(1) uniformly mixing ammonia water, sodium thiosulfate and salt according to a ratio to obtain the nitre-killing powder, wherein the prepared nitre-killing powder is used within 4 hours;
(2) mixing and stirring quicklime powder, calcite powder, water-insulating powder, colored mineral powder, cotton fiber powder, nitre-killing powder and anti-cracking cured rubber powder for 25min according to the weight percentage to prepare the special putty powder;
(3) after the special putty powder and water are mixed and stirred into a putty paste sample, the putty layer is directly scraped to the wall surface to form 1-4 putty layers, one putty layer is scraped at each wall surface, and another putty layer is scraped at an interval of more than 4 hours.
The putty template scraped out by the prepared special putty powder is tested, and the test results are as follows: 1) the putty template is soaked in water for 3 months, so that the putty template does not fade, crack or foam, and has good waterproof performance; 2) the service life of the ceramic tile is equivalent to that of a ceramic tile, and compared with emulsion paint, the ceramic tile is environment-friendly, free of cracking and peeling and high in ageing resistance; 3) the putty sample plate is kept still for half a year at the temperature of-4 ℃ to 0 ℃, and the putty sample plate does not fade, crack or foam and has good freezing resistance; 4) the putty template and water are mixed and quickly frozen into ice blocks, then the ice blocks are melted off under the condition of room temperature, the obtained putty template does not fade, crack or bubble, and the waterproof and anti-freezing performance of the putty template is good; 5) the fireproof brick has certain fireproof performance, and is not deformed or cracked when being baked for 30min on fire at 100-200 ℃; 6) the wall block made of the ceramic tile is more firmly bonded, does not fall off permanently and crack, and has high environmental index and no formaldehyde; 7) when the air humidity is high, the water in the air can be absorbed, and the humidity is reduced; when the air is dry, the wall can automatically release moisture to moisten the air, and the air is not foamed and cracked.
Comparative example 1:
the invention provides special putty powder which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20wt% of quicklime powder, 50wt% of calcite powder, 10wt% of high-grade cement, 5wt% of colored mineral powder, 5wt% of cotton fiber powder, 5wt% of nitre-killing powder and 5wt% of anti-cracking cured rubber powder;
the nitre killing powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 42 parts of ammonia water, 4 parts of sodium thiosulfate and 0.07 part of salt, wherein the nitre killing powder is used for preventing a putty layer scraped by special putty powder from cracking, bubbling and peeling;
the colored mineral powder is used for adjusting the color of the special putty powder, and is colored mineral powder dyed by a colored pigment or natural colored mineral powder.
The using method of the special putty powder comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing ammonia water, sodium thiosulfate and salt according to a ratio to obtain the nitre-killing powder, wherein the prepared nitre-killing powder is used within 4 hours;
(2) mixing and stirring quicklime powder, calcite powder, high-grade cement, colored mineral powder, cotton fiber powder, nitre-killing powder and anti-cracking cured rubber powder for 25min according to the weight percentage to prepare the special putty powder;
(3) after the special putty powder and water are mixed and stirred into a putty paste sample, the putty layer is directly scraped to the wall surface to form 1-4 putty layers, one putty layer is scraped at each wall surface, and another putty layer is scraped at an interval of more than 4 hours.
The putty template scraped out by the prepared special putty powder is tested, and the test results are as follows: 1) the putty sample plate is soaked in water for 3 months, and the putty sample plate does not fade, foams a little and cracks a little; 2) the service life is 10 years, a small amount of cracks and peeling are generated; 3) the putty sample plate is kept still for half a year at the temperature of-4 ℃ to 0 ℃, and the putty sample plate does not fade, cracks in a small amount and foams in a small amount; 4) mixing the putty template and water, quickly freezing into ice blocks, and then taking out the ice blocks to melt the ice blocks at room temperature, wherein the obtained putty template has the advantages of no fading, no cracking and little foaming; 5) the fireproof brick has certain fireproof performance, and is not deformed or cracked when being baked for 30min on fire at 100-200 ℃; 6) the environmental protection index is high, and no formaldehyde is generated; 7) when the air humidity is high, the water in the air can be absorbed, and the humidity is reduced; when the air is dry, the wall can release moisture automatically to moisten the air.
Comparative example 2:
the invention provides special putty powder which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20wt% of quicklime powder, 50wt% of calcite powder, 10wt% of insulating powder, 5wt% of colored mineral powder, 5wt% of cotton fiber powder, 5wt% of nitre-killing powder and 5wt% of anti-cracking cured rubber powder;
the water-insulating powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of high-grade cement, 5 parts of silicon micropowder and 1.6 parts of silicon carbide, wherein the water-proof powder is characterized by improving the waterproof performance, the ageing resistance and the freezing resistance of the special putty powder;
the nitre killing powder is ammonia water;
the colored mineral powder is used for adjusting the color of the special putty powder, and is colored mineral powder dyed by a colored pigment or natural colored mineral powder.
The using method of the special putty powder comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing and stirring quicklime powder, calcite powder, water-insulating powder, colored mineral powder, cotton fiber powder, ammonia water and anti-crack cured rubber powder for 25min according to the weight percentage to prepare the special putty powder;

