Background
The existing asphalt-based waterproof coiled material comprises a main body membrane surface layer, an asphalt sizing material layer and an anti-sticking coating, wherein the anti-sticking coating is formed by covering a silicone oil isolating membrane and a layer of mineral particle sand on the surface of the asphalt sizing material layer. In the production process of the anti-sticking coating, because mineral particle sand (the particle size is not more than 0.6 mm) is used, dust is easily generated in the production process, so that the environmental pollution is caused, and the health of workers is not facilitated; in addition, the silicone oil barrier film used for the anti-sticking coating needs to be torn off during construction and use so as to facilitate the asphalt-based waterproof coiled material and an action base surface (such as a concrete structure wall surface), but the silicone oil barrier film is difficult to tear off at high temperature in summer, so that the construction difficulty is increased, and the construction period is seriously prolonged.

Coating the rubber material of the asphalt-based rubber material layer on the surface of the membrane surface of the main body, extruding and thickening by a pair of rollers, cooling by a water bed, drying to obtain a coiled material blank, flattening the coiled material blank, spraying the anti-sticking coating liquid coating on the surface of the asphalt-based rubber material layer by using a spray gun, keeping the temperature of the asphalt rubber material layer at 150-180 ℃ during spraying, and drying by using a drying oven at 50-60 ℃ to form the anti-sticking coating to obtain the asphalt-based waterproof coiled material.
The asphalt-based waterproof roll was subjected to a weather resistance test, and the test results are shown in table 3:

Claims (10)
1. The asphalt-based waterproof coiled material is characterized by comprising a main body membrane surface layer, an asphalt sizing material layer and an anti-sticking coating which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, wherein the anti-sticking coating is formed by spraying anti-sticking liquid coating on the asphalt sizing material layer.
2. The asphalt-based waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein said anti-sticking liquid coating comprises emulsion, urethane resin, filler, pigment, adhesive, antioxidant and ultraviolet agent.
3. The asphalt-based waterproofing membrane according to claim 2, wherein said emulsion is an aqueous emulsion; the polymerization monomer of the polyurethane resin is Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) or isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI); the pigment is titanium dioxide or zinc oxide with uvioresistant performance; the filler is one of calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide and magnesium silicate; the adhesive is isocyanate; the antioxidant is a phenolic antioxidant; the anti-ultraviolet agent is a water-based anti-ultraviolet agent.

The asphalt-based waterproofing membrane according to claim 3, wherein the aqueous emulsion is an acrylic emulsion; the polyurethane resin is isophorone diisocyanate; the pigment is titanium dioxide; the filler is calcium carbonate; the antioxidant is an antioxidant 1010; the ultraviolet resistant agent is an ultraviolet resistant agent 770.
5. The asphalt-based waterproofing membrane according to claim 2, wherein said emulsion is an oily emulsion, and said oily emulsion is one selected from the group consisting of acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, and ethyl acetate.
6. The asphalt-based waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein the main body film surface layer is a polyethylene film or the polyethylene terephthalate is a thermoplastic polyester film.
7. The asphalt-based waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein the asphalt mastic layer is formed by mixing asphalt, rubber oil, tackifying resin, SBS thermoplastic elastomer (styrene butadiene styrene block copolymer) and SBR rubber powder.
8. A method for preparing asphalt-based waterproofing membrane according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the steps of:
preparing an asphalt-based sizing material layer, mixing asphalt, rubber oil, tackifying resin, SBS thermoplastic elastomer (styrene butadiene styrene block copolymer) and SBR rubber powder to obtain the asphalt-based sizing material layer;
preparing an anti-sticking coating liquid coating, namely mixing polyurethane resin, filler, pigment, an adhesive, an antioxidant and an ultraviolet light agent to obtain the anti-sticking coating liquid coating;
the method comprises the steps of preparing a coiled material, coating a sizing material of an asphalt-based sizing material layer on the surface of a film facing of a main body, extruding to fix the thickness of the coiled material by a roller, cooling the water bed, drying to obtain a coiled material blank, flattening the coiled material blank, spraying an anti-sticking coating liquid coating on the surface of the asphalt-based sizing material layer, and drying by an oven to form an anti-sticking coating to obtain the asphalt-based waterproof coiled material.
9. The asphalt-based waterproofing membrane according to claim 8, wherein said step of preparing a release coating liquid coating further comprises the steps of:
adding the emulsion and the polyurethane resin into a stirring kettle, adding the pigment and the filler under the stirring state, stirring for no less than 30 minutes, adding the antioxidant and the ultraviolet-resistant agent, stirring for no less than 15 minutes, adding the adhesive agent, and continuously stirring for no less than 30 minutes to obtain the anti-sticking coating liquid coating.
10. The asphalt-based waterproofing membrane according to claim 8, wherein said asphalt-based mastic layer sizing step further comprises the steps of:
s1, preheating asphalt, transferring the asphalt into a reaction kettle through a transfer pump, and heating to 150 ℃ and 160 ℃ to obtain preheated asphalt;
s2, mixing materials for the first time, namely adding a modifier, an SBS thermoplastic elastomer and SBR rubber powder into preheated asphalt, and uniformly stirring at the temperature of 180-190 ℃ to obtain a first mixed material;
s3, grinding, namely grinding the first mixed material to obtain a grinding material;
and S4, mixing for the second time, namely adding the grinding material into a stirring kettle, adding the filler, uniformly stirring at the temperature of 185 ℃ below zero to obtain a modified asphalt mixed sizing material, and cooling the modified asphalt mixed sizing material to a preset temperature to obtain an asphalt-based sizing material layer sizing material.
