Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to coenzyme Q10 skin care gel for moisturizing, wrinkle removing and whitening and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The dry skin is mainly characterized by tight skin, dry and desquamation of individual parts, and itching of the whole body after bathing, and the phenomena are related to age increase, climate change, insufficient sleep, overfatigue, overheating bath water, strong alkalinity of washing products and the like. The skin is the natural coat of human body and is divided into three major parts of epidermis, dermis and hypodermis from outside to inside, and the epidermis is divided into stratum corneum, stratum lucidum, stratum granulosum, acanthosphere and stratum basale. The stratum corneum, the outermost layer of the skin, plays an important role in the integrity of the skin barrier function. A sebum membrane is formed on the horny layer, and is a semitransparent milky membrane formed by emulsifying sebum, sweat and epidermal cell secretion, and free fatty acid, lactate, urea and uric acid in the sebum membrane are natural moisturizing factors and play a role in moisturizing the skin. The horny layer and the sebum membrane can prevent the loss of skin moisture, and under normal conditions, the water content of the horny layer is about 10 percent, and the water-deficient skin is formed when the water content is lower than the level; skin dryness occurs due to lack of water, and is mainly caused by impaired proliferation and differentiation of keratinocytes, reduced lipid content and reduced hydration, mainly occurs in the epidermis layer, while the dermis layer and subcutaneous tissues are not affected. Skin dryness is mainly caused by alterations in the structure of the stratum corneum of the epidermis and by disturbances in the skin barrier function.
The epidermal barrier of the skin is composed of two functional components: a cellular protein matrix consisting of interconnected keratinocytes arranged in layers and keratinocytes in the outermost layer; second is intercellular lipids. Damage to either component of the epidermis leads to increased transepidermal water loss, leading to xeroderma, manifesting as dry skin, desquamation, roughness, fine fissures, and itching, with normal stratum corneum water content of 20% to 35% and below 10% with marked xeroderma. The keratinocyte and natural moisturizing factor are used, the keratinocyte is constantly and regularly renewed, and can penetrate through all layers from the lowest layer to be finally shed, when the moisture is sufficient, the undegraded desmosomes are stripped, and the keratinocyte on the surface is separated and shed. Unlike normal skin, dry skin exhibits retention of keratinocyte desmosomes in the normally exfoliated stratum corneum, resulting in a rapid exfoliation of thin flakes or scale-like keratinocytes that can be visibly seen, which is not detectable in single cell exfoliation. The function of the epidermal barrier is damaged, the organism has an automatic repair function, the repair function is called as the physiological repair of the epidermal barrier, if a self-balance signal associated with the function of repairing the epidermal barrier is started, the self-repair function of the epidermal barrier can be started through the synthesis of grease, coenzyme Q10 in the human body plays an important role in the skin repair, the normal functions of two components of the epidermal barrier can be maintained and ensured, and the integrity, the water balance, the hydration and the shedding of aged cutin of the skin are ensured.
Therefore, the coenzyme Q10 is very promising in application in developing skin care products with moisturizing and wrinkle removing functions.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide coenzyme Q10 skin-care gel for moisturizing, wrinkle-removing and whitening and a preparation method thereof.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a coenzyme Q10 skin-care gel for moisturizing, wrinkle removing and whitening skin comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100.03-0.20 part of coenzyme Q, 1.0-3.0 parts of ganoderma lucidum spore oil, 0.1-3 parts of melatonin, 0.05-0.10 part of vitamin E, 1.0-3.0 parts of hexapeptide, 0.1-0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.2-0.6 part of allantoin, 0.1-0.3 part of betaine, 0.1-0.3 part of taurine, 60.1-0.3 part of vitamin B, 0.3-1.0 part of 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid ether, 0.4-1.0 part of xanthan gum, 3-8 parts of butanediol, 1.0-3.0 parts of polyoxyethylene 100 stearate, 1-2 parts of cetearyl glucoside, 0.1-0.5 part of polyoxyethylene stearate ether, 1.0-3.0 part of hexadecanol, 1.0-3.0 part of glycerol stearate, 3.0 parts of cyclopentasidiomethylsiloxane, 3.0-5.0 parts of squalane and 0-0 part of water.
