Abstract

Further, the butyl rubber powder is commercially available butyl rubber powder with the content of over 88 percent and the fineness of 160-200 meshes; the over-heavy calcium powder is white powder with the fineness of more than 200 meshes.
Further, the modified rubber is styrene butadiene rubber, and the KT resin is maleic anhydride grafted PE, which are all commercially available products.
On the other hand, the invention provides a preparation method of the energy-saving waterproof decorative adhesive plate, which comprises the following steps:
1) stirring and heating asphalt and aromatic oil to 155-165 ℃;
2) adding the SIS into the mixture obtained in the step 1) while stirring, heating to 170 ℃, and keeping the temperature until the SIS is completely melted;
3) adding the modified rubber, the butyl rubber powder and the KT resin into the mixture obtained in the step 2) in proportion while stirring until the modified rubber, the butyl rubber powder and the KT resin are uniformly dispersed;
4) cooling the mixture obtained in the step 3) to 150-160 ℃, and adding the tackifying resin and the polyacrylamide into the mixture obtained in the step 3) while stirring according to a certain proportion until the tackifying resin and the polyacrylamide are completely melted and uniformly dispersed;
5) cooling the mixture obtained in the step 4) to 130-140 ℃, and adding the heavy calcium powder into the mixture obtained in the step 4) while stirring according to a proportion until the mixture is uniformly dispersed;
6) keeping the temperature of the mixture prepared in the step 5) at 130-140 ℃ to form a bonding material with proper thickness.
7) Coating the bonding material prepared in the step 6) on a PTFE polymer sheet by production equipment to produce the energy-saving waterproof decorative bonding boards with different specifications.
The adhesive plate is used for waterproof decoration engineering of decorating roofs or wall erecting places.
The application method of the adhesive plate is that the overlapping edges are reserved for bonding in the cold bonding construction of the roof or the vertical wall, and the integral appearance is kept as a whole.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the waterproof material meets various performance indexes required by GB23441-2009 and JC/T1075-2008 standards, simultaneously improves the problems of low heat resistance and unsuitability for leakage use of the traditional waterproof material, and is very suitable for waterproof decoration engineering of roofs or vertical wall places.

adding 6 parts of SIS into the mixture, heating to 170 ℃, and stirring at constant temperature until the SIS is completely melted for 90 min;
adding 10 parts of modified rubber, 5 parts of butyl rubber powder and 2.5 parts of KT resin into the mixture stirred at the constant temperature, and uniformly dispersing for 60 min;
cooling the mixture to 160 ℃, and adding 14 parts of tackifying resin until the terpene resin is melted and uniformly dispersed in the mixture for 30 min;
cooling the mixture to 140 ℃, adding 18 parts of heavy calcium carbonate powder, and stirring until the heavy calcium carbonate powder is uniformly dispersed in the mixture for 60 min;
and (3) keeping the prepared mixture at the constant temperature of 140 ℃ to form a bonding material with proper thickness, and coating the bonding material on the PTFE high polymer material by production equipment to produce the energy-saving waterproof decorative adhesive plate.
The energy-saving waterproof decorative adhesive plate provided by the example 5 is applied to the field of waterproof decorative engineering of roofs or other wall erecting places, and waterproof decorative adhesive plates with different thicknesses, lengths, widths and other specifications can be produced according to actual needs.

