the skin repair liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 9 parts of chitosan, 6 parts of bisabolol, 5 parts of cassia seed extracted essential oil and 8 parts of oat peptide;
the semen Cassiae essential oil is prepared by pulverizing semen Cassiae, oven drying, and subjecting to supercritical CO extraction2Extracting and molecular distilling to obtain semen Cassiae extract essential oil.
The acid remover comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3 beta-hydroxy acid and caprylyl salicylic acid.

(1) preparing cassia seed extraction essential oil:
s1, washing semen Cassiae, grinding, crushing, and drying at 43 ℃ until the water content is 2%;
s2, adding supercritical CO into semen Cassiae powder2Extracting at 45 deg.C under 19Mpa for 3.5 hr, separating at 48 deg.C under 16Mpa for CO2The gas flow is 30L/h, and crude cassia seed essential oil is obtained;
s3, performing molecular distillation on the crude extracted semen cassiae essential oil, wherein the feeding speed is 1.3mL/min, the vacuum degree is 100Pa, the distillation temperature is 50 ℃, and the rotating speed is 250r/min, so as to obtain semen cassiae extracted essential oil for later use;
(2) preparing an acne-removing composition finished product:
step 1: taking beta-hydroxy acid, 5-octanoyl salicylic acid and chitosan according to the weight parts;
step 2: adding cosolvent, heating to 80 deg.C, stirring at 500r/min for 30min to dissolve beta-hydroxy acid, 5-octanoyl salicylic acid, and chitosan, and cooling to 55 deg.C to obtain mixture 1;
and step 3: adding quaternary ammonium salt-73, cymene, paeonol, tea tree essential oil, bisabolol and semen Cassiae essential oil into mixture 1, stirring at 800r/min for 15min, and cooling to 35 deg.C to obtain mixture 2;
and 4, step 4: adding oat peptide into the mixture 2, stirring at 800r/min for 15min, standing at room temperature, and discharging to obtain the composition for controlling oil and removing acne.
Example 4
The oil-controlling acne-removing composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30: 15: 60 acne-removing composition, skin repair liquid, acid remover and cosolvent;
wherein the acne-removing composition comprises, by weight, 0.025 parts of quaternary ammonium salt-73, 0.2 parts of cymene, 0.75 parts of paeonol and 4 parts of tea tree essential oil;
the skin repair liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of chitosan, 8 parts of bisabolol, 6 parts of cassia seed extracted essential oil and 5 parts of oat peptide; wherein, the preparation method of the cassia seed essential oil is the same as the embodiment 3.
The acid remover comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4 beta-hydroxy acid and caprylyl salicylic acid.
The cosolvent is 15.5 parts of 1, 3-butanediol, 5 parts of 1, 2-pentanediol, 20 parts of 1, 3-propanediol and 15 parts of polyethylene glycol-8.
The preparation method of the oil-controlling acne-removing composition is the same as that in example 3, so that the oil-controlling acne-removing composition is prepared.
Comparative example 1
The oil-controlling and acne-removing composition and the preparation method thereof as in example 3 are different in formula, and the essential oil extracted from cassia seed is not added, and the skin repair liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 9 parts of chitosan amine, 6 parts of bisabolol and 8 parts of oat peptide.
Comparative example 2
The oil-controlling and acne-removing composition and the preparation method of the composition in example 3 are different in formula, the proportion of the cassia seed extracted essential oil to the bisabolol is changed, and the skin repair liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 9 parts of chitosan, 16 parts of bisabolol, 0.5 part of cassia seed extracted essential oil and 8 parts of oat peptide.
Comparative example 3
The oil-controlling and acne-removing composition and the preparation method thereof as in example 3 are different in formula, the ratio of bisabolol to avenanthramide is changed, and the skin repair liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 9 parts of chitosan, 15 parts of bisabolol, 5 parts of cassia seed extracted essential oil and 1 part of oat peptide.
Comparative example 4
The oil-controlling and acne-removing composition and the preparation method of the composition in example 3 are different in formula, the mixture ratio of the acne-removing composition to the skin repair liquid is changed, and the weight ratio of the acne-removing composition to the skin repair liquid to the acid removal agent is 20:5: 18.
The oil-controlling and acne-removing composition prepared by the above examples and comparative examples is subjected to safety experiments, in-vitro bacteriostasis experiments and acne-removing effect experiments.
First, safety experiment
The oil-controlling and acne-removing compositions prepared in the examples and the comparative examples are respectively subjected to an animal skin irritation test, a skin sensitization test and an in vitro cytotoxicity test, and the results show that the compositions are safe and nontoxic.
Second, in vitro bacteriostasis experiment
The oil-controlling and acne-removing compositions prepared in the examples and comparative examples were tested for their bacteriostatic effects on propionibacterium acnes. Under aseptic operation, uniformly coating a propionibacterium acnes suspension with the concentration of 100-103 CFU/ml on a culture medium by using a coating rod, respectively adding 3ml of different test samples (oil-controlling and acne-removing compositions prepared in examples and comparative examples), adding deionized water as a blank control, culturing for 2 days in an incubator at 37 ℃, measuring the diameter of a bacteriostatic circle of the culture dish, and repeating 3 times for each group.
And (4) judging the standard: the diameter of the inhibition zone is more than 20mm, the obvious inhibition is realized, and the diameter of the inhibition zone is 10-20 mm, the medium inhibition is realized; the diameter of the inhibition zone is less than 10mm, the result is shown in the following table 1:

