In the invention, the sausage fruit is the dried mature fruit of the leguminous plant, namely the Cansia ficula L, which has the effects of clearing liver heat, detoxication, detumescence and purgation; is used for treating hepatitis, liver poisoning, constipation, and limb swelling.
Bai Zhu is sweet and spicy in flavor, warm in nature, ascending and descending, yang and yin in middle energizer, and nontoxic. Enters the meridians of the heart, spleen, stomach, kidneys and triple energizer. Has effects in removing dampness, promoting digestion, invigorating qi, strengthening yin, and benefiting qi of waist and umbilicus. Is mainly used for treating spleen deficiency, anorexia, abdominal distention, diarrhea, phlegm retention, dizziness, palpitation, edema, spontaneous perspiration and fetal movement.
Sheng Lian Cao is neutral in nature and sweet in flavor, and enters heart, lung, spleen and stomach meridians. Has effects in invigorating spleen, replenishing qi, clearing away heat and toxic materials, eliminating phlegm, relieving cough, relieving spasm, relieving pain, and regulating the functions of the materials. Can be used for treating weakness of spleen and stomach, listlessness, debilitation, palpitation, short breath, cough with excessive phlegm, abdominal pain, limb spasm, carbuncle, swelling, sore and toxic materials, and relieving drug toxicity and intensity.

In the invention, the times of water decoction are 2-3 times. In the invention, the effective components in the traditional Chinese medicine can be fully dissolved by decoction, which is beneficial to the effective components to exert the efficacy.
In the invention, the ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine composition to the water is 1:2-4 when the traditional Chinese medicine composition is decocted in water.
In the invention, the water decoction time is 0.5-4 h. In the invention, as an implementation mode, the time for the first water decoction of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is 2-4 hours; the second time of water decoction of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is 0.5-2 h; the third time of water decoction time of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is 0.5-1 h. In the present invention, the conditions for the concentration under reduced pressure are both within the above-mentioned ranges. The invention adopts reduced pressure concentration to further promote the dissolution of the effective components, is beneficial to the extraction of the thermosensitive effective components, and effectively shortens the time.
The invention provides an application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition or the traditional Chinese medicine composition obtained by the preparation method in medicines for treating constipation of children and/or senile constipation. A traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating constipation comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 parts of sausage fruit, 10 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 4 parts of raw licorice, 2 parts of bunge cherry seed, 2 parts of black sesame and 2 parts of cistanche deserticola.
Example 2
A traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating constipation comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of sausage fruit, 20 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 12 parts of raw licorice, 8 parts of bunge cherry seed, 5 parts of black sesame and 5 parts of cistanche deserticola.

A traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating constipation comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85 parts of sausage fruit, 5 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 3 parts of raw licorice, 2 parts of bunge cherry seed, 2 parts of black sesame and 3 parts of cistanche deserticola.

A preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating constipation comprises the following steps: weighing the traditional Chinese medicine composition according to the formula of the embodiment 1, grinding, sieving with a 150-mesh sieve, adding 3 times of volume of water, decocting for three times, wherein the first time is 3 hours, the second time is 1 hour, the third time is 0.5 hour, and merging decoctions; concentrating under reduced pressure at 70deg.C and 0.06MPa to obtain extract, adding 75% ethanol, stirring, standing, filtering, concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure at 70deg.C and 0.06MPa to obtain concentrated solution, recovering ethanol, filtering the concentrated solution, and adding sucrose to obtain oral preparation.

200 constipation patients were selected and randomly divided into 50 patients in treatment 1, 50 patients in treatment 2, 50 patients in treatment 3 and 50 patients in control.
