Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating leucoderma and application thereof.
Background
Vitiligo is a relatively common acquired pigmentary skin disease and is characterized by complete loss of pigment from local or generalized skin mucous membranes. Due to the loss of melanocyte function of the skin, but the mechanism is not clear. All parts of the body can occur, usually around the back of the fingers, wrists, forearms, face, neck and genitals.
The pathogenesis of the leucoderma is not clear, and the pathogenesis of the leucoderma is considered to be genetic, autoimmune, insufficient or lack of copper elements in a body, mental factors, self-destruction of melanocytes, trauma, sunlight solarization and other reasons. The current common treatment methods comprise hormone treatment, local treatment, transplantation treatment, immunosuppressant and vitamin D3 derivative, mainly aims at relieving symptoms, is difficult to completely cure the white class, and does not have a specific medicine and an ideal treatment method.
The traditional Chinese medicine has profound profuse traditional Chinese medicine treatment, stronger pertinence of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, can comprehensively improve the overall health degree of patients, can improve the clinical curative effect and effectively reduce the recurrence risk, and has high medicine safety. The traditional Chinese medicine takes overall view and treatment based on syndrome differentiation as the center, and gradually shows obvious advantages in the treatment of the disease. Therefore, the research and development of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating leucoderma or inhibiting leucoderma has important significance.

Detailed Description
The following examples are given for the detailed implementation and specific operation of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
Example 1
A Chinese medicinal composition for treating vitiligo comprises: 60 g of angelica, 30 g of liquorice, 30 g of pseudo-ginseng, 30 g of caltrop, 20 g of magnetite, 20 g of native copper and 30 g of cortex dictamni.
Vitiligo is a common acquired depigmentation skin mucosa disease, the pathogenesis of the vitiligo is not completely clear at present, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the vitiligo is adopted from 1 month in 2012 to 12 months in 2020. Respectively making into paste (decocting the Chinese medicinal materials in water for 3 hr, filtering, concentrating the filtrate to thick paste, adding Mel, decocting with slow fire, stirring, and making into pill by pulling flag or dripping water, and children take No. 1 capsule (each capsule contains 0.3 g of fine powder) twice a day or grinding into superfine powder for patients of different ages.
Data and method
(1) Clinical data
166 patients with stationary phase vitiligo vulgaris all come from the outpatient clinic of our hospital and are divided into two groups: the group of children comprises 68 children, 30 men and 38 women, the average age is 6.5 years (3 to 14 years), and the average course of disease is 1.3 years (1 month to 3.2 years). 98 adults, 40 men and 58 women have the average age of 38.2 years (18 to 59 years) and the average course of disease of 3.2 years (2 months to 6 years). Two groups of patients have no cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, digestive system diseases and urinary system diseases, no endocrine diseases and sunlight sensitivity diseases, patients with skin tumor diseases, cataract and glaucoma, and patients in pregnancy and lactation period, and no systemic medicine or external medicine treatment is available 8 weeks before clinical observation. (2) Method of treatment
The ointment formula is orally administered to 68 cases of children, 2 times per day, and 3-5 ml each time. In adult group, 98 capsules are orally taken 2 times a day, 4 capsules each time.
(3) Observation method and therapeutic effect judgment standard
Before and after the treatment of the patients, at the 4 th, 8 th, 12 th, 16 th and 20 th weeks, follow-up visits are carried out, and the curative effect and the adverse reaction are observed and recorded. The judgment standard of the curative effect is as follows: basically, the white spot of the patient is completely removed, and the normal skin color is recovered; the obvious effect means that the white spot part of the affected part is removed or reduced, and the area for recovering normal skin color accounts for more than or equal to 50 percent of the area of skin damage; improvement: the white spot of the affected part is removed or reduced, and the area of recovered normal skin color accounts for 10 to 49 percent of the area of skin damage; and (4) invalidation: the white spots are not regenerated by pigment or the skin damage area is not increased; the total effective rate is measured by the basic cure rate, the obvious effective rate and the improvement rate.
(4) Results
Group of children 68 cases: 38 cases are cured, the obvious effect is 12 cases, 10 cases are improved, the ineffective effect is 8 cases, and the effective rate is 88.2 percent;
adult group 98 cases: the traditional Chinese medicine composition has 46 cured cases, obvious effect of 18 cases, improvement of 10 cases and no effect of 24 cases, and the effective rate is 75.5 percent.
The curative effect grades of two groups of patients are compared, wherein the total effective rate of the children group is 88.2 percent, the total effective rate of the adults group is 75.5 percent, and the total effective rate of the children group is superior to that of the adults group.
(5) Adverse reaction
The patients in both children and adults have no adverse reaction.
