Description

Gravure printing water-based ink for PVC plastic film and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of water-based ink, and particularly relates to gravure water-based ink for a PVC plastic film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The VOC of the traditional solvent type gravure ink is more than 60 percent, while the water-based ink is a uniform slurry-like substance which is mainly formed by grinding and dispersing water-soluble resin, organic pigment, water, alcohol and an auxiliary agent, and can remarkably reduce the organic volatile matters (VOC is less than 30 percent) in the ink. When the water-based ink is prepared and printed for use, the volatilization of organic volatile matters can be greatly reduced, the working environment is relatively safe, and petroleum resources can be saved. However, the plasticizer on the current polyvinyl chloride (PVC) causes poor adhesion of the printing ink to a printing stock, so that the development and research of the high-quality water-based PVC plastic gravure printing ink have good market prospect and social benefit.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide gravure printing water-based ink for a PVC plastic film and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problem that the traditional solvent-based ink can volatilize a large amount of VOCs with low concentration, and the adhesive force of the ink to a printing stock is poor due to the action of a plasticizer on polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a non-absorbent printing material, and the problem of plasticizer migration exists, the defects of poor adhesion, slow drying, poor glossiness, easy occurrence of small white points and the like still exist in the existing printing of water-based ink on the surface of PVC plastic, and the adhesion fastness of the water-based ink on PVC is improved through a multi-formula experiment.
The gravure printing water-based ink for the PVC plastic film comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

0 to 1 percent of wetting agent;
the balance being water.
Further, the resin is one of water-based polyurethane or acrylic resin with different types, and the proportion is a solid content proportion.
Further, the pigment is alkali-resistant inorganic pigment titanium dioxide or carbon black or organic pigment.
Further, the dispersant is an active agent having a small surface property and a molecular weight of several thousands.
Further, the dispersant is a mixture of maleic anhydride and a single polymer or at least two polymers;
