1. A probiotic solid beverage with effects of enriching blood and promoting intestinal function comprises the following raw materials:
red date, red ginseng, hawthorn, angelica and lactobacillus;
the preparation method of the probiotic solid beverage comprises the following steps:
s1: grinding fructus Jujubae, Ginseng radix Rubri, fructus crataegi and radix Angelicae sinensis into powder, extracting with water, filtering, distilling the filtrate under reduced pressure, and drying to obtain water extract effective components;
s2: and (4) adding ethanol into the filter residue after S1 filtration for extraction, filtering, discarding the filtrate, and drying the filter residue to obtain an insoluble part.
S3: and mixing the water extraction effective part obtained in the step S1 and the insoluble effective part obtained in the step S2, grinding the mixture into powder, and adding lactic acid bacteria to obtain the probiotic solid beverage.
2. The solid beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise, by weight, 30-50 parts of red dates, 5-10 parts of red ginseng, 20-30 parts of hawthorn fruits and 5-10 parts of angelica.
3. The solid beverage according to claim 1, wherein the probiotic solid beverage contains 5-10x10 of probiotic bacteria8cfu/g。
4. The solid beverage according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the amount of water used in S1 is 15 to 20 times the total amount of red date, red ginseng, hawthorn fruit and Chinese angelica.
5. A solid beverage according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein in S1, the extraction is reflux extraction for 3 to 6 hours.
6. The solid beverage according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the amount of ethanol used in S2 is 5 to 10 times the total amount of red date, red ginseng, hawthorn fruit and Chinese angelica used in S1.
7. The solid beverage according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the extraction in S2 is reflux extraction for 1 to 2 hours.
8. A solid beverage according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the weight part ratio of the water-extracted effective parts to the insoluble effective parts in S3 is 3-6: 1.
9. The solid beverage according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the probiotic solid beverage further comprises a food-acceptable adjuvant.
10. A solid beverage according to claim 9, wherein the comestibly acceptable adjuvant includes, but is not limited to, at least one of a diluent, a binder, a disintegrant, a lubricant, a flavoring agent, a coloring agent, or a preservative.
