It should be noted that the filter membrane 4 is of a nylon mesh structure, and the cell filter is made of plastic except for the filter membrane 4.

When in actual use, firstly the cover 1 is unscrewed, the marrow fluid is washed into the upper collector 2 by a syringe, the bone marrow cells are blown uniformly by a disposable dropper in the upper collector 2, then the valve 3 is opened, the cell suspension enters the filtering area 6, flows into the lower collector 5 after being filtered by the filter membrane 4, the lower collector 5 is unscrewed, and the filtered single-cell suspension is sucked and planted into a culture bottle/culture dish. Therefore, the cell filter can complete blowing, filtering and collecting at one time, is simple and convenient to operate, reduces the possibility of pollution and better meets the aseptic requirement.
