Curative effect judgment criteria:
and (3) healing: symptoms of the black eye bag disappear, and the patients with no recurrence over 1 week are clinically cured.
The method is effective: a reduction in symptoms of a pouch selected from any one or more of the following effective characteristics:
a) The eyelid edema area is reduced by more than or equal to 15 percent;
b) The area of the black halo is reduced by more than or equal to 15 percent;
c) The skin at the black halo part has light color.
The method for measuring the skin color of the black halo part comprises the following steps: skin melanin and heme content was measured using a skin melanin and heme tester (Mexameter MX18, manufactured by CK company, germany). Wherein the melanin level is characterized by an MI value and the heme content by an EI value, the lower the measurement value, the lower the melanin and heme content, i.e. the whiter the skin. In the present invention, a 20% decrease in MI or EI is considered effective, i.e., as a lightening of the skin at the site of the blush.
Invalidation: the symptoms of the pouch were not significantly changed.
4. Statistics of treatment outcome
