step 1: stirring and heating road petroleum asphalt and aromatic oil with certain mass to 175-185 ℃;
step 2: adding activated rubber powder and thermoplastic ethylene propylene diene monomer into the mixed oil obtained in the step (1), heating to 200 ℃ and 220 ℃, and stirring at constant temperature until the activated rubber powder is completely melted to obtain normal viscous liquid;
and step 3: cooling the mixture obtained in the step 2 to 175-185 ℃, adding SBR and SBS into the mixed oil obtained in the step 2 in proportion, and stirring at constant temperature until SBR and SBS are completely melted;
and 4, step 4: cooling the mixture obtained in the step 3 to 160-170 ℃, adding the anticorrosive tackifier and the tackifying resin into the mixture obtained in the step 3 together according to a proportion, and stirring until the mixture is completely melted;
and 5: grinding the mixture obtained in the step 4 by a colloid mill, wherein the flow rate of the colloid mill is as follows: not less than 23m3The grinding temperature is 175-;
step 6: adding the filler into the mixture prepared in the step 5 according to the proportion, and stirring until the filler is uniformly dispersed in the mixture, wherein the stirring temperature is 200 ℃ and 210 ℃, and the stirring time is 90-120 min;

and 8: putting the base material into an oiling tank, controlling the oiling temperature at 175-185 ℃, coating the base material on a polyester base, and controlling the thickness of the coiled material by a pair roller; the thickness value is 3-4 mm;
and step 9: the coiled material is covered with a silicone oil isolating film and an aluminum foil, and the surface of the coiled material is cooled by cooling water with the temperature of 30-40 ℃ to obtain a finished product.