The embodiment provides an energy-saving waterproof decorative adhesive plate, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: no. 90 and 40 parts of road petroleum asphalt, 10 parts of aromatic oil, 10 parts of tackifying resin, 7 parts of SIS, 5 parts of modified rubber, 2 parts of KT resin, 3 parts of butyl rubber powder and 20 parts of heavy calcium powder. The tackifying resin in this example is a terpene resin.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
weighing 40 parts of No. 70 asphalt and 10 parts of aromatic oil, stirring and heating to 165 ℃; in the embodiment, 40kg of No. 70 asphalt is added, and 10kg of aromatic oil is added;
adding 7 parts of SIS into the mixture, heating to 170 ℃, and stirring at constant temperature until the SIS is completely melted for 90 min;
adding 5 parts of modified rubber, 3 parts of butyl rubber powder and 2 parts of KT resin into the mixture stirred at the constant temperature, and uniformly dispersing for 60 min;
cooling the mixture to 160 ℃, and adding 10 parts of tackifying resin until the terpene resin is melted and uniformly dispersed in the mixture for about 30 min;
cooling the mixture to 140 ℃, adding 20 parts of heavy calcium carbonate powder, and stirring until the heavy calcium carbonate powder is uniformly dispersed in the mixture for about 60 min;
and (3) keeping the prepared mixture at the constant temperature of 140 ℃ to form a bonding material with proper thickness, and coating the bonding material on the PTFE high polymer material by production equipment to produce the energy-saving waterproof decorative adhesive plate.
The energy-saving waterproof decorative adhesive plate provided by the example 6 is applied to the field of waterproof decorative engineering of roofs or other vertical wall places, and waterproof decorative adhesive plates with different thicknesses, lengths, widths and other specifications can be produced according to actual needs.
The main detection data of the energy-saving waterproof decorative adhesive plate prepared by the embodiments are shown in table 1:

Claims (5)
1. The preparation method of the energy-saving waterproof decorative adhesive plate comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of asphalt, 10-20 parts of aromatic oil, 10-15 parts of tackifying resin, 5-8 parts of SIS, 5-10 parts of modified rubber, 2-3 parts of KT resin, 3-7 parts of butyl rubber powder and 15-20 parts of heavy calcium carbonate powder; the butyl rubber powder is commercially available butyl rubber powder with the content of more than 88% and the fineness of 160-200 meshes; the heavy calcium powder is white powder with the fineness of more than 200 meshes; the modified rubber is styrene butadiene rubber, and the KT resin is maleic anhydride grafted PE; wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) Stirring and heating the asphalt and the aromatic oil to 155-165 ℃ according to the weight part ratio; 2) Adding the SIS into the mixture obtained in the step 1) while stirring, heating to 170 ℃, and keeping the temperature until the SIS is completely melted; 3) Adding the modified rubber, the butyl rubber powder and the KT resin into the mixture obtained in the step 2) in proportion while stirring until the modified rubber, the butyl rubber powder and the KT resin are uniformly dispersed; 4) Cooling the mixture obtained in the step 3) to 150-160 ℃, adding tackifying resin into the mixture obtained in the step 3) while stirring according to a proportion until the tackifying resin is completely melted and uniformly dispersed; 5) Cooling the mixture obtained in the step 4) to 130-140 ℃, and adding the heavy calcium powder into the mixture obtained in the step 4) while stirring according to a proportion until the mixture is uniformly dispersed; 6) Keeping the temperature of the mixture prepared in the step 5) at 130-140 ℃ to form a bonding material with proper thickness, and coating the bonding material on PTFE polymer sheets by production equipment to produce energy-saving waterproof decorative bonding plates with different specifications.
2. The method for preparing an energy-saving waterproof decorative adhesive plate according to claim 1, wherein the asphalt is road petroleum asphalt with a model number of 90 or 70; the aromatic oil is transparent aromatic oil with pour point of-30 ℃ and flash point of more than 200 ℃.
3. The method for preparing the energy-saving waterproof decorative adhesive plate according to claim 1, wherein the tackifying resin is one or more of C9 resin, terpene resin, rosin resin and coumarone resin; the SIS melt index is 0.1-0.2.
4. Use of the energy-saving waterproof decorative adhesive sheet according to claim 1, for waterproof decorative engineering for decorating roofing or wall-erecting sites.
5. The method for applying the energy-saving waterproof decorative adhesive plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the overlapping edges are reserved for adhesion in cold adhesion construction of a roof or a vertical wall, so as to keep the integral appearance.
