Abstract

本发明涉及一种疏水自洁粉末涂料及其制备方法,它由粉末树脂、石松孢子粉、固化剂、助剂和填料组成,其中,按质量百分含量计,粉末树脂用量为总质量的45%‑85%,石松孢子粉用量为总质量的1%‑20%,固化剂用量为总质量的2%‑10%,助剂用量为总质量的0.5%‑5%,填料用量为总质量的3%‑20%。本发明公开的粉末涂料疏水环保,可作为自洁粉末涂料和防腐防锈粉末涂料使用,具有良好的经济效益。

一种疏水自洁粉末涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及粉末涂料技术领域,具体涉及到一种疏水自洁粉末涂料及其制备方法。
技术背景
近年来,随着环保要求的提高,人们对涂料VOC气体的排放也越来越重视。粉末涂料相比溶剂型涂料和水性涂料,不含溶剂,不释放VOC,是一种新型的绿色环保涂料。粉末涂料具有附着力强、硬度高、耐磨性好等优点,广泛用于现代工业制品中,粉末涂料具有较好的装饰性能,但是其耐污、防腐、自洁性能还有待于近一步的提高。
目前绝大部分的自洁粉末涂料是通过使用含氟化合物来提高耐污疏水性能,成本较高,不利于大规模推广。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明目的在于提供了一种简单经济的疏水自洁粉末涂料。
发明的再一目的在于:提供一种疏水自洁粉末涂料的制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术案实现:一种疏水自洁粉末涂料,以粉末树脂为主要成膜物质,使用石松孢子粉来提高粉末涂料的疏水性能,按质量百分含量计,包括占总质量45%-85%的粉末树脂、占总质量1%-20%的石松孢子粉、占总质量2%-10%的固化剂、占总质量0.5%-5%的助剂和占总质量3%-20%的填料,其中,所述的粉末树脂为热固性环氧树脂、热固性聚酯树脂、热固性聚氨酯树脂和热固性丙烯酸酯树脂的一种或多种;所述的助剂包括流平剂、分散剂、促进剂、偶联剂和消泡剂的至少一种。
进一步的,所述的疏水自洁粉末涂料,它由占总质量45%-85%的端羧基聚酯树脂,占总质量1%-20%的石松孢子粉,占总质量2%-10%的异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC),占总质量0.5%-5%的助剂和占总质量3%-20%的填料组成。
在上述方案基础上,所述的疏水自洁粉末涂料,填料为疏水二氧化硅、高岭土、滑石粉、钛白粉、纳米碳酸钙和膨润土的至少一种。
所述的疏水自洁粉末涂料的制备方法,它通过以下步骤制备得到:
步骤一 :将占总质量45%-85%的粉末树脂,占总质量1%-20%的石松孢子粉,占总质量2%-10%的固化剂,占总质量0.5%-5%的助剂和占总质量3%-20%的填料加入高速混合机内进行预混合;
步骤二:将混合后的物料送入挤出机熔融挤出,将熔融挤出物冷却后压片,破碎;
步骤三:将破碎物料进行微细粉碎,过筛后得到疏水自洁粉末涂料。
本发明使用的石松孢子粉是一种植物来源的淡黄色粉末,无吸湿性,具有疏水性,在显微镜下观察的孢子具有细小六角形的蜂窝状网膜,可提高粉末涂料表面的粗糙度,提高粉末涂料的疏水自洁性能,且能够隔绝水分入侵,具有良好的防锈防腐性能。配合添加一定的助剂和填料改善涂料性能和疏水性能,在提高疏水自洁性能的同时,具有良好的经济性,可作为疏水自洁粉末涂料大规模推广应用。
具体实施方式
以下具体实施案例是对本发明的进一步说明,但不对本发明造成任何限制。
实施例1
一种疏水自洁粉末涂料,按下述方法制备:
步骤一 :将77%的粉末树脂端羧基聚酯树脂、10%的石松孢子粉、7%的固化剂异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯、3%的助剂流平剂、1%的消泡剂和2%的填料疏水纳米二氧化硅加入高速混合机预混合;然后,
步骤二,将混合后的物料送入螺杆挤出机熔融挤出、压片、冷却、破碎;
步骤三:将破碎物料进行微细粉碎,过筛后得到疏水自洁粉末涂料。
实施例2
一种疏水自洁粉末涂料,按下述方法制备:
步骤一:将70%的热固性环氧树脂、15%的石松孢子粉、4%的双氰胺固化剂、1%的咪唑促进剂、1%的流平剂、6%的高岭土和3%的钛白粉经高速混合机预混合;然后,
步骤二:将混合后的物料送入螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,压片,冷却,破碎;
步骤三,将破碎物料进行微细粉碎,微细粉碎过筛后得到得到疏水自洁粉末涂料。
实施例3
一种疏水自洁粉末涂料,按下述方法制备:
步骤一:将60%的端羧基聚酯树脂、15%的有机硅改性羟基丙烯酸树脂、10%的石松孢子粉、7%的固化剂、3%的流平剂、3%的钛白粉和2%的滑石粉经高速混合机预混合;然后,
步骤二:将混合后的物料送入螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,压片,冷却,破碎;
步骤三,将破碎物料进行微细粉碎,微细粉碎过筛后得到得到疏水自洁粉末涂料。
将实施例中的粉末涂料通过静电喷涂设备涂覆在100*100mm的金属片上,然后在180±5℃下烘烤20min,性能测试结果如下:

