然,不设置进风口1整流结构亦可,进风口1处风筒7延伸段也可以起到整流的作用,达到基本的整流效果。
所述导叶8可以为空间导叶、径向导叶、流道式导叶。
有益效果:本发明进风口1配合整流,挡板6能够有效减少流道紊流,阻止气流大量进出进风口1外壁与叶轮3前盖板外壁之间的区域,亦可有效防止进入该区域的风直接沿着叶轮3与进风口1的搭接间隙穿出发生泄漏,从而提高风机的效率;经叶轮3之后的风大量地从导叶8和电机壳体围成的流道中穿过,同时带走电机壳体散发的热量,由于风量大,且直接贴着电机壳体而过,大大提高了散热效果。
由于本发明中风筒7、导叶8和电机机壳10连接为一体结构,电机2的驱动部分直接安装固定于所述电机机壳10内,电机2不需再另外设置散热筋和电机2安装座,使风机的整体更加紧凑,结构更加简单,重量更轻,加工制造方便,加工成本低、安装维修方便。
导叶8既构成了风机的出风通道,又充当了电机2的散热筋,同时还是连接风筒7和电机2的支撑架,使得电机2的安装空间更大,风机整体的空间利用率更高。
综上所述,本发明整体结构更加紧凑,重量更轻,运行更加合理,耗能更低,效率更高。

1.一种电机一体式风机,包括风筒(7)、进风口(1)、叶轮(3)、电机(2)、导叶(8)和电机机壳(10),其特征在于,所述风筒(7)、导叶(8)和电机机壳(10)连接为一体结构,每相邻两个导叶(8)之间构成一个流道,所述导叶(8)设置于风筒(7)和电机机壳(10)之间的夹层中作为电机(2)的散热筋和支撑安装架;所述电机(2)的驱动部分安装于所述电机机壳(10)内,电机(2)的轴伸端与叶轮(3)连接,所述叶轮(3)的前盖板最大直径处设置有与风筒(7)连接的挡板(6),所述挡板(6)的前侧设置进风口(1)。
2.如权利要求1所述的电机一体式风机,其特征在于,所述挡板(6)的高度限定为以叶轮(3)为参考,径向间隙距离为2~3mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的电机一体式风机,其特征在于,所述挡板(6)的角度设置为与筒壁垂直或是与叶轮(3)前盖板的倾角一致。
4.如权利要求1所述的电机一体式风机,其特征在于,所述风筒(7)的端部设置有安装法兰(11)。
5.如权利要求1所述的电机一体式风机,其特征在于,所述风筒(7)的前端设置有进风口连接法兰(9)。
