Description

Printing ink for colorful tipping paper and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tipping paper printing ink, in particular to ink for colorful tipping paper and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the tipping paper is developed rapidly in China, and has great development and innovation in functions and purposes. The application of the tipping paper in the cigarette factory is not limited to packaging, the decoration is emphasized, and the printing aesthetic property of the tipping paper is required. The tipping paper is developed from the original single-color variety to multi-color products, and the proportion of the multi-color products is increased year by year.
In the prior art, tipping paper with various colors is produced by adding pigments or dyes into printing ink and printing by a printer. Because of chemicals such as ink, pigment, organic solvent and the like adopted in the printing process of the tipping paper, the raw materials have certain toxicity and influence on human health. The tipping paper is in direct contact with smokers, so the printing ink and the coating of the tipping paper are nontoxic and meet the food sanitation requirement, and the environment-friendly water-based ink for tipping paper printing becomes the development direction of the industry.
At present, the water-based ink for the tipping paper printing uses a large amount of water as a solvent, so that the tipping paper becomes thin, the strength of the paper is reduced, the paper is not wear-resistant, and the problems of non-uniform color and unstable fixation of colored ink are easily caused during printing.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a tipping paper color ink which can enhance the strength of paper, has uniform printing color and is stable in fixation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the ink for the colorful tipping paper and the preparation method thereof aiming at the defects in the prior art, and solves the problems that the strength of the paper is reduced, the paper is not wear-resistant, the printing color is not uniform, and the fixation is poor by the existing colorful ink for the tipping paper.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the printing ink for the colorful tipping paper is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of solid pigment, 40-50 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 42-48 parts of deionized water, 5-8 parts of diluent, 1-2 parts of defoaming agent, 1-1.5 parts of dispersing agent and 1-3 parts of color fixing agent.
The resin is water-based acrylic resin, and has good solubility in water and good wettability to pigment; deionized water is used as a solvent, so that the paint is non-toxic and harmless and does not pollute the environment; in order to solve the problem that the strength of paper is reduced by water-based ink, the invention adds a dispersant capable of enhancing the strength of paper and then matches with a color fixing agent, so that the prepared ink has stronger tinting strength and the printed color is more uniform and stable.
In a further technical scheme, the ink comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15 parts of solid pigment, 45 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 46 parts of deionized water, 7 parts of diluent, 1.5 parts of defoaming agent, 1.2 parts of dispersing agent and 2 parts of color fixing agent.
In a further technical scheme, the color fixing agent is modified nano titanium dioxide, and the particle size of the modified nano titanium dioxide is 20-25 nm.
The modified nano titanium dioxide is used as the color fixing agent, the nano titanium dioxide greatly helps color fixing and sun screening of the ink, and the nano titanium dioxide modified by the coupling agent of ethanol and silicon can be directly polymerized with acrylic acid, so that the tinting strength of the ink is further enhanced.
In a further technical scheme, the dispersing agent is zwitterionic polyacrylamide.
The dispersing agent can reduce the interfacial tension between liquid and solid, enhance the lyophilic property of the pigment and improve the mechanical grinding efficiency, and the dispersing agent is adsorbed on the surface of the pigment to form a charge effect or a steric hindrance effect, so that the pigment is prevented from flocculating and settling, and the ink is in a stable state; the amphoteric ion polyacrylamide is used as a dispersing agent, is non-toxic and harmless, the anionic group of the amphoteric ion polyacrylamide is beneficial to removing cations adsorbed to fibers by an interference assistant in a system, the charge of the amphoteric ion polyacrylamide is basically balanced, the system can be controlled to keep a balanced state under neutral and alkaline conditions, over-cationization is not easy to occur, the dispersing effect is better, and the stability of the ink is enhanced.
In a further technical scheme, the defoaming agent is a fatty alcohol defoaming agent.
The invention adopts the fatty alcohol defoaming agent, the defoaming agent does not contain silicon, does not cause silicon residue, can quickly permeate into the liquid and quickly diffuse, and can stably defoam under the conditions of high temperature and strong alkali.
In a further embodiment, the solid pigment includes, but is not limited to, iron oxide red, iron yellow, carbon black, phthalocyanine blue, and phthalocyanine green.
In a further technical scheme, the diluent is a mixture of edible ethanol and deionized water, and the mass ratio of the edible ethanol to the deionized water in the mixture is 0.2-0.25: 1.
the thinner in the invention adopts a mixture of a small amount of edible ethanol and deionized water, and the fluidity of the coating can be controlled by adding the thinner, so that the printing ink has better leveling property and is beneficial to printing.
In a further technical scheme, the ink is prepared according to the following method:
s1: adding the nano titanium dioxide, the edible ethanol, the deionized water and the coupling agent with silicon in a mass ratio of 1: 20-25: 10-15: 1 into a reactor for mixing, and refluxing in a water bath at 50-55 ℃ for 6-10 hours; cooling to room temperature, and centrifugally separating and washing to obtain modified nano titanium dioxide;
s2: putting the solid pigment, the water-based acrylic resin, the deionized water, the defoaming agent, the dispersing agent and the diluent into a stirrer in parts by weight for uniform mixing;
s3: adding the modified nano titanium dioxide into a stirrer according to the parts by weight, and uniformly mixing;
s3: stirring the mixture for 1-1.5 h at the rotating speed of 800 r/min;
s4: and pouring the mixture into a sand mill after stirring is finished, grinding and dispersing, and stopping grinding when the particle size is below 1.5 microns to obtain the color ink.
In a further technical scheme, the printing inks of different colors are alternately printed on the base paper of the tipping paper to obtain the colorful tipping paper.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the printing ink for the colorful tipping paper is prepared from non-toxic and harmless raw materials, and has no influence on the environment and human bodies; the strength of the paper can be enhanced and the problems of thinning of the tipping paper and reduction of the strength of the paper caused by the water-based ink can be solved by adding the zwitterionic polyacrylamide; the color fixation and sun-screening strength of the printing ink can be enhanced by adding the modified nano titanium dioxide; the raw materials of the invention are mutually synergistic in proper proportion, so that the ink prepared by the invention has bright color, uniform color, good leveling property, contribution to printing and coloring and lasting fixation force.
