Abstract
本发明涉及一种低粘度高触变组合物包括AB两个组分,A组分和B组分的质量比为1:1~5:1,所述A组分为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、2‑甲基‑2‑丙烯酸‑2‑羟乙基酯磷酸酯、甲基丙烯酸四氢呋喃酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯中的一种或几种混合;所述B组分为三元共聚物ABS、嵌段共聚物SBS、核壳结构共聚物MBS中的一种或几种组合物。本发明制备的组合物通过调整共聚物树脂在丙烯酸树脂中添加比例,可以使溶解的共聚物分子之间达到一个微相分离的状态,宏观上组合物处于均匀稳定的不分层不析出状态,同时该组合物具备低粘度和高触变的特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种低粘度高触变组合物,属于胶黏剂技术领域。
背景技术
胶黏剂或涂料行业由于施工特性的要求,往往对于最终产品要求具有足够的触变性,以达到使用工艺过程中对胶水或涂料对流挂性能的要求,目前现有技术多使用气相二氧化硅来形成三维网状结构(氢键)提高体系的触变性,这种三维网状结构(氢键)在外力(剪切力、电场力等)时会破坏,介质变稀,触变性消失,另外使用气相二氧化硅在提高体系触变性的同时也会增加体系的粘稠度,在对触变性要求特别高的工艺场合,未了获得足够高的触变指数,粘度也会迅速增加,影响了最中产品工艺使用性。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种低粘度高触变组合物及其制备方法,本发明的低粘度高触变组合物,通过调整共聚物树脂组合物在丙烯酸树脂组合物中添加比例,A组分和B组分的质量比为1:1~5:1,可以使溶解的共聚物分子之间达到一个微相分离的状态,宏观上组合物处于均匀稳定的不分层不析出状态,同时该组合物具备低粘度和高触变的特性,具体的粘度可以控制在2000cps~10000cps之间,触变指数(2rpm/20rpm)可以达到3.0~5.0之间。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
首先在反应搅拌釜内加入一定比例的丙烯酸酯树脂组合物搅拌0.5-1h,温度控制在40-50℃,再加入对应比例的三元共聚物ABS、嵌段共聚物SBS、核壳结构共聚物MBS中一种或几种组合物,高速搅拌1-2h,温度控制在40-50℃,待物料搅拌均匀后,最后抽真空5min,再出料即可得低粘度高触变组合物。
所述A组分为丙烯酸酯树脂组合物,丙烯酸酯树脂组合物为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2-羟乙基酯磷酸酯、甲基丙烯酸四氢呋喃酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯中的一种或几种组合物。
采用上述方案的有益效果是甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸四氢呋喃酯对共聚物溶解能力强;2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2-羟乙基酯磷酸酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯对共聚物溶解能力相对弱。溶解能力强的树脂总质量与溶解能力弱的树脂总质量比为4:1至1:1。
所述B组分为共聚物树脂,共聚物树脂为三元共聚物ABS、嵌段共聚物SBS、核壳结构共聚物MBS中的一种或几种组合物。所述三元共聚物ABS、嵌段共聚物SBS、核壳结构共聚物MBS。其中(ABS+MBS)的总质量与SBS的总质量比5:2至1:1。
采用上述方案的有益效果是ABS、MBS是相对极性的共聚物树脂,在丙烯酸树脂中可以溶解或溶胀并形成均一稳定的分散相,而SBS可以选用线型结构或者星型结构中的一种。
更进一步讲,由于SBS在聚合合成过程中有两种类型的结构,如下所示,
在本发明中SBS的结构优选星型结构(辐射型),可选择巴陵石化生产的LCY-3411、DZ-3003,科腾生产的D1116等。上述有益效果是星型结构的嵌段共聚物SBS可以在丙烯酸树脂中形成微相分离的体系,丙烯酸酯树脂中极性的ABS和MBS会与SBS之间由于极性差异,它们倾向于发生相分离,但由于不同单体单元之间有化学键相连,不可能形成通常意义上的宏观相变,而只能形成纳米到微米尺度的相区,形成微相分离,不同相区所形成的结构称为微相分离结构。
进一步,本发明中ABS可选择沙比克生产的Blendex 338、锦湖生产的HR181、万达生产的WD-132或WD-133等,MBS可选择中渊生产M-711、M-521、B-564等。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
在反应搅拌釜内加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯30g、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯10g、2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2-羟乙基酯磷酸酯5g,搅拌0.5h,温度控制在40-50℃,再加入ABS Blendex 338 12g、SBS D1116 8g高速搅拌1h,温度控制在40-50℃,待物料搅拌均匀后,最后抽真空5min,再出料即可得低粘度高触变组合物。
实施例2
在反应搅拌釜内加入甲基丙烯酸四氢呋喃酯35g、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯10g、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯5g,搅拌0.5h,温度控制在40-50℃,再加入MBS M-52110g、SBS DZ-3003 10g高速搅拌1h,温度控制在40-50℃,待物料搅拌均匀后,最后抽真空5min,再出料即可得低粘度高触变组合物。
实施例3
在反应搅拌釜内加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯18g、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯20g、甲基丙烯酸四氢呋喃酯15g,搅拌0.5h,温度控制在40-50℃,再加入ABS WD-13212g、MBS M-711 8g、SBSLCY-3411 14g高速搅拌1h,温度控制在40-50℃,待物料搅拌均匀后,最后抽真空5min,再出料即可得低粘度高触变组合物。
对实施例1-3制备得到的低粘度高触变组合物进行粘度和触变性能测试,结果如表1所示。

从上表可以看出,本发明制备的一种低粘度高触变组合物具有低粘度高触变的优点,依据此优点可以应用到胶黏剂或涂料技术领域,在对触变性要求特别高的工艺场合既可以提供足够高的触变指数,又不会过渡增加体系粘度。

Claims (2)
1.一种低粘度高触变组合物,其特征在于,由A、B两个组分组成,A组分和B组分的质量比为1:1~5:1,所述A组分中甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸四氢呋喃酯的总质量与A组分中2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2-羟乙基酯磷酸酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯的总质量比为4:1至1:1;
所述B组分中三元共聚物ABS、核壳结构共聚物MBS的总质量与所述B组分中嵌段共聚物SBS的总质量比5:2至1:1。
2.如权利要求1所述的低粘度高触变组合物,其特征在于,制备过程包括:A组分丙烯酸酯树脂组合物搅拌0.5-1h,温度控制在40-50℃,再加入B组分高速搅拌1-2h,温度控制在40-50℃,待物料搅拌均匀后,抽真空出料即可得低粘度高触变组合物。
