Abstract

Description

安全带扣
本发明涉及一种用于有座带预器的带系统的安全带扣，该预紧器对带扣起作用。
该带扣，即所谓一种有预紧器防护的带扣可由DE3929114A1中知道，它装有一平衡块，以平衡因急剧加速或减速而引起的惯性力，从而防止发生随意开扣现象。平衡块构成以枢轴式装在带扣架上的一个杠杆臂，带有另一杠杆臂的杠杆作用在带扣的脱扣钮上，该钮滑动装在扣架上。
本发明是基于对高安全裕度带扣的需要而设计的，以便即使在急剧加速或急剧减速的条件下，以及考虑到公差及老化的作用，能可靠的防止开扣。
根据本发明，一种安全带扣被设计成带有一卡爪，它装在承重架上，在其打开及关闭位置间可以移动。在关闭位置处，它作用在插式舌片上，脱扣钮滑装在带扣架上，按压它能将卡爪推到打开位置。平衡块构成以枢轴式装在带扣架上的杠杆的一个臂，根据此点，上述带扣的特点在于有两个在其滑动方向上相互分开的限位挡块，及杆杠，该杠杆有第一个杆臂，其自由端与脱扣钮的第一个限位挡块相对，和第二个杆臂，其自由端与脱扣钮的第二个限位挡块相对。
在本方案中，平衡块在带扣加速及减速过程中，一般起着同样的有效作用，通过选择合适的重心及尺寸来实现惯性力的过平衡，过平衡将会带来很大的预想安全裕度。
从下述两种设计的描述及参考图，可看出本发明的特点及优点，该图是：

图1表示安全带扣的主要构件。在承重架10上有一条用于插式舌片的导入通道，与导入通道成直角的卡爪12滑动装在架10上。当插式舌片插入通道内时，卡爪12通过插式舌片中的开口起作用。此外，在架10上，纵向滑动装着脱扣钮14，按压脱扣钮，卡爪12可能被推入它的打开位置。
此外，杠杆16绕着轴18以枢轴方式装在架10上。该杠杆16包括两个凸块16a及16b，它们横向彼此分开，但通过轴18相互刚性连接起来，这两凸块一起作为平衡块，此外，在凸块16a及16b的对面是杠杆16上的两个杠杆臂16c及16d。
在脱扣钮14上有两个限制挡块14a及14b，它们沿着脱扣钮的滑动方向彼此是分开的。它们之间的距离是这样的，极限挡块14a及14b位于架10的纵向上，在杠杆16c及16d的自由端的两侧，故自由端与限制挡块14a及14b相对，且与它们间有很小的距离。
图1表示弹簧20将杠杆16偏压向起始位置。
杠杆16用于平衡带扣剧烈加速或减速时，在脱扣钮14处产生的惯性力，尤其是张紧器对座带进行张紧时产生的力，该张紧器对带扣发生作用并使其移向车辆的地板。在脱扣钮14正常使用时，限位挡块14a碰撞在杠杆臂16c的自由端上，使后者产生顺时针方向摆动。因后限位挡块14b与脱扣钮14的位置变换，杠杆臂16d自由端处无任何障碍，故脱扣钮14可无阻碍地动作。
图3a表示扣带沿箭头A的方向加速情况下惯性力的示意图。由于惯性力，脱扣钮14有向箭头反方向移动的趋势。考虑到杠杆臂16c和16d以及凸块16a和16b后，杠杆16的重心为S。重心位置低于轴18，故杠杆16趋向于沿逆时针方向摆动，如图3a所示。本杆臂16c的自由端碰撞限位挡块14a，这样就阻止了脱扣钮14沿箭头A的反方向运动。
当沿着反方向B加速的情况下，如图3b所示，杠杆16有向顺时针方向摆动的趋势。因此，带惯性力的杠杆16，借助于杠杆臂16d与限位挡块14b相碰，抵挡住脱扣钮14沿着与加速方向B相反的方向运动。因此在沿着与方向A相反的B方向产生剧烈加速时，脱扣钮也被阻止了。通过决定凸块16a及16b的适当尺寸，并考虑重心S的位置，可以实现过平衡补偿。这样由杠杆16产生的阻挡力比需克服的脱扣钮14的惯性力要大。
图4及图5表示第二种实例，在带扣架10上也装有一个带枢轴的卡爪12。销形锁件22滑装在与架10导入通道平行的平面上，通过它可有选择性地让爪12处于关闭或脱开位置。除了螺栓12的间接锁紧外，此种带扣与第一种设计所描述的带扣相当，其功能与上述描述的类型相似。

Claims (3)

1.安全带扣，带有安装在承重架(10)上的，在打开及关闭位置间可以移动的卡爪(12)，当在其关闭位置时，它作用在一个插式舌片上，一个滑动装在架上的脱扣钮(14)，它的作用是将卡爪推向打开位置，并有一平衡块，它做为以枢轴式装在带扣架上的杠杆(16)的一个臂，上述带扣的特征在于脱扣钮(14)具有两个限位挡块(14a，14b)，该挡块在它们的滑动方向上是彼此分开的，其间为杠杆(16)，杠杆(16)具有第一杠杆臂(16c)，其自由端与脱扣钮的第一限位挡块(14a)相对，和第二杠杆臂(16d)，其自由端与脱扣钮的第二限位挡块(14b)相对。
2.权利要求1所述的带扣，其特征在于：分配在两平行臂(16a，16b)上的平衡块，通过杠杆的枢轴将其互相连接起来。
3.上述权利要求中的任何1条所述的带扣，其特征在于：杠杆由一弹簧(20)将其压向起始位置。
