Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于高速轧机的专用工艺油,包括基础油50‑90份、增稠剂20‑25份、极压抗磨剂12‑20份、抗氧化剂0.1‑0.5份、高分子添加剂0.1‑0.5份、金属钝化剂0.1‑0.3份;所述的基础油为葵二酸二‑2‑乙基乙酯、有机磷酸酯、有机硼酸酯中的任一种;所述的高分子添加剂为聚四氟乙烯、聚异丁烯中的一种或混合物;所述的增稠剂为硫代磷酸钼盐、硫代硼酸钼盐、二氧化硅、改性纳米金刚石、二氧化钛、氨基磷酸螯合树脂、磷酸环氧树脂中的一种或混合物;所述的金属钝化剂为苯三唑胺甲醛缩合物、噻二唑胺甲醛缩合物中的一种或混合物。通过增加增稠剂,可以保持工艺油的黏性,从而保证轧机的压辊表面可以覆盖一层均匀的油膜,并保证油膜不会出现断裂的情况。

一种用于高速轧机的专用工艺油及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及金属成型加工油领域,尤其涉及一种用于高速轧机的专用工艺油及其制备工艺。
背景技术
高速轧机一般是用于薄板类金属的轧制,高速轧机的专用工艺油既要保证较好的润滑性,也要保证一定的成膜能力。
且由于环保的要求,含硫、磷等元素的工艺油逐渐退出了市场,水性高速轧机专用工艺油的市场需求越来越强烈,但是水性润滑油的成膜能力较劣,所以在配制用于高速轧机的专用工艺油时,需要格外关注工艺油的成膜能力,以及成膜后的防破裂能力。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术中所存在的问题,本发明提出了一种用于高速轧机的专用工艺油。
技术方案:为达以上目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种用于高速轧机的专用工艺油,包括以下组分:
基础油50-90份、增稠剂20-25份、极压抗磨剂12-20份、抗氧化剂0.1-0.5份、高分子添加剂0.1-0.5份、金属钝化剂0.1-0.3份;
所述的基础油为葵二酸二-2-乙基乙酯、有机磷酸酯、有机硼酸酯中的任一种;
所述的高分子添加剂为聚四氟乙烯、聚异丁烯中的一种或混合物;
所述的增稠剂为硫代磷酸钼盐、硫代硼酸钼盐、二氧化硅、改性纳米金刚石、二氧化钛、氨基磷酸螯合树脂、磷酸环氧树脂中的一种或混合物;
所述的金属钝化剂为苯三唑胺甲醛缩合物、噻二唑胺甲醛缩合物中的一种或混合物。
优选的,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、4,4'-硫代双苯硫酚、2,6-二叔丁基酚、烷基二苯胺、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基丙烯酸甲酯中的一种或多种的混合物。
优选的,包括水基润滑剂,所述的水基润滑剂为石油硫磺盐、石油酸、有机硅中的一种或几种的混合物。
一种用于高速轧机的专用工艺油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将基础油与增稠剂进行混合,并添加极压耐磨剂与金属钝化剂,搅拌均匀后,放入球磨机内混匀;
S2、加入高分子添加剂,置于超声波机中进行均匀分散处理;
S3、将经过分散处理的浆液放入在反应釜中,并通过水浴加热至100-150℃;
S4、加入助剂,控制降解温度在80℃左右,进行均匀反应;
S5、制得符合要求的专用工艺油。
优选的,S4中加入热稳定剂,所述的热稳定剂为硬质酸钙。
有益效果:
本工艺油具有优异的抗磨性、摩擦特性、可以长时间保持润滑稳定性,并具有很好的防腐防锈特性。
通过增加增稠剂,可以保持工艺油的黏性,从而保证轧机的压辊表面可以覆盖一层均匀的油膜,并保证油膜不会出现断裂的情况。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
一种用于高速轧机的专用工艺油,包括以下组分:
有机硼酸酯与有机磷酸酯的混合物75份;
硫代磷酸钼盐和二氧化硅的混合物23份;
极压抗磨剂纳米WS212份;