According to the experimental observation results of the special putty powder prepared in the embodiments 1-4 and the comparative examples 1-2, the special putty powder disclosed by the invention is added with the absolute water powder, the scraped putty sample plate is excellent in waterproof performance, ageing resistance and frost resistance, the service life of the special putty powder is equivalent to that of a ceramic tile, the special putty powder is environment-friendly compared with emulsion paint, does not crack or peel and is high in ageing resistance, and the putty sample plate is not faded, cracked or foamed when standing for half a year at the temperature of-4-0 ℃; the nitre-killing powder is added, sterilization and degerming are carried out under the dual actions of the nitre-killing powder and the quicklime powder, and meanwhile, the softness and toughness of a putty layer are improved, so that the putty layer scraped by the prepared special putty powder is not easy to crack, foam and peel; the color of the special putty powder can be adjusted by the added colored mineral powder, so that the special putty powder is suitable for different decoration scenes and has wider application range; under the interaction of the three curing agents, the prepared special putty powder has high adhesion to the wall surface and can be used for both inner and outer walls; the wall surface scraped by the prepared special putty powder directly forms a whole, is waterproof and crack-free, is more firmly bonded than a wall block made of ceramic tiles, is permanently free from dropping blocks and cracking, and has high environmental protection index; under the coordination action of quicklime powder, calcite powder, water-insulating powder, colored mineral powder and cotton fiber powder, the special putty powder can absorb moisture in the air and reduce the humidity when the air humidity is high; when the air is dry, the wall can automatically release moisture to moisten the air, and the wall does not foam or crack and has good product performance; has certain fireproof performance, and can be baked for 30min at 100-200 ℃ without deformation and cracking.

Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
Claims (9)
1. The special putty powder is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 19 to 21 weight percent of quicklime powder, 49 to 51 weight percent of calcite powder, 9.5 to 10.5 weight percent of water-insulating powder, 4.5 to 5.5 weight percent of colored mineral powder, 4.5 to 5.5 weight percent of cotton fiber powder, 4.5 to 5.5 weight percent of nitre-killing powder and the balance of anti-cracking cured rubber powder;
the water-insulating powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-85 parts of high-grade cement, 4-6 parts of silicon micro powder and 1.5-1.8 parts of silicon carbide, wherein the water-insulating powder is characterized by improving the waterproof performance, the ageing resistance and the freezing resistance of the special putty powder;
the nitre killing powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-45 parts of ammonia water, 3-5 parts of sodium thiosulfate and 0.06-0.08 part of salt, wherein the nitre killing powder is used for preventing a putty layer scraped by special putty powder from cracking, bubbling and peeling;
the color mineral powder is used for adjusting the color of the special putty powder.
2. The special putty powder as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising, by weight: 20wt% of quicklime powder, 50wt% of calcite powder, 10wt% of insulating powder, 5wt% of colored mineral powder, 5wt% of cotton fiber powder, 5wt% of nitre killing powder and 5wt% of anti-cracking cured rubber powder.

The special putty powder as recited in claim 1 wherein the water-insulating powder is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of high-grade cement, 5 parts of silicon micropowder and 1.6 parts of silicon carbide, wherein the water-proof powder is characterized by improving the waterproof performance, the ageing resistance and the freezing resistance of the special putty powder.
4. The special putty powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nitre-killing powder is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 42 parts of ammonia water, 4 parts of sodium thiosulfate and 0.07 part of salt, wherein the nitre killing powder is used for preventing a putty layer scraped by special putty powder from cracking, bubbling and peeling.
5. The special putty powder as recited in claim 1 wherein the color mineral powder is a color pigment dyed mineral powder or a natural color mineral powder.
6. The use method of special putty powder as claimed in claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing ammonia water, sodium thiosulfate and salt according to a ratio to obtain the nitre killing powder;
(2) mixing and uniformly stirring quicklime powder, calcite powder, water-insulating powder, colored mineral powder, cotton fiber powder, nitre-killing powder and anti-cracking cured rubber powder according to the weight percentage to prepare the special putty powder;
(3) and mixing and stirring the special putty powder and water to form a putty paste sample, and directly scraping the putty paste sample to the wall surface to form a putty layer.
7. The use method of special putty powder as claimed in claim 6 wherein the nitre-killing powder prepared in step (1) is used within 4 hours.
8. The use method of a special putty powder as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the mixing time in step (2) is 20min to 30 min.
9. The using method of special putty powder as claimed in claim 6, wherein the putty layers in step (3) are 1-4 layers, and when one putty layer is scraped on the wall surface every time, another putty layer is scraped at an interval of more than 4 hours.
