技术领域
本发明涉及胶合板技术领域,具体为一种环保型无醛阻燃的胶合板及其制备工艺。
背景技术
无醛胶合板是指使用不添加甲醛的胶粘剂所生产出来的胶合板,甲醛释放量检测值等同于天然木材含醛量。该产品区别于传统意义的细木工板,即用三醛胶,包含脲醛、酚醛、三聚氰胺改性甲醛树脂胶,生产出来的含醛胶合板,胶合板是由木段旋切成单板或由木方刨切成薄木,再用胶粘剂胶合而成的三层或多层的板状材料,通常用奇数层单板,并使相邻层单板的纤维方向互相垂直胶合而成。胶合板以木材为主要原料生产的胶合板,由于其结构的合理性和生产过程中的精细加工,可大体上克服木材的缺陷大大改善和提高木材的物理力学性能,胶合板生产是充分合理地利用木材、改善木材性能的一个重要方法。
现有的胶合板采用的阻燃方式大多采用夹层的方式,利用阻燃材料填充在胶合板内形成夹层,阻燃效果不好,影响胶合板的使用。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种环保型无醛阻燃的胶合板及其制备工艺,解决了阻燃材料填充在胶合板内形成夹层,阻燃效果不好,影响胶合板的使用的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保型无醛阻燃的胶合板,包括下层木质单板,所述下层木质单板顶部设置有胶合板层,所述胶合板层顶部设置有上层木质单板,所述上层木质单板顶部设置有外膜铝箔层,所述胶合板层与下层木质单板之间和胶合板层与上层木质单板之间均喷涂有粘胶膜层;
所述胶合板层内部均匀分布设置有填料方格,所述填料方格内壁粘贴有防火贴膜袋,所述填料方格内部填充有胶合填料块,所述防火贴膜袋表面两侧均固定设置有压力气泡粒,所述防火贴膜袋内部固定设置有消防粉尘块。
优选的,所述胶合板层与填料方格一体成型设置。
优选的,所述防火贴膜袋由气泡膜材料制成。
优选的,所述胶合填料块中部固定设置有固定槽,所述固定槽连通胶合填料块顶端面和底端面,所述固定槽内部套设有连接块,所述连接块中部固定贯穿设置有连接钉,所述连接钉底端与下层木质单板固定连接,所述连接钉顶端与上层木质单板固定连接。
一种环保型无醛阻燃的胶合板制备工艺,具体操作步骤如下:
步骤一:切割制得下层木质单板、和上层木质单板烘干至至含水量为%-%备用;
步骤二:操作模具设备冲压制成带有均匀分布填料方格的胶合板层,冷却后备用;
步骤三:定量配比混合消防粉尘,添加热熔胶进行搅拌混合,倒入模具设备制成方块状的消防粉尘块;
步骤四:选取气泡膜进行尺寸裁剪与缝合,制成防火贴膜袋;
步骤五:将下层木质单板放入热压设备,对下层木质单板上表面涂刷一层粘胶膜层,再放上步骤二中制得的胶合板层,将步骤三种制得的消防粉尘块放入到步骤四中制得的防火贴膜袋中,装有消防粉尘块的防火贴膜袋粘贴码放在胶合板层内的填料方格内表面,连接块放入填料方格中部,连接块底端伸出的连接钉钉入下层木质单板,后续将胶合板填充料灌满填料方格,得到熔融状态的胶合填料块,胶合填料块中部放置连接块,胶合板层顶部涂刷一层粘胶膜层,覆盖上层木质单板,上层木质单板避免覆盖一层膜铝箔层,得到胶合板坯,操作热压设备对板坯先进行预压后,在这个过程中连接块顶端伸出的连接钉钉入上层木质单板,再进行热压加工,后静置冷却至室温,对板体进行尺寸切割,即得无醛阻燃的胶合板。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种环保型无醛阻燃的胶合板及其制备工艺,具备以下有益效果:
