The embodiment provides an anti-aging asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof roll and a preparation method thereof, wherein the anti-aging asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof roll has the following structure from top to bottom: the heat-resistant material comprises a heat-resistant material anti-sticking layer, a modified asphalt self-adhesive layer, a base layer, a modified asphalt self-adhesive layer and a polyethylene film layer, wherein the thickness of a coiled material is 4.0 mm; the modified asphalt self-adhesive material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 61% of mixed asphalt, 2% of oil-extended SBS, 2% of SAM, 3% of SSBR, 1% of tackifying resin, 2% of nano zinc oxide particles, 1% of organic montmorillonite, 9% of rubber powder and 19% of filler.
The heat-resistant material anti-sticking layer is shale ceramic sand with 30-50 meshes of continuous gradation; the base course of the tire is 320 g/square meter, and the dimensional stability is less than or equal to 5 percent; the mixed asphalt is a mixture of 90# asphalt and 200# asphalt in a ratio of 2.5: 1; the oil-filled SBS is a star-shaped SBS with the oil filling rate of 40 percent; SAM is a linear molecular structure with 33 percent of styrene content; the SSBR is star-structured solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber with the styrene content of 30 percent; the tackifying resin is C5/C9 copolymerized petroleum resin; the anti-aging auxiliary agent is nano zinc oxide particles and organic montmorillonite, and the proportion is 2.4: 1; the rubber powder is 80-mesh tire rubber powder; the filler is heavy calcium carbonate.
The specific preparation method of the anti-aging asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof roll refers to example 1.
The preparation method of the anti-aging asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof coiled material comprises the following steps:
firstly, mixing and modifying the modified asphalt self-adhesive material, wherein the specific mixing and modifying process comprises the following steps: adding mixed asphalt in the formula ratio into a reaction kettle, heating to 140 ℃, and then starting stirring to melt, wherein the stirring frequency is 30-35 HZ; adding the oil-filled SBS, the SAM and the SSBR into the reaction kettle in sequence when the temperature rises to about 170 ℃, wherein the stirring frequency is 45-50 HZ; heating to 175 ℃, adding tackifying resin and rubber powder, continuously stirring, and mixing and modifying for 3h at the temperature; after the polymer is completely melted, slowly adding a filler material, a material and an anti-aging auxiliary agent, keeping the temperature at 175 ℃, stirring for 1.5h, and cooling to 165 ℃ to obtain the modified asphalt self-adhesive material; then the waterproof coiled material is prepared by the processes of pre-dipping the base, covering self-adhesive material and forming by double rollers, laminating and sanding, cooling and flattening, rolling and packaging and the like in sequence.
Comparative example 1
The comparative example provides a common asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof coiled material, which comprises a mullite sand anti-sticking layer, a modified asphalt self-sticking layer, a polyester base layer, a modified asphalt self-sticking layer and a polyethylene film layer, wherein the thickness of the coiled material is 4.0mm, the mullite sand is in 30-50 meshes of continuous gradation, and the modified asphalt self-sticking material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60% of asphalt, 3% of SBS, 3% of butadiene styrene rubber, 2% of tackifying resin, 12% of rubber powder and 20% of filler.
Comparative example 2
The comparative example provides an asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof coiled material which is obtained by replacing 30-50-mesh continuous graded ceramic sand with 30-50-mesh continuous graded mullite sand anti-sticking material in example 1, and is unchanged in other structures and formula compositions.
Performance testing
According to the GB/T23457-2017 standard requirements, part of physical properties of the anti-aging asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof roll provided in the embodiment 1-3 and the part of physical properties of the common asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof roll provided in the comparative example 1 and the comparative example 2 are tested, and the test results are shown in Table 1.

It can be seen from table 1 that the aging-resistant asphalt-based pre-laid waterproof rolls provided in examples 1 to 3 have excellent aging resistance, and after the rolls are subjected to heat treatment, ultraviolet treatment and exposure for 50 days, the peel strength of the lap joint and the peel strength of post-cast concrete are higher than those of the common asphalt-based pre-laid waterproof rolls provided in comparative examples 1 and 2.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention are only examples for clearly illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the specific embodiments of the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention claims should be included in the protection scope of the present invention claims.

the mixed asphalt is a mixture of 90# heavy-traffic asphalt and 200# asphalt blended by soft components, the penetration degree of the mixed asphalt is 120-130, and the ratio of (1.5-2.5) to (1);
the thermoplastic rubber SAM is of a linear molecular structure with the styrene content of 27-33%; the oil-filled SBS is a star-structure SBS with the oil filling rate of 30-36%;
the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber is star-shaped SSBR with the styrene content of 20-30 percent;
the tackifying resin is one or more of C5/C9 copolymerized petroleum resin, terpene resin and rosin resin;
the anti-aging auxiliary agent is nano zinc oxide and organic montmorillonite, and the proportion is (1.6-2.4): 1;
the rubber powder is one or more of 60-80 mesh tire rubber powder and butyl rubber powder; the filler is one or more of calcium carbonate, talcum powder, heavy calcium, light calcium and calcined kaolin;
the heat-resistant material anti-sticking layer comprises 30-50-mesh ceramic sand in continuous gradation.
2. The anti-aging asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base course layer is a polyester tire having a gram weight of more than 300g per square meter and a dimensional change rate of less than 0.5%.

The preparation method of the aging-resistant asphalt-based pre-paved waterproof roll according to claim 1 or 2, which is characterized by sequentially comprising the following steps: mixing and modifying the modified asphalt self-adhesive material, pre-dipping the base, covering the base with a material, molding by a pair roller, covering with a film, sanding, cooling, flattening, rolling and packaging; the mixing modification process of the modified asphalt self-adhesive material specifically comprises the following steps: adding mixed asphalt in a corresponding formula proportion into a reaction kettle, heating to 120-140 ℃, and then starting stirring to melt, wherein the stirring frequency is 30-35 HZ; adding the oil-filled SBS, SAM and SSBR into the reaction kettle in sequence when the temperature rises to about 150-165 ℃, wherein the stirring frequency is 45-50 HZ; heating to 165-175 ℃, adding tackifying resin and rubber powder, continuously stirring, and mixing and modifying for 3-4 h at the temperature; and after the polymer is completely melted, slowly adding the filler and the anti-aging auxiliary agent, keeping the temperature at 170-175 ℃, stirring for 1-1.5 h, and cooling to 160-170 ℃ to obtain the material for molding.
