The modified asphalt waterproof coiled material provided by the invention has the advantages of long service life, good waterproof performance and excellent aging resistance.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material provided by the invention has excellent aging resistance, the performance retention rate is high after 168-hour thermal aging at 80 ℃, the tensile force retention rate is 94% in the longitudinal direction and 95% in the transverse direction, and the elongation retention rate is 99% in the longitudinal direction and 91% in the transverse direction;
(2) the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material provided by the invention has good weather resistance, and can resist low temperature of minus 20 ℃ and high temperature of 50 ℃;
(3) the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material overlap edge provided by the invention has better wettability than other oil products and higher peel strength, and the peel strength of the produced coiled material can be higher

and (III) mixing 35 parts of the master batch A and 30 parts of the master batch B, adding 1 part of petroleum resin and 30 parts of talcum powder, stirring at 160 ℃ for 30min, discharging and forming to obtain the modified asphalt oil product.

and (III) mixing 40 parts of the master batch A and 25 parts of the master batch B, adding 2 parts of petroleum resin and 35 parts of talcum powder, stirring at 160 ℃ for 30min, discharging and forming to obtain the modified asphalt oil product.

(a) adding 63 parts of No. 90 asphalt and 18 parts of No. 200 asphalt into a reaction kettle;
(b) heating to 150 ℃, and adding 16 parts of asphalt powder and 2 parts of SBR;
(c) grinding once after stirring for 1h, wherein the ground rubber material is the masterbatch A;
and (III) mixing 37 parts of the master batch A and 30 parts of the master batch B, adding 1 part of petroleum resin and 30 parts of talcum powder, stirring at 160 ℃ for 30min, discharging and forming to obtain the modified asphalt oil product.
A preparation method of a modified asphalt waterproof coiled material comprises the following steps:

(3) and (3) adding 3 parts of SBR and 15 parts of asphalt rubber powder into the ground rubber material, grinding once again (4), adding 1 part of petroleum resin and 30 parts of talcum powder, and discharging and forming.
The waterproof coiled material produced by the asphalt oil product prepared by the steps comprises the following steps:
(1) placing a PET silicon oil film and a PET-PE composite film on two rollers;
(2) filtering the prepared modified asphalt to the middle of a roller covered with a PET silicon oil film and a PET-PE composite film through a screen;
(3) adjusting the distance between the two rollers;

(6) sampling and measuring the thickness of the cooled coiled material on a production line;
(7) and (6) packaging.
The results of the performance test of the obtained waterproof roll are shown in table 1.

As shown in Table 1, the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material provided by the invention has excellent cold resistance and heat resistance, excellent aging resistance, high peel strength with coiled materials or aluminum plates, and longer service life.

The modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is characterized by comprising an upper surface film, a modified asphalt oil product and a lower surface film; the modified asphalt oil product is arranged between the upper surface film and the lower surface film and comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-40 parts of masterbatch A, 25-30 parts of masterbatch B, 1-2 parts of petroleum resin and 30-35 parts of talcum powder; the upper surface film is a PET silicon oil film; the lower surface film is a PET-PE composite film;
the masterbatch A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-45 parts of 90# asphalt, 40-45 parts of 200# asphalt, 10-15 parts of SBS3411 and 2-3 parts of SBR;
the masterbatch B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-65 parts of 90# asphalt, 15-20 parts of 200# asphalt, 15-20 parts of asphalt powder and 2-3 parts of SBR.
2. The preparation method of the modified asphalt waterproof roll material according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) placing an upper surface film and a lower surface film on two rollers;