As can be seen from the above table, the oil-controlling and acne-removing composition prepared in examples 1 to 4 of the present invention has a good inhibition effect on propionibacterium acnes, the oil-controlling and acne-removing composition prepared in comparative examples 2 to 4 also has a certain inhibition effect compared with a blank control, and the inhibition effect in comparative example 1 is reduced, which indicates that the cassia seed extracted essential oil has an inhibition effect on propionibacterium acnes, and the cassia seed extracted essential oil is matched with the acne-removing composition to effectively control propionibacterium acnes and reduce the dosage of the acne-removing composition.
Third, acne removing effect experiment
Randomly selecting 66 volunteers with acne, pimple or pustule on face, 35 male volunteers and 31 female volunteers, wherein the age is between 19 and 24 years old, and the course of disease is between 10 and 20 months.
1. The using method comprises the following steps: after the skin is cleaned in the morning and evening every day, the oil-controlling and acne-removing composition is uniformly smeared on the affected part, and 28 days of continuous use is a treatment course.
2. The average number of days for eliminating acne, pimple or pustule (the number of days for eliminating acne, pimple or pustule is 100%) and the cure rate are counted, and the skin oil content is measured on days 0, 14 and 18 before and after use (5 times per patient are averaged by using an oil tester, and the average value is counted for each group) and the repairing condition of local skin lesion of the acne mark is observed, and the results are shown in the following table 2:

as can be seen from the table, the oil-controlling and acne-removing composition of the invention in the examples 2, 3 and 4 obviously shortens the time for eliminating acne, pimple or pustule, has high cure rate, effectively controls the oil content of the skin, and obviously repairs the pockmark after 28 days. The removal time of pimples, pimples or pustules was remarkably prolonged in comparative examples 1 and 2, and particularly in comparative example 1, the cure rate was decreased, the effect of repairing pockmarks after 28d was not remarkable, and the greasy state of the skin was reduced. The essential oil extracted from the cassia seeds is added, and the proportion of the essential oil extracted from the cassia seeds and the bisabolol is controlled, so that the essential oil has obvious influence on the skin repair function, is beneficial to improving the barrier function of local acne skin, enhancing the tolerance of the skin, reducing the irritation of the composition to the skin, maintaining the normal flora of the skin and accelerating the recovery of acne marks; the skin oil state effect in the comparative example 3 is reduced, and the oil reduction rate of 28 days is reduced, which shows that the compounding of the oat peptide and the bisabolol is beneficial to further regulating the water-oil balance of the skin and realizing the high-efficiency mild oil-control acne-removing effect.
Example 5
A skin care product containing the oil-controlling and acne-removing composition prepared in the embodiment 3 can be prepared into water, lotion, essence, cream and paste, or added into a facial mask, wherein the oil-controlling and acne-removing composition is added according to the mass ratio of 15-35%.

