Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于有座带预器的带系统的安全带扣,该预紧器对带扣起作用。
该带扣,即所谓一种有预紧器防护的带扣可由DE3929114A1中知道,它装有一平衡块,以平衡因急剧加速或减速而引起的惯性力,从而防止发生随意开扣现象。平衡块构成以枢轴式装在带扣架上的一个杠杆臂,带有另一杠杆臂的杠杆作用在带扣的脱扣钮上,该钮滑动装在扣架上。
本发明是基于对高安全裕度带扣的需要而设计的,以便即使在急剧加速或急剧减速的条件下,以及考虑到公差及老化的作用,能可靠的防止开扣。
根据本发明,一种安全带扣被设计成带有一卡爪,它装在承重架上,在其打开及关闭位置间可以移动。在关闭位置处,它作用在插式舌片上,脱扣钮滑装在带扣架上,按压它能将卡爪推到打开位置。平衡块构成以枢轴式装在带扣架上的杠杆的一个臂,根据此点,上述带扣的特点在于有两个在其滑动方向上相互分开的限位挡块,及杆杠,该杠杆有第一个杆臂,其自由端与脱扣钮的第一个限位挡块相对,和第二个杆臂,其自由端与脱扣钮的第二个限位挡块相对。
在本方案中,平衡块在带扣加速及减速过程中,一般起着同样的有效作用,通过选择合适的重心及尺寸来实现惯性力的过平衡,过平衡将会带来很大的预想安全裕度。
从下述两种设计的描述及参考图,可看出本发明的特点及优点,该图是:

图1表示安全带扣的主要构件。在承重架10上有一条用于插式舌片的导入通道,与导入通道成直角的卡爪12滑动装在架10上。当插式舌片插入通道内时,卡爪12通过插式舌片中的开口起作用。此外,在架10上,纵向滑动装着脱扣钮14,按压脱扣钮,卡爪12可能被推入它的打开位置。
此外,杠杆16绕着轴18以枢轴方式装在架10上。该杠杆16包括两个凸块16a及16b,它们横向彼此分开,但通过轴18相互刚性连接起来,这两凸块一起作为平衡块,此外,在凸块16a及16b的对面是杠杆16上的两个杠杆臂16c及16d。
在脱扣钮14上有两个限制挡块14a及14b,它们沿着脱扣钮的滑动方向彼此是分开的。它们之间的距离是这样的,极限挡块14a及14b位于架10的纵向上,在杠杆16c及16d的自由端的两侧,故自由端与限制挡块14a及14b相对,且与它们间有很小的距离。
图1表示弹簧20将杠杆16偏压向起始位置。
杠杆16用于平衡带扣剧烈加速或减速时,在脱扣钮14处产生的惯性力,尤其是张紧器对座带进行张紧时产生的力,该张紧器对带扣发生作用并使其移向车辆的地板。在脱扣钮14正常使用时,限位挡块14a碰撞在杠杆臂16c的自由端上,使后者产生顺时针方向摆动。因后限位挡块14b与脱扣钮14的位置变换,杠杆臂16d自由端处无任何障碍,故脱扣钮14可无阻碍地动作。
图3a表示扣带沿箭头A的方向加速情况下惯性力的示意图。由于惯性力,脱扣钮14有向箭头反方向移动的趋势。考虑到杠杆臂16c和16d以及凸块16a和16b后,杠杆16的重心为S。重心位置低于轴18,故杠杆16趋向于沿逆时针方向摆动,如图3a所示。本杆臂16c的自由端碰撞限位挡块14a,这样就阻止了脱扣钮14沿箭头A的反方向运动。
当沿着反方向B加速的情况下,如图3b所示,杠杆16有向顺时针方向摆动的趋势。因此,带惯性力的杠杆16,借助于杠杆臂16d与限位挡块14b相碰,抵挡住脱扣钮14沿着与加速方向B相反的方向运动。因此在沿着与方向A相反的B方向产生剧烈加速时,脱扣钮也被阻止了。通过决定凸块16a及16b的适当尺寸,并考虑重心S的位置,可以实现过平衡补偿。这样由杠杆16产生的阻挡力比需克服的脱扣钮14的惯性力要大。
图4及图5表示第二种实例,在带扣架10上也装有一个带枢轴的卡爪12。销形锁件22滑装在与架10导入通道平行的平面上,通过它可有选择性地让爪12处于关闭或脱开位置。除了螺栓12的间接锁紧外,此种带扣与第一种设计所描述的带扣相当,其功能与上述描述的类型相似。
Claims (3)
1.安全带扣,带有安装在承重架(10)上的,在打开及关闭位置间可以移动的卡爪(12),当在其关闭位置时,它作用在一个插式舌片上,一个滑动装在架上的脱扣钮(14),它的作用是将卡爪推向打开位置,并有一平衡块,它做为以枢轴式装在带扣架上的杠杆(16)的一个臂,上述带扣的特征在于脱扣钮(14)具有两个限位挡块(14a,14b),该挡块在它们的滑动方向上是彼此分开的,其间为杠杆(16),杠杆(16)具有第一杠杆臂(16c),其自由端与脱扣钮的第一限位挡块(14a)相对,和第二杠杆臂(16d),其自由端与脱扣钮的第二限位挡块(14b)相对。
2.权利要求1所述的带扣,其特征在于:分配在两平行臂(16a,16b)上的平衡块,通过杠杆的枢轴将其互相连接起来。
3.上述权利要求中的任何1条所述的带扣,其特征在于:杠杆由一弹簧(20)将其压向起始位置。
