本发明涉及一种葡萄糖分离纯化方法,包括以下步骤:1)糖化、2)过滤、3)除杂、4)离子交换、5)中和加热、6)二次过滤、7)结晶,该葡萄糖分离纯化方法对传统的提纯方法进行改进,能够有效去除其中多余的离子,提高葡萄糖的纯度。

技术领域
本发明特别涉及一种葡萄糖分离纯化方法。
背景技术
现有的葡萄糖工艺一般都是采用离子交换法来实现分离提纯,但是由于加入的离子总量无法很好地确定,所以往往会有阳离子残留,影响后续使用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种葡萄糖分离纯化方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种葡萄糖分离纯化方法,包括以下步骤:
1)糖化:以淀粉为原料,通过调浆后在液化酶的作用下液化,再经过糖化酶的作用糖化,形成浓度为80-90%左右的葡萄糖浆;
2)过滤:采用硅藻土过滤的方式进入到板框或者转鼓进行过滤,过滤方式为循环过滤两次;
3)除杂:去除残留的淀粉及悬浮物,得到较为纯净的糖液,其中糖液的浓度为95%左右;
4)离子交换:利用大量的阴阳离子交换树脂脱除糖液中的盐分;
5)中和加热:加入20%左右的盐酸,然后对溶液进行加热,加热时间为10-15分钟,然后冷却,得到精纯糖液,此时糖液的浓度为97%-99%;
6)二次过滤:采用渗透膜对精纯糖液进行二次过滤;
7)结晶:将精纯糖液采用重结晶的方式获得医用级葡萄糖;
作为优选,步骤6中,通过结晶机和离心机实现重结晶功能。。
本发明的有益效果是,该葡萄糖分离纯化方法对传统的提纯方法进行改进,能够有效去除其中多余的离子,提高葡萄糖的纯度。
具体实施方式
实施例:
一种葡萄糖分离纯化方法,包括以下步骤:
1)糖化:以淀粉为原料,通过调浆后在液化酶的作用下液化,再经过糖化酶的作用糖化,形成浓度为80-90%左右的葡萄糖浆;
2)过滤:采用硅藻土过滤的方式进入到板框或者转鼓进行过滤,过滤方式为循环过滤两次;

Claims (2)
1.一种葡萄糖分离纯化方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)糖化:以淀粉为原料,通过调浆后在液化酶的作用下液化,再经过糖化酶的作用糖化,形成浓度为80-90%左右的葡萄糖浆;
2)过滤:采用硅藻土过滤的方式进入到板框或者转鼓进行过滤,过滤方式为循环过滤两次;
3)除杂:去除残留的淀粉及悬浮物,得到较为纯净的糖液,其中糖液的浓度为95%左右;
4)离子交换:利用大量的阴阳离子交换树脂脱除糖液中的盐分;
5)中和加热:加入20%左右的氢氧化钠溶液,然后对溶液进行加热,加热时间为10-15分钟,然后冷却,得到精纯糖液,此时糖液的浓度为97%-99%;
6)二次过滤:采用渗透膜对精纯糖液进行二次过滤;
7)结晶:将精纯糖液采用重结晶的方式获得医用级葡萄糖。
2.如权利要求1所述的葡萄糖分离纯化方法,其特征在于,步骤7中,通过结晶机和离心机实现重结晶功能。
