Description

Traditional Chinese medicine ointment for treating acne and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine ointment for treating acne and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Acne is also called whelk, and facial acne is whelk growing on the face, which is a common dermatosis and is commonly seen in teenagers and also occurs in the adult stage. Facial acne is mainly caused by various skin lesions such as comedo, papule, pustule, nodule and the like, and is also suppurative seriously, so that the facial acne needs to be treated in time. It is a multifactorial disease, and the onset of the disease is mainly related to factors such as sex hormone level, sebaceous gland mass secretion, propionibacterium acnes proliferation, follicular sebaceous gland duct parakeratosis and inflammation. With the arrival of the adolescence, the acne grows repeatedly due to various habits of life and diet, the facial beauty of people is greatly influenced, psychological factors of self-mutuality are caused sometimes, the acne can be better prevented and treated only by correctly recognizing the cause of the acne, and the skin care product is only used for assisting in nursing the acne.
Acne occurs in close relation to factors such as hyperseborrhea, blockage of pilosebaceous ducts, bacterial infection and inflammatory reactions. After adolescence, the level of androgen, particularly testosterone, in a human body is rapidly increased, the development of sebaceous glands is promoted, and a large amount of sebum is produced. If the grease can not be discharged in time to block pores, the anaerobic bacterium propionibacterium acnes can be greatly proliferated to destroy epidermal cells to trigger inflammatory reaction.
The traditional Chinese medicine theory considers that the acne is better developed in young people, and the young people are yang-heat bodies and are easy to generate lung heat. The human with weak spleen and stomach inherently has poor transport and transformation capability, is incapable of transporting and transforming after eating, generates dampness in vivo, generates heat after long-term stagnation, finally forms phlegm after heat and dampness interweaving, finally the lung channel wind heat and the spleen and stomach damp heat, and phlegm and stasis are accumulated together to rise to the face to generate acne; secondly, acne is caused by exuberant liver fire, stagnation of liver qi, liver wood is used for restraining spleen soil, liver qi discomfort damages spleen and stomach, spleen and stomach are weak, transportation and transformation are not feasible, water dampness is not generated, blood stasis is accumulated in the body, heat is generated, and liver depression transforms into fire to form acne. Acne is formed when hot, inflammatory papules and pustules are formed when wet, and nodulocysts are formed when stasis occurs. According to pathogenesis development, the traditional Chinese medicine holds that the occurrence of acne is mainly related to lung, spleen, stomach, liver and large intestine. Therefore, the treatment principle is to evacuate lung heat, harmonize yin and yang, relieve depression and regulate spleen, clear heat, remove toxicity, remove blood stasis and dampness.
The current situation of prevention and treatment at home and abroad:
1. western medicine generally treats acne on a graded basis. Mild acne is usually treated with tretinoin cream or gel. The benzoyl peroxide gel can kill propionibacterium acnes and has no drug resistance. For moderate acne, oral antibiotics should be combined. For severe cases, isotretinoin is administered orally.
2. Hormone therapy: hormone therapy is mainly used for people with severe facial acne.
3. Treatment with traditional Chinese medicines: the traditional Chinese medicine prescription is orally taken, so that dampness, heat, fire, inflammation and toxicity in a body are deeply cleared, and the root cause of acne is blocked.
4. Photodynamic belongs to local treatment and has no side effect on the whole body. The purposes of preventing relapse and formation of pox scars, pockmarks and scars are achieved.
The medicines have long treatment time, insignificant curative effect, easy relapse and certain side effect on human bodies.
