s1 preparation of aqueous ink vehicle
S1.1, respectively weighing the following components in parts by weight: the preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) preparing aqueous polyurethane resin, porous graphene, a hydrochloric acid solution, a silane coupling agent and an ethanol aqueous solution;
s1.2, grinding porous graphene, sieving with a 500-mesh sieve, adding into a hydrochloric acid solution, fully stirring at 45 ℃ for 2 hours, filtering and drying to obtain acid-activated porous graphene powder;
s1.3, adding the acid-activated porous graphene powder into an ethanol aqueous solution, fully and uniformly stirring, adding a silane coupling agent, fully stirring for 3 hours at 70 ℃, filtering and drying to obtain modified porous graphene powder;
s1.4, adding the modified porous graphene powder into a certain amount of deionized water to be uniformly dispersed, adding a water-based polyurethane resin, and stirring and mixing to obtain a water-based ink binder;
s2 preparation of environment-friendly water-based ink
S2.1, respectively weighing the following components in parts by weight: water-soluble acrylic resin, pigment, water-based ink binder, dispersant, flatting agent, defoaming agent, antistatic agent, pH regulator, wear-resisting agent and deionized water;
s2.2, except for the pH regulator, uniformly mixing the rest raw materials in the step S2.1 according to the weighed parts, grinding and dispersing at a high speed in a dispersion grinder, and dispersing for 13min at 1400 rpm;
and S2.3, adding a pH regulator to adjust the pH value to be 8-9 after the required fineness is reached, and discharging to prepare the environment-friendly water-based ink.
Comparative example 1:
the difference from example 4 is that there is no aqueous ink vehicle, and the rest is the same as example 4.
Comparative example 2:
the difference from example 4 is that there is no porous graphene, and the rest is the same as example 4.
The environmental-friendly aqueous inks for shopping bag printing obtained in examples 2 to 4 of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 2 and the ordinary aqueous inks were subjected to the performance tests, and the test results are shown in table 1.
The ink tinting strength of the water-based ink is detected by GB/T14624.2-2008; the ink initial drying detection method is carried out according to GB/T13217.5-2008; the ink adhesion fastness detection method is carried out according to GB/T13217.7-2009.

From the above table analysis, it can be seen that comparative example 1 compares with example 4: the water-based ink binder with a proper proportion is added to be matched with other components to play a good synergistic role, so that the environment-friendly water-based ink for the shopping bag printing has excellent adhesion fastness and tinting strength, and the water-based ink has stronger stability and migration resistance.
From the above table analysis, it can be seen that comparative example 2 compares with example 4: the porous graphene with a proper proportion is added and matched with other components to play a good synergistic effect, so that the drying speed of the environment-friendly water-based ink for printing the shopping bag is remarkably improved.
In conclusion, the environment-friendly water-based ink for printing shopping bags has good performances in all aspects, is remarkably improved, can greatly meet the market demands, and is optimal in performance under the condition of comparison, and the corresponding formula dosage and the preparation method are optimal.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that the above preferred embodiment should not be considered as limiting the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the scope defined by the claims. Claims (10)

1. The environment-friendly water-based ink for printing shopping bags is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-35 parts of water-soluble acrylic resin, 15-20 parts of pigment, 35-40 parts of water-based ink binder, 1-5 parts of dispersant, 1-5 parts of flatting agent, 0.2-2 parts of defoaming agent, 0.2-2 parts of antistatic agent, 0.2-2 parts of pH regulator, 1-5 parts of wear-resisting agent and 15-25 parts of deionized water; the water-based ink vehicle comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-50 parts of aqueous polyurethane resin, 5-10 parts of porous graphene, 35-40 parts of hydrochloric acid solution, 1-5 parts of silane coupling agent and 20-25 parts of ethanol water solution.
2. The environment-friendly water-based ink for printing shopping bags according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of water-soluble acrylic resin, 15 parts of pigment, 38 parts of water-based ink binder, 2 parts of dispersant, 3 parts of flatting agent, 1 part of defoaming agent, 1 part of antistatic agent, 1 part of pH regulator, 3 parts of wear-resisting agent and 25 parts of deionized water; the water-based ink vehicle comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 parts of aqueous polyurethane resin, 8 parts of porous graphene, 40 parts of hydrochloric acid solution, 5 parts of silane coupling agent and 25 parts of ethanol aqueous solution.
3. The eco-friendly aqueous ink for shopping bag printing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pigment is a mixture of an organic pigment and an inorganic pigment.
4. The eco-friendly aqueous ink for shopping bag printing as claimed in claim 3, wherein the organic pigment is one or more of phthalocyanine green, phthalocyanine blue, permanent red, benzidine yellow and kaolin; the inorganic pigment is one or a combination of titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red and calcium carbonate.
5. The environment-friendly water-based ink for shopping bag printing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dispersant is one or more of sodium dodecyl sulfate, polyacrylamide and sodium polyacrylate.
6. The environmentally friendly aqueous ink for shopping bag printing as defined in claim 1, wherein the leveling agent is one or more of silane-based aqueous leveling wetting leveling agent, anionic perfluorocarbon surfactant or sodium diisooctyl sulfosuccinate solution.
7. The environmentally friendly aqueous ink for shopping bag printing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is one or more of an aqueous mineral oil type defoaming agent, an aqueous silicone type defoaming agent and a composite type defoaming agent.
8. The eco-friendly aqueous ink for shopping bag printing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antistatic agent is sodium alkylsulfonate or polyoxyethylene; the pH regulator is ammonia water or diethanolamine; the wear-resisting agent is white emulsified wax.
9. The environment-friendly water-based ink for shopping bag printing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hydrochloric acid solution is in a mass fraction of 3 to 5%; the mass fraction of the ethanol water solution is 35-40%.
10. A preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based ink for printing shopping bags as defined in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the following steps:
s1 preparation of aqueous ink vehicle
S1.1, respectively weighing the following components in parts by weight: the preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) preparing aqueous polyurethane resin, porous graphene, a hydrochloric acid solution, a silane coupling agent and an ethanol aqueous solution;
s1.2, grinding porous graphene, sieving with a sieve of 400-500 meshes, adding into a hydrochloric acid solution, fully stirring at 40-45 ℃ for 1-3 h, filtering and drying to obtain acid-activated porous graphene powder;
s1.3, adding acid activated porous graphene powder into an ethanol water solution, fully and uniformly stirring, adding a silane coupling agent, fully stirring for 2-4 hours at 65-70 ℃, filtering and drying to obtain modified porous graphene powder;
s1.4, adding the modified porous graphene powder into a certain amount of deionized water to be uniformly dispersed, adding a water-based polyurethane resin, and stirring and mixing to obtain a water-based ink binder;
s2 preparation of environment-friendly water-based ink
S2.1, respectively weighing the following components in parts by weight: water-soluble acrylic resin, pigment, water-based ink binder, dispersant, flatting agent, defoaming agent, antistatic agent, pH regulator, wear-resisting agent and deionized water;
s2.2, except for the pH regulator, uniformly mixing the rest raw materials in the step S2.1 according to the weighed parts, grinding and dispersing at a high speed in a dispersion grinder, and dispersing for 10-15 min at 1300-1500 rpm;
and S2.3, adding a pH regulator to adjust the pH value to be 8-9 after the required fineness is reached, and discharging to prepare the environment-friendly water-based ink.
