Claims (9)
1. A printing process of a green environment-friendly color box is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, crushing treatment: pulverizing bamboo into powder;
s2, pulping: mixing and stirring the powder in the S1 and water according to the weight ratio of 8:1 to prepare slurry;
s3, filtering: filtering, screening and removing coarse fibers and impurities;
s4, addition of an auxiliary agent: according to the weight percentage: 80-85% of slurry, 1-5% of plasticizer, 1-4% of viscosity regulator, 2-5% of tackifier, 3-5% of antioxidant, 2-4% of color fixing agent, 0.5-1% of pigment, 1.5-3.5% of heat stabilizer and 0.5-1.0% of lubricant are mixed and stirred;
s5, mixing: uniformly stirring the mixture obtained in the step S4 to form a pre-forming liquid;
s6, molding: injecting the preforming liquid in the S5 into carton forming equipment to be pressed into a plane paperboard;
s7, drying: feeding the formed plane paper board into a dryer for drying;
s8, printing: placing the dried plane paper board on printing equipment for printing color ink, and then curing the printed color ink by using a curing mechanism to process patterns;
s9, thermal softening: heating and softening the printed flat paperboard of S8;
s10, edge pressing: putting the softened plane paperboard into a forming device to be pressed into a wavy corrugated paperboard;
s11, drying: heating and drying the corrugated paperboard;
s12, film coating treatment: heating the surface of the material film to be coated by a heating device to soften the material film, coating the surface of the corrugated paperboard dried in the step S11 with a water-based adhesive by a spraying device, and wrapping the surface of the corrugated paperboard by the softened material film;
s13, pressure maintaining: the corrugated paperboard of S12 is placed in a forming device to be pressed, attached and heated and dried, and then the film covering treatment can be completed;
s14, folding and forming: and folding and forming the corrugated paperboard to obtain the color box.
2. The printing process of the green environment-friendly color box according to claim 1, characterized in that: the heat stabilizer is one of zinc stearate, magnesium stearate and calcium stearate, and the antioxidant is one of hindered phenol main antioxidant, thioester auxiliary antioxidant and hindered amine auxiliary antioxidant.
3. The printing process of the green environment-friendly color box according to claim 1, characterized in that: in step S7, the color fixing treatment is carried out at the temperature of 125-135 ℃ for 30-40 min.
4. The printing process of the green environment-friendly color box according to claim 1, characterized in that: the color fixing agent is one of dicyandiamide-formaldehyde polycondensate and polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride.
5. The printing process of the green environment-friendly color box according to claim 1, characterized in that: and standing for more than 20h between the printing of the step S8 and the thermal softening of the step S9.
6. The printing process of the green environment-friendly color box according to claim 1, characterized in that: step S9 is softened by hot steam spraying, so that the surface temperature of the plane paperboard is kept between 66 ℃ and 77 ℃.

The printing process of the green environment-friendly color box according to claim 1, characterized in that: the viscosity regulator is one of alkane paraffin, microcrystalline paraffin or synthetic wax, the plasticizer is one of dioctyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate, and the tackifier is rosin resin or terpene resin.
8. The printing process of the green environment-friendly color box according to claim 1, characterized in that: the printed color ink is cured using a UV lamp set in S8.
9. The printing process of the green environment-friendly color box according to claim 1, characterized in that: and S11, heating and drying for more than 15min at the temperature of 120-130 ℃, and placing the corrugated board in a ventilated drying place for more than 2 hours to obtain the high-strength corrugated board.