(1)、本发明通过设置胶合板层,将消防粉尘块放入到防火贴膜袋中,防火贴膜袋贴在胶合板层上填料方格的内侧,填料方格内填充上胶合填料块形成胶合板夹层,在板材受到火烧时,防火贴膜袋受到破坏,消防粉尘块热分解产生消防粉尘,配合防火贴膜袋表面的压力气泡粒爆炸,使粉尘分散开,对胶合板上的明火进行熄灭,提高胶合板阻燃效果;
(2)、本发明通过设置连接块,连接块处在胶合填料块中部的固定槽,连接块上的连接钉底端与下层木质单板固定连接,连接钉顶端与上层木质单板固定连接,提高下层木质单板与上层木质单板之间的连接效果,避免胶合板出现开胶情况,提高胶合板的稳定效果,方便胶合板的使用。

步骤三:定量配比混合消防粉尘,添加热熔胶进行搅拌混合,倒入模具设备制成方块状的消防粉尘块9;
步骤四:选取气泡膜进行尺寸裁剪与缝合,制成防火贴膜袋7;
步骤五:将下层木质单板1放入热压设备,对下层木质单板1上表面涂刷一层粘胶膜层5,再放上步骤二中制得的胶合板层2,将步骤三种制得的消防粉尘块9放入到步骤四中制得的防火贴膜袋7中,装有消防粉尘块9的防火贴膜袋7粘贴码放在胶合板层2内的填料方格6内表面,连接块12放入填料方格6中部,连接块12底端伸出的连接钉13钉入下层木质单板1,后续将胶合板填充料灌满填料方格6,得到熔融状态的胶合填料块8,胶合填料块8中部放置连接块12,胶合板层2顶部涂刷一层粘胶膜层5,覆盖上层木质单板3,上层木质单板3避免覆盖一层膜铝箔层4,得到胶合板坯,操作热压设备对板坯先进行预压后,在这个过程中连接块12顶端伸出的连接钉13钉入上层木质单板3,再进行热压加工,后静置冷却至室温,对板体进行尺寸切割,即得无醛阻燃的胶合板。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型无醛阻燃的胶合板,其特征在于:所述胶合填料块(8)中部固定设置有固定槽(11),所述固定槽(11)连通胶合填料块(8)顶端面和底端面,所述固定槽(11)内部套设有连接块(12),所述连接块(12)中部固定贯穿设置有连接钉(13),所述连接钉(13)底端与下层木质单板(1)固定连接,所述连接钉(13)顶端与上层木质单板(3)固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种环保型无醛阻燃的胶合板制备工艺,其特征在于:具体操作步骤如下:
步骤一:切割制得下层木质单板(1)、和上层木质单板(3)烘干至至含水量为8%-10%备用;
步骤二:操作模具设备冲压制成带有均匀分布填料方格(6)的胶合板层(2),冷却后备用;
步骤三:定量配比混合消防粉尘,添加热熔胶进行搅拌混合,倒入模具设备制成方块状的消防粉尘块(9);
步骤四:选取气泡膜进行尺寸裁剪与缝合,制成防火贴膜袋(7);
步骤五:将下层木质单板(1)放入热压设备,对下层木质单板(1)上表面涂刷一层粘胶膜层(5),再放上步骤二中制得的胶合板层(2),将步骤三种制得的消防粉尘块(9)放入到步骤四中制得的防火贴膜袋(7)中,装有消防粉尘块(9)的防火贴膜袋(7)粘贴码放在胶合板层(2)内的填料方格(6)内表面,连接块(12)放入填料方格(6)中部,连接块(12)底端伸出的连接钉(13)钉入下层木质单板(1),后续将胶合板填充料灌满填料方格(6),得到熔融状态的胶合填料块(8),胶合填料块(8)中部放置连接块(12),胶合板层(2)顶部涂刷一层粘胶膜层(5),覆盖上层木质单板(3),上层木质单板(3)避免覆盖一层膜铝箔层(4),得到胶合板坯,操作热压设备对板坯先进行预压后,在这个过程中连接块(12)顶端伸出的连接钉(13)钉入上层木质单板(3),再进行热压加工,后静置冷却至室温,对板体进行尺寸切割,即得无醛阻燃的胶合板。