苯三唑胺甲醛缩合物0.2份;
烷基二苯胺、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基丙烯酸甲酯的混合物0.4份;
聚四氟乙烯0.4份;
不可避免的杂质。
将75份有机硼酸酯与有机磷酸酯的混合物与23份硫代磷酸钼盐和二氧化硅的混合物进行混合,并添加12份纳米WS2,在球磨机内混匀;
加入聚四氟乙烯,置于超声波机中进行均匀的分散处理;
将经过分散处理的浆液放入在反应釜中,并通过水浴加热至100-150℃;
加入助剂,控制降解温度在80℃左右,进行均匀反应;
制得符合要求的专用工艺油。
实施例二:
一种用于高速轧机的专用工艺油,包括以下组分:
有机硼酸酯与有机磷酸酯的混合物70份;
硫代磷酸钼盐和二氧化硅的混合物25份;
极压抗磨剂纳米WS215份;
苯三唑胺甲醛缩合物0.3份;
烷基二苯胺、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基丙烯酸甲酯的混合物0.5份;
聚四氟乙烯0.5份;
不可避免的杂质。
将70份有机硼酸酯与有机磷酸酯的混合物与25份硫代磷酸钼盐和二氧化硅的混合物进行混合,并添加15份纳米WS2,在球磨机内混匀;
加入聚四氟乙烯,置于超声波机中进行均匀的分散处理;
将经过分散处理的浆液放入在反应釜中,并通过水浴加热至100-150℃;
加入助剂,控制降解温度在80℃左右,进行均匀反应;
制得符合要求的专用工艺油。
对比例一:
不添加增稠剂与高分子添加剂,其余与实施例一相同。
对比例二:
不添加增稠剂与高分子添加剂,其余与实施例二相同。
测试结果如表1所示:

从表1的数据可以看出,本发明实施例一、二制备的一种用于高速轧机的专用工艺油各理化指标与对比例一、二制备的传统成型油相比,其理化性能更为优越。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于高速轧机的专用工艺油,其特征在于,包括以下组分:
基础油50-90份、增稠剂20-25份、极压抗磨剂12-20份、抗氧化剂0.1-0.5份、高分子添加剂0.1-0.5份、金属钝化剂0.1-0.3份;
所述的基础油为葵二酸二-2-乙基乙酯、有机磷酸酯、有机硼酸酯中的任一种;
所述的高分子添加剂为聚四氟乙烯、聚异丁烯中的一种或混合物;
所述的增稠剂为硫代磷酸钼盐、硫代硼酸钼盐、二氧化硅、改性纳米金刚石、二氧化钛、氨基磷酸螯合树脂、磷酸环氧树脂中的一种或混合物;
所述的金属钝化剂为苯三唑胺甲醛缩合物、噻二唑胺甲醛缩合物中的一种或混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于高速轧机的专用工艺油,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、4,4'-硫代双苯硫酚、2,6-二叔丁基酚、烷基二苯胺、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基丙烯酸甲酯中的一种或多种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于高速轧机的专用工艺油,其特征在于,包括水基润滑剂,所述的水基润滑剂为石油硫磺盐、石油酸、有机硅中的一种或几种的混合物。
4.一种用于高速轧机的专用工艺油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将基础油与增稠剂进行混合,并添加极压耐磨剂与金属钝化剂,搅拌均匀后,放入球磨机内混匀;
S2、加入高分子添加剂,置于超声波机中进行均匀分散处理;
S3、将经过分散处理的浆液放入在反应釜中,并通过水浴加热至100-150℃;
S4、加入助剂,控制降解温度在80℃左右,进行均匀反应;
S5、制得符合要求的专用工艺油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于高速轧机的专用工艺油的制备方法,其特征在于,S4中加入热稳定剂,所述的热稳定剂为硬质酸钙。