In the skin, coenzyme Q10 is present not only in living cells, but also in skin surface lipids, which are part of the stratum corneum, forming the outermost barrier of the skin. Skin surface lipids consist of a mixture of sebum secreted by sebaceous glands and lipids mainly derived from keratinocytes. Because of their location on the skin surface, skin surface lipids are often exposed to ultraviolet radiation, air pollution, chemical oxidants and microbial contamination. Studies have shown that skin surface lipid coenzyme Q10 levels decrease with age and also after in vitro uv irradiation. The structural changes of the stratum corneum are the main cause of skin dryness, and the main components of the stratum corneum are structural proteins, intercellular lipids, natural moisturizing factors and enzyme systems. The barrier function of the skin and the hydration of the stratum corneum are largely dependent on the levels of lipids and natural moisturizing factors in the stratum corneum. Research shows that after the skin is treated by the external liniment containing the coenzyme Q10, the content of the coenzyme Q10 in skin surface lipid is obviously improved, and the content of the coenzyme Q10 in the skin surface lipid cannot be improved by taking a large amount of the coenzyme Q10 orally. This demonstrates that coenzyme Q10 supplementation by external preparations can directly counteract the short-term environmental stress-induced and age-related coenzyme Q10 deficiency on the skin surface. In particular, young people with normal coenzyme Q10 values may benefit because spontaneously occurring external oxidative stress may be neutralized rapidly by coenzyme Q10. Coenzyme Q10 supplementation is also a significant benefit in the elderly population where skin is already aging. Therefore, it is advantageous to use a coenzyme Q10 containing formulation to protect the outermost skin layer for any age of skin. Studies with coenzyme Q10 have also shown that topical application of Q10 to the skin can penetrate the skin, be metabolically converted, exert an antioxidant effect and can maintain cellular energy levels. These effects are not only beneficial to the elderly suffering from Q10 deficiency, but also may supplement the Q10 levels that are lost over time. People of all ages can be treated with the formula containing Q10 on a regular basis to more effectively combat short-term damage due to uv radiation and stress, and to promote long-term anti-aging effects on the skin.
Ganoderma spore is the extremely fine granule ejected from pileus of Ganoderma in mature period, and is the germ cell of Ganoderma. A process for extracting ganoderma spore oil from ganoderma spore wall includes such steps as supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction to obtain ganoderma spore oil, which contains fatty acids, unsaturated fatty acids including oleic acid, linoleic acid, palmitoleic acid, linolenic acid, saturated fatty acids including stearic acid, palmitic acid, etc, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction to obtain 5 compounds including dibutyl terephthalate, ergosta-4, 6, 8(14) -22-tetraen-3-one, ergosta-7, 22-dien-3 beta-ol, monoglyceryl tetracosanoate and palmitic acid. The research on the antioxidation and the anti-aging of the ganoderma lucidum spore oil proves that the ganoderma lucidum spore oil has stronger scavenging capacity on NaNO2, DPPH free radicals and superoxide anion free radicals and has an obvious dose effect relationship; research on anti-aging effect of model mice with aging caused by D-galactose shows that the ganoderma lucidum spore oil can improve spleen index, thymus index, SOD and CAT activity of the mice and has an anti-oxidation function; can promote the expression of C3mRNA and inhibit the expression of P21mRNA, supposedly enhance the biological defense reaction of the C3 complement pathway of a model mouse, possibly be one of the mechanisms of improving the immunity of an aged mouse by ganoderma lucidum spore oil, and change the expression of an inhibitory factor P21 by down-regulating the expression of P21mRNA, possibly be one of the anti-aging mechanisms of the ganoderma lucidum spore oil. Researchers observe the effects of the ganoderan on the oxidation resistance and the skin aging delaying of the skin tissues of mice aged by D-galactose. 2-month-old Kunming mice are randomly divided into a normal group, an aging model group, a vitamin E group and a ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide group, and the last 3 groups are injected with D-galactose subcutaneously. Establishing a mouse aging model, simultaneously, intragastrically administering physiological saline, vitamin E (250 mg.kg < -1 >) and ganoderan (250 mg.kg < -1 >) every day, taking the back skin of the mouse after 42 days as a pathological section, observing the change of skin tissue morphology, detecting the thickness of epidermis and dermis, and determining the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the expression level of CuZn-SOD mRNA in the skin.
As a result, the thicknesses (mum) of the epidermis and the dermis of the mice in the aging model group are obviously thinner than those in the normal group, and the thicknesses of the epidermis and the dermis of the mice in the vitamin E group and the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide group are obviously thicker than those in the aging model group. Histopathology shows that, compared with the aging model group, the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide group has good epidermal structure, thickened dermis, clear boundary of epidermis and dermis, clear basement membrane, evenly distributed dermal collagen fiber, even and compact nuclear chromosome, abundant subcutaneous fat and normal hair follicle and gland. Compared with normal mice, the skin SOD activity of the mice of the aging model group is obviously reduced, the enzyme activity can be obviously recovered by both the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide and the vitamin E, and the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is stronger than the vitamin E. In addition, the cycle threshold (Ct) of CuZn-SOD mRNA expression in the skin of the ganoderan mice is obviously reduced. The results show that the ganoderan can increase the thickness of epidermis and dermis of aged mice, improve the structure of skin tissues and increase the level of antioxidase in the skin tissues. The research finds that the coenzyme Q10 is dissolved into the ganoderma lucidum spore oil, the coenzyme Q10 can fully play the roles of supplementing and repairing skin lipid components and has an important moisturizing effect on the skin, the composition has good film-forming property, a compact film can be formed on the surface of the skin, the water loss on the surface of the skin is reduced, the hydration effect of the stratum corneum is enhanced, the water locking effect is achieved, and the skin moisturizing cosmetic prepared for external use has a good curative effect.
