Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water-based ink for flexible plates, in particular to water-based flexible plate ink for film printing and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, most of the printing of films (flexible packages) in China is mainly gravure solvent type ink due to the requirements on printing effect, ink adhesion, printing speed and the like in film printing. The gravure solvent-based ink inevitably uses toluene or ester solvent which is not environment-friendly, toxic and harmful. On one hand, the method not only has influence on physical and psychological health of workers, but also brings challenges to safety production of enterprises; on the other hand, the method is not suitable for new environmental protection laws and policies, and can generate larger residual peculiar smell of the solvent on the printed product to pollute packaged goods. After the new discharge standard of the VOCs is released, the industry needs to be upgraded, and the discharge of the VOCs is reduced or controlled.
Therefore, there is a trend to transfer solvent gravure to water gravure in the printing of films (flexible packages). In the field of paper printing, the water-based ink currently occupies a dominant position, but in the field of film printing, because the water absorption of a film is poorer than that of paper, the drying speed of the water-based ink is slow, and in addition, the defects of poor overprinting effect, low printing efficiency, weak adhesive force and the like exist, so that the application and popularization of the water-based ink in the film printing are influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention aims to provide the water-based flexographic ink for the film printing, which has the advantages of high drying speed, good overprinting effect, good printing effect and strong adhesive force, and can assist the development of the flexographic printing in the field of flexible packaging.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the water-based flexographic ink for film printing comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 25-40% of soft film-forming water-based acrylic resin emulsion; 10-25% of quick-drying alkali-soluble acrylic resin liquid; 2-5% of polyethylene wax; 1-2% of an adhesion promoter; 1-3% of a cross-linking agent; 2-5% of water; 0.1-0.5% of defoaming agent; the semi-finished product A20-50%; wherein the semi-finished product A comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 25-40% of quick-drying alkali-soluble acrylic resin liquid; 30-40% of pigment; 0.1-0.5% of defoaming agent; 1-3% of a dispersant; 15-30% of water.
Preferably, the quick-drying alkali-soluble acrylic resin liquid has a molecular weight of 15000-17000 Mw and a solid content of 30-40%.
Preferably, the Tg of the soft film-forming water-based acrylic emulsion is-30 to-10 ℃, and the solid content is 30 to 40 percent.
Preferably, the polyethylene wax is an aqueous dispersion of wax powder, and the solid content is 40-50%.
Preferably, the adhesion promoter is a surfactant, such as tego 6020.
Preferably, the crosslinking agent is an ammonium salt compound.
Preferably, the water is purified water passing through a reverse osmosis filter device, and the pH value is: 6.5 to 7.5.
Preferably, the defoaming agent is a silicone defoaming agent.
Preferably, the dispersant is a non-ionic high-efficiency dispersant.
Preferably, the pigment is organic pigment and part of inorganic pigment (such as phthalocyanine blue, carbon black and titanium pigment).
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the water-based flexographic ink, which comprises the following steps:
(1) putting the components in the formula of the semi-finished product A into a proportioning cylinder, stirring and mixing uniformly, and grinding until the fineness is less than or equal to 10um to obtain a semi-finished product A;
(2) and mixing other components in the formula of the water-based flexographic ink with the semi-finished product A, and uniformly stirring to obtain the water-based flexographic ink for film printing.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the formula of the invention adopts the high molecular weight quick-drying alkali soluble acrylic resin liquid and the high-efficiency dispersant to grind into the semi-finished product A color paste, which can improve the dispersibility and stability of the grinding pigment. The color paste is dried quickly, and a compact film layer is formed on the surface after the surface is dried, so that the waterproof effect is improved.
2. According to the formula, the soft film-forming water-based acrylic emulsion with a lower glass temperature (Tg) and functional auxiliaries such as an adhesion promoter and a self-crosslinking agent are properly matched, so that the water resistance, the adhesion and the scratch resistance of the ink are integrally improved. The water-based flexible printing ink is quick to dry and can be suitable for high-speed printing; the film has good film forming property, smooth surface and strong adhesiveness, is not easy to generate adhesion after printing, and can achieve better adhesion and scratch resistant effect on film substrates such as PE, OPP, PET and the like which are subjected to surface corona treatment.
3. The flexographic plate water-based ink takes water as a solvent, is safe and environment-friendly, has extremely low VOC emission, meets the requirements of national VOC emission standards, and has a large market development space for printing on a film by replacing gravure solvent-based ink with a flexographic plate printing mode in the future.