本发明的疏水自洁粉末涂料具有较好的疏水自洁性,不使用含氟物质,同时具备良好的防锈防腐性能。

Claims (7)

1.一种疏水自洁粉末涂料,其特征在于,以粉末树脂为主要成膜物质,使用石松孢子粉来提高粉末涂料的疏水性能,按质量百分含量计,包括占总质量45%-85%的粉末树脂、占总质量1%-20%的石松孢子粉、占总质量2%-10%的固化剂、占总质量0.5%-5%的助剂和占总质量3%-20%的填料,其中,所述的粉末树脂为热固性环氧树脂、热固性聚酯树脂、热固性聚氨酯树脂和热固性丙烯酸酯树脂的一种或多种;所述的助剂包括流平剂、分散剂、促进剂、偶联剂和消泡剂中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1或2所述的疏水自洁粉末涂料,其特征在于,由占总质量45%-85%的端羧基聚酯树脂,占总质量1%-20%的石松孢子粉,占总质量2%-10%的异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC),占总质量0.5%-5%的助剂和占总质量3%-20%的填料组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的疏水自洁粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述的填料为疏水二氧化硅、高岭土、滑石粉、钛白粉、纳米碳酸钙和膨润土的至少一种。
4.一种根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的疏水自洁粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一 :将占总质量45%-85%的粉末树脂,占总质量1%-20%的石松孢子粉,占总质量2%-10%的固化剂,占总质量0.5%-5%的助剂和占总质量2%-20%的填料加入高速混合机内进行预混合;
步骤二:将混合后的物料送入挤出机熔融挤出,将熔融挤出物冷却后压片,破碎;
步骤三:将破碎物料进行微细粉碎,过筛后得到疏水自洁粉末涂料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的疏水自洁粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,按下述方法制备:
步骤一 :将77%的粉末树脂端羧基聚酯树脂、10%的石松孢子粉、7%的固化剂异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯、3%的助剂流平剂、1%的消泡剂和2%的填料疏水纳米二氧化硅加入高速混合机预混合;然后,
步骤二,将混合后的物料送入螺杆挤出机熔融挤出、压片、冷却、破碎;
步骤三:将破碎物料进行微细粉碎,过筛后得到疏水自洁粉末涂料。
6.根据权利要求4所述的疏水自洁粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,按下述方法制备:
步骤一:将70%的热固性环氧树脂、15%的石松孢子粉、4%的双氰胺固化剂、1%的咪唑促进剂、1%的流平剂、6%的高岭土和3%的钛白粉经高速混合机预混合;然后,
步骤二:将混合后的物料送入螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,压片,冷却,破碎;
步骤三,将破碎物料进行微细粉碎,微细粉碎过筛后得到得到疏水自洁粉末涂料。
7.根据权利要求4所述的疏水自洁粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,按下述方法制备:
步骤一:将60%的端羧基聚酯树脂、15%的有机硅改性羟基丙烯酸树脂、10%的石松孢子粉、7%的固化剂、3%的流平剂、3%的钛白粉和2%的滑石粉经高速混合机预混合;然后,
步骤二:将混合后的物料送入螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,压片,冷却,破碎;
步骤三,将破碎物料进行微细粉碎,微细粉碎过筛后得到得到疏水自洁粉末涂料。
