Abstract
The application provides a four-color ink for a water-based gravure cigarette packet and a preparation method thereof, and the four-color ink comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60-75 parts of modified acrylic emulsion, 3-8 parts of propylene glycol butyl ether, 10-15 parts of pigment, 10-20 parts of water, 2-6 parts of water-based curing agent, 0.5-1 part of water-based dispersant, 3-5 parts of pH stabilizer and 1.5-3.5 parts of auxiliary agent.

The traditional four-color ink for the gravure cigarette packet is solvent-based, and although the printed finished product has a good effect, the content of volatile matters is high, the pollution is large, while the four-color ink for the water-based gravure cigarette packet is difficult to popularize all the time, and the main problems are that the printing drying speed and the good printing effect are difficult to solve.
Therefore, further improvement of the existing four-color ink for water-based gravure cigarette packets is needed.
