The medicament is mainly characterized in that the uric acid in a body is excessively produced or the excretion of uric acid by kidneys is reduced, so that the blood uric acid is increased and deposited on limbs, red swelling and hot pain are caused, dysfunction is caused, the course of disease is long, repeated attacks are easy to occur, and if the treatment is not carried out in time, arthrocele, deformity, stiffness, nodules, concurrent gouty stones, gouty renal failure, hyperlipidemia, hypertension and the like can be caused to damage the organism of a patient, so that the life of the patient is seriously threatened.
In traditional Chinese medicine, gout patients have pain and are usually painful at night and have the tendency to move in the yang because blood is heated and boils by itself, and then the patients have cold or cold external pulsation with wading or standing wetland … …, and the patients have the pain caused by the cold blood and the stagnation of the sweat. Based on the congenital deficiency and acquired malnutrition, the visceral dysfunction caused by acquired malnutrition is the pathogenesis basis, exogenous pathogenic qi and traumatic injury are the pathogenesis exogenous factors, and damp-heat, turbid phlegm and blood stasis are combined to be the pathogenesis characteristics, so the deficiency and excess are distinguished according to syndrome differentiation, the excess syndrome is distinguished at first, and the deficiency and excess of the healthy qi or the pathogenic excess are distinguished after a long time. Phlegm-stasis stagnation is the main cause of gout. Early symptoms are manifested in the limbs, joints, meridians, and then erosion of tendons, bones and viscera.
The ventilation granules on the market generally have poor treatment effect when in use, various formulas, increased cost and poor taste, and increase the pain of patients in taking, so the improvement is urgently needed.