Claims (10)

1. The oil-control acne-removing composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight (3-7): (15-50): (6-20): (28-71) the acne-removing composition, the skin repair liquid, the acid remover and the cosolvent;
the acne-removing composition comprises, by weight, 0.02-0.03 part of quaternary ammonium salt-73, 0.1-0.3 part of cymene, 0.5-1 part of paeonol and 3-5 parts of tea tree essential oil;
the skin repair liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of chitosan, 4-13 parts of bisabolol, 2-8 parts of cassia seed extraction essential oil and 5-13 parts of oat peptide.
2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises: the acid remover comprises the following components in parts by weight (6-10): (3-5) mixing the beta-hydroxy acid and 5-octanoylsalicylic acid.
3. The oil-controlling acne-removing composition according to claim 1, which comprises 0.025 parts by weight of quaternary ammonium salt-73, 0.2 parts by weight of cymene, 0.75 parts by weight of paeonol and 3.5 parts by weight of tea tree essential oil;
the skin repair liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 9 parts of chitosan, 6 parts of bisabolol, 5 parts of cassia seed extracted essential oil and 8 parts of oat peptide.
4. The composition for controlling oil and removing acne according to claim 3, wherein: the semen Cassiae essential oil is prepared by pulverizing semen Cassiae, oven drying, and subjecting to supercritical CO extraction2Extracting and molecular distilling to obtain semen Cassiae extract essential oil.
5. The composition for controlling oil and removing acne according to claim 1, wherein the cosolvent comprises 12-25 parts of 1, 3-butanediol, 5-12 parts of 1, 2-pentanediol, 12-28 parts of 1, 3-propanediol and 8-25 parts of polyethylene glycol-8.
6. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises: the acne removing composition, the skin repairing liquid, the acid remover and the cosolvent are 5: 35: 18: 56.
7. a method of preparing the composition for controlling oil and removing acne according to any one of claims 2 to 6, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: taking beta-hydroxy acid, 5-octanoyl salicylic acid and chitosan according to the weight parts;
step 2: adding a cosolvent, heating to 70-80 ℃, stirring at the speed of 300-500 r/min for 15-30 min to dissolve beta-hydroxy acid, 5-octanoyl salicylic acid and chitosan, and cooling to 45-55 ℃ to obtain a mixture 1;
and step 3: adding quaternary ammonium salt-73, cymene, paeonol, tea tree essential oil, bisabolol and cassia seed extracted essential oil into the mixture 1, stirring at the speed of 700-800 r/min for 15min, and cooling to 30-35 ℃ to obtain a mixture 2;
and 4, step 4: and adding the oat peptide into the mixture 2, stirring at 700-800 r/min for 10-20 min, standing at room temperature, and discharging to obtain the oil-controlling and acne-removing composition.
8. The preparation method of the composition for controlling oil and removing acne according to claim 7, characterized by comprising the following steps: the preparation method of the cassia seed essential oil comprises the following steps:
s1, washing semen Cassiae, grinding, crushing, and drying at 40-45 ℃ until the water content is 1-3%;
s2, adding supercritical CO into semen Cassiae powder2Extracting for 3-4 h at 40-50 ℃ under 18-20 Mpa in an extraction device, and separating to obtain crude cassia seed essential oil;
s3, carrying out molecular distillation on the crude extracted cassia seed essential oil, wherein the feeding speed is 1.0-1.5 mL/min, the vacuum degree is 100Pa, the distillation temperature is 50 ℃, and the rotating speed is 250r/min, so as to obtain the cassia seed extracted essential oil.

A skin care product applying the oil-controlling and acne-removing composition as defined in any one of claims 2-6, which is characterized in that: adding the oil-control acne-removing composition into a skin care product; the skin care product comprises water, lotion, essence, cream, ointment and facial mask.
