According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the material covering device 300 includes a material covering hopper 31, a material covering screw 32, an operation rod 33 and a material guide chute 34, the auxiliary material hopper 31 is connected to the material guide chute 34, and a lower end of the material guide chute 34 extends into the septic tank 200 and extends to below the toilet 100, the material covering screw 32 is provided at a lower outlet of the material covering hopper 31, and the operation rod 33 is connected to the material covering screw 32. Specifically, when the user is like the lavatory, the baffle 11 of the uncovered department in stool pot 100 below is opened, the user is like the lavatory after, baffle 11 is closed, it is rotatory to drive material covering spiral 32 through rotating action bars 33, the additive that will hold in covering hopper 31 is supplied with to the below of stool pot 100 and is covered the excrement and dirt along baffle box 34, make additive and excrement and dirt ferment in manure storage tank 200, and is simple and convenient, similar with the operation of water-washed formula lavatory, do not change like the lavatory custom, the additive can realize the excrement and dirt is harmless fast simultaneously, and is economical and practical, and the addition amount of additive can be controlled through rotatory material covering spiral 32's rotational speed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the covering device 300 is disposed behind the toilet 100, and the distance between the covering device 300 and the toilet 100 is 0-500 mm.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the cover hopper 31 includes a constant diameter end 311 and a necking section 312 from top to bottom, the necking section 312 is arranged to ensure the sealing of the manure storage tank 200, and the other one is arrangedIt is possible to ensure that the additive in the covering hopper 31 is smoothly supplied into the septic tank 200. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the height of the necking section 312 is 1/5-1/2 of the height of the auxiliary hopper 31. The inventor finds that if the neck-reducing section 312 is too high, the material is too much accumulated, the operation rod 33 is rotated with more effort, and the material is not easy to fall, and if the neck-reducing section 312 is too low, the sealing effect is not achieved, and the included angle between the side wall plane of the neck-reducing section 312 and the horizontal plane is 30-75 degrees. Specifically, the volume of the material covering hopper 31 is 0.1m3-1m3The additive is stirred by rotating the operating rod 33, and falls down, falls into the guide chute 34 of the covering device, and is covered on the feces after passing through the guide chute 34. After the toilet is in use, the operation rod 33 is rotated to enable the additive to fall down to cover the excrement, and the operation is simple and convenient.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the lower portion of the guide chute 34 is bent and directed toward the lower side of the toilet 100, so that it can be ensured that the additive supplied through the guide chute 34 completely covers the soil in the septic tank 200. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the lower portion of the material guiding chute 34 is bent at an angle of 35 to 90 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane.
Further, the above-mentioned covering hopper 31 is used for pre-loading the mixed additive, and the covering hopper 31 is provided with an upper cover (not shown), which is opened when the additive is added and closed after the additive is filled, so as to realize the sealing function. And the additive in the covering hopper 31 comprises at least one of fine soil, straws, sawdust, plant ash, quicklime, slaked lime, a fermentation microbial inoculum, biochar and activated carbon, wherein the fermentation microbial inoculum and the quicklime cannot be added simultaneously, and the fermentation microbial inoculum comprises at least one of bacillus subtilis, bacillus terreus, actinomycetes, bacillus megaterium, saccharomycetes, aspergillus and bacillus licheniformis. According to an embodiment of the invention, the additive comprises 20-90 parts by weight of straw, 20-90 parts by weight of wood chips, 10-90 parts by weight of quicklime, 10-50 parts by weight of biochar and 10-50 parts by weight of activated carbon. According to another embodiment of the present invention, the additive comprises 20 to 90 parts by weight of fine soil, 20 to 90 parts by weight of wood dust, 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of fermentation inoculum, 10 to 50 parts by weight of charcoal and 10 to 50 parts by weight of activated carbon. Specifically, fine soil, sawdust and straw are easily available raw materials in rural areas, the method is economical and practical, moisture can be effectively absorbed, a carbon source is provided for harmlessness of excrement, quicklime has the functions of water absorption, sterilization and heat preservation, the fermentation inoculant can accelerate the harmlessness process, the time is shortened, the harmlessness effect is improved, but the lime and the fermentation inoculant cannot be applied simultaneously. The biological carbon and the active carbon are added, so that the deodorization, the water absorption and the heat preservation can be realized, meanwhile, a necessary environment is provided for the microbial reaction, the reaction time is shortened, and the harmless effect is improved. The proportion of each component is based on the carbon-nitrogen ratio needed by the harmless reaction, the economic benefit and the test result are obtained, if wood chips, straws and the like are added too little, the carbon source is insufficient, the feces harmless reaction progresses slowly and even can not be carried out, and the biochar and the activated carbon are added too much to play a role in reaction, so that the normal activity of microorganisms is hindered, the harmless effect is poor, in addition, the biochar cost is higher, the burden of farmers is increased, lime can be properly added in winter, the reaction temperature can be increased, and the reaction is facilitated.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the material-covered toilet further includes a toilet room 400, the toilet room 400 is disposed above the toilet 100, and the exhaust pipe 201 and the cleaning opening 202 are disposed outside the toilet room 400. Preferably, the wall surface of the toilet room 400 is provided with ventilation openings 401 in a staggered mode, so that air circulation in the toilet room is guaranteed.
Therefore, the material-covering type toilet can solve the problems that the current water-flushing type toilet is large in water consumption, is not suitable for partial drought and non-pipe network areas, and the existing sanitary dry toilet is long in excrement harmless treatment time, poor in treatment effect, needs to consume electric energy mostly and is unwilling to use by farmers.
